We usually go here on Sunday mornings and I'd say 50% of our visits are alright. Half the time they get our order right, the other half it is wrong. It seems like they just dont care enough to double check if everything is right. We have gotten smashed food, wrong variations to our food, and today got a bagel with extremely little cream cheese. They struggled to understand our order, and after repeating it multiple times still got it wrong (a simple order of a bagel, 2 donuts, and a hot chocolate). I dont think the employees care too much about their jobs, and it shows. read more

Gross, just gross. Had a doughnut and I swear it was freezer burned. You could taste the fact that this doughnut had been frozen and thawed. At 5:30am mind you. This is the worst Duncan donuts I have ever been to. The clerk didn't have a clue what he was doing, the donuts weren't fresh. The clerk was wearing so low all you see is his underwear. The service was the worst and dressing like he was is so unprofessional. I come to this center a lot but will never go back. If I could give 1 star I would. Purchased a dozen donuts, a big and small ice caramel lattes, sausage and egg croissant, a dozen of munchkins, and lastly 2 key lime squares which totaled to $ 28.69. No receipt was issued. When I checked my bank transactions that day since I'm from California and have been victimized a few times by fraudsters, Dunkin Donuts total charge was $ 39.25!!! Why was there an extra $ 10.00??? I called them twice already and the black dude I spoke too was not very helpful and sounded defensive. Please people make sure you keep your receipts. Went here the other day to get a pumpkin cream cold brew. The drive thru person said they were out of some of the ingredients for it, so they could make one buy it wouldn't be the same as on the menu. I was like yeah that's fine no worries I'll still take it. Pulled forward, paid for my drink, think it was like $3.25. And the drive thru person ask if I wanted to leave a tip, which kind of caught me off guard, I mean this is Dunkin' Donuts.... But I said yes, I've worked in the food service industry and I understand how big an impact a tip can make. So I was like sure, and he asked how much, I said $.50? He said it has to be at least a dollar. I was like uhhh okay never mind then, thank you though. Such a strange/uncomfortable interaction. The place was a mess and sticky. It looked as tho it had not been swept or even wiped down in days. There weren't even napkins!! We even went in the morning and they were all out of stuff. Not only that but it took 15 minutes to get any of our items because they were too worried about taking the drive thru orders. There were about 5 people working there and only one person was cooking, one was helping the only other customer, the manager was counting money. Then, when I called to verify that they had the donuts that I wanted, I was told the bakers don't work on Monday or Tuesday. Why not just shut the store on Monday and Tuesday? I can see why America Runs on Dunkin'! I have been here twice now and the service is very friendly! I bought a dozen donuts and was very impressed by how moist they were. The donuts were moist for about 3 days before turning stale. I tried their iced coffee, and although I am a die-hard Starbucks fan I was very impressed with the delicious taste. We went through the drive through and the wait was too long. After we got our order, we checked it and it was wrong. We pulled up to the main building, they cheerfully traded it out but when we got home, it was still wrong! Instead of a chocolate-glazed doughnut, we got chocolate cake doughnut, glazed. Worst Dunkin ever! Came in this morning at 545 am to 5 cars in the drive through and 5 people waiting inside. The issue? there was only 1 employee in the entire store. Poor girl was doing her best but couldn't keep up. Cars were leaving and customers inside, including myself had to leave since the wait was so long. On top of this, half the time I come here they mess up my coffee. Once they forgot the cream and usually they forget the sugar. Not sure how they consistently mess up making a coffee with cream and sugar. Definitely not the same as the store back East. They need to train the employees better for sure. read more

I always has problems with this location for different things, but today was the worst one, before I ask the girls if they can reload my card through the app, they figure or ask and they done it, (some they know that already) ect. I can see managers don't do they job, alright today I ask again put 7 bucks to my app the first guy he tells me I don't know how am sorry, then he ask another guy that was inside. this dude came with actitud and he tells me we don't do that here! You has to go to online and do it yourself, alright first that all if you don't know how to do something because you aren't training aprópiate don't argue with customers because you no only looks fool if not ignorant as well, come onn people.. I accept if you tell me I don't how miss and sorry I drop it, but arguing with me about something you don't know. You Piss me off, i am sorry but this not good customers services. Although I have never written a Yelp review before, I felt compelled to write this one. I travel to Reno from out of town for business approximately twice a week. While in Reno, I used to drive out of my way to neighboring Sparks to buy iced coffees, Coolatas, and donuts at this Dunkin Donuts. However, I noticed that this particular location generally puts an excessive amount of ice in their iced coffees, so I started to ask for "light ice" to try to get a reasonable/normal amount of ice. Despite my request, they would "forget" and continue to fill my iced coffees up with WAY TOO MUCH ice, and then, when I reminded them that I had asked for light ice, they would tell me that they would just dump out the extra ice. As such, when I was there earlier this month, I decided for the first time to just order a medium iced coffee with no ice to avoid the whole excessive ice problem. Much to my chagrin, the employee working the drive-thru window handed me an iced coffee that was only 3/4 filled. When I asked him why he didn't fill it to the top, he informed me that, if I wanted the cup filled to the top and get that additional 1/4 of iced coffee, I would have to buy a small iced coffee (in addition to the medium iced coffee I was already buying!) because I was ordering the medium iced coffee without ice. Really?! So, let me get this straight: in order to get a medium iced coffee with no ice filled to the top of the cup, I must buy a medium iced coffee AND a small iced coffee?! That told me two things: (1) that they apparently are intentionally putting an excessive amount of ice in their drinks to try to save on product and (2) that they are extremely petty. Thus, I told him that I would pass on that medium iced coffee and drove away (two can play that petty game, my friend). I was so annoyed that I told my daughter that I was planning to call the manager to complain. However, my daughter said the man that I had been dealing with was wearing a badge that read "manager." I did not catch that, but, if he truly was the manager, he has extremely poor customer service skills. Bottom line is that I don't plan to patronize this location ever again after this. Hopefully, one day, they will open another Dunkin Donuts in the Reno area (heck, maybe I should open one!). Until then, I will go elsewhere or do without. read more

Go to this store a few times a month. The people there are friendly and we enjoy the food. Today when we got home with our breakfast we only had 1 sandwich and we ordered and paid for 2. Since it's a 15 mile ride one way we weren't going back to complain. On our next visit we'll complain, but we can't prove anything, so we're out the cost of the sandwich. read more

I am so excited that Dunkin has come to town, YAY. As a New Englander its a staple that this area has been missing. The store is big and roomy, has a drive-thru, and plenty of parking. We had the chose to sit inside or out in nice seating arrangements. For Dunkin, the service was slow. They were averaging about 5 mins a person. This was part due to people in this area haven't ever been to a Dunkin or haven't in a long time, therefore people are deciding what they want still, and not know it before they walk in. Also the line was set up to go straight out the door and there was this high shelf - counter thing that held drinks, shirts, and a display. This made it very difficult to see what donuts they actuality had, until you stepped in front of the cash-register. If they had set up there line to go facing into the store and around this display that's in the middle of the store, people would be able to see what donuts are available before its time to order. Another thing that would help the line move faster is to have both cashiers going. I went at 8am, this is what I consider rush hour for a donut and coffee store, they needed to have both cashiers open. It seemed like there were plenty of employees in the back, although one was sweeping, and it seemed to all be for the drive-thru. I believe if there is something on the floor that is not a safety hazer, then it can wait tell after rush to be cleaned. What I have seen at other Dunkin stores, has been to have 2 people running the registers just working the cash and cards, and another person right there getting the donuts as the customer is ordering it. There also the one that runs over to the people making the drinks and sandwiches to place the timely orders. Being awake and in public at 8am is not a habit of mine, so I wasn't that awake. I accidentally tipped my drink over at the registered after paying, trying to slide over the let the customer behind me in. I said I was sorry and looked around for a napkin. The cashier did hand me a wet cleaning rag, so I cleaned the spill up and cleaned off the counter. Later after 2 customers the same cashier came out front and cleaned off the counter more. I thought about it on the way home, and thought that that was a surprising reactions from the crew. I would have expected someone to come from the back immediately to properly clean the counter off. I am surprised that they had a customer clean a mess, and I was surprised that my drink wasn't topped off. I understand if you drop it after you had stepped outside of the door, or dropped it after you had it for a length of time and so much as been consumed. Although I was literally still at the register and none of it had been consumed. I thought it was interesting that they called out the number of your receipt when your sandwich or coffee was ready. With past Dunkin it is usually called out by what the order was. It can work by receipt number although then the cashier needs to tell you, your number ###, so then your prompted to listen out for your number. I ordered a small frozen mocha, 3 glazed munchkins, 3 blueberry munchkins, 3 chocolate munchkins, 1 croissant with cream-cheese, and 1 powered donut with cream filling. The Blueberry and chocolate munchkins were the best. Light on the icing, although they were moist and delicious. The Frozen mocha was really good too. my glazed original munchkins seemed a few to many hours old, and little to no icing. I almost thought they were plan munchkins. There was not a lot of chooses for different munchkins, just those 3 flavors. The powered donut with cream filling was soso. I do love dunkin and will give it a 2nd chance later to see if they improved. read more

The entire establishment looked dirty. Floors were littered with crumbs and trash. None of the staff seemed to know who was doing what. Two girls one looked like a manager were just talking about personal things. The only one there to help with my order was a nice guy cooking who came over to make me a coffee that was ordered with my meal the girls forgot about. Not a great experience.
