It's Krispy Kreme...what else can I say? Too hard to limit my intake...they just melt in your mouth

Standing here 10 minutes after they open and just getting dirty looks from the teenager opening the store late and counting register. And that's after sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes being ignored. Yea I won't be brining my business back here ever again. Even the manager just standing here. Come on do better. read more

Wanted to try Krispy Kreme up here in Reno. Loved their donuts before and I haven't had one in a while . Unfortunately, their walk in was closed at 7and only drive thru was available. Then they were out of almost every donut. I couldn't even get their original glazed donut! Turned out to be a wasted drive to Sparks. read more

My last stop in was their first day of their Harry Potter doughnuts and I was excited. I loved all Harry Potter movies. Yesterday was their first day of their Halloween themed ones. I told the lady we had to stop meeting this way. My nephews love krispy kreme, so when I go and visit with my youngest we bring a dozen for our brunch. This is our only one in town and I'm so glad it isn't too far from me. It always smells good and kept clean. The employees on most occasions are helpful and friendly. In the dozens of times I've been in, there was only one time that sticks out in my mind that was bad customer service and it was two teenie boopers. Tip: Do there survey especially if you intend on buying a dozen. You'll be able to take a hot glazed dozen home with that code. My family prefers their glazed from here, so everyone wins in my opinion. We'll see you next month for your next holiday themed. read more

Not really happy with my experience. I order 24 hours ahead of pickup. When I got to the store I let the guy know what I was picking up (a girl came over to help him) and my order was not ready. As they are boxing it up I get told they do not have a donut I ordered but I can drive all the way back tomorrow if I really want it.... Really? So not good customer service, I order with plenty of time to make sure my order was ready and all accounted for.... I spent 70 dollars and did not even get what I ordered. I'll use Dunkin' next time. read more

Hot Donut Sign on No Hot Donuts. This has become the norm. Glazed are only best when hot and fresh. Settled for tiramisu. Ok donut. Slightly stale. Pretty much like all of the donuts in the case. Service was friendly and efficient. Ambiance? Just like every other KrispyKreme. Lucky you if you catch them when they are hot. read more

I was pretty disappointed when I took my family here. I am originally from Las Vegas and we have a bunch of Krispy Kreme location but, unfortunately Reno only has one. Anyways, when we visited this location, I was pretty disappointed by the service and the donuts. The workers didn't seemed to be too thrilled to be there and when I tried to ask them a couple questions, they acted very annoyed. We got a dozen and a couple mini donuts. They were all cold and didn't taste fresh at all. Mind you, we visited this location a few minutes after they opened. Overall, I don't think we would be coming back. read more

I went to Krispy Kreme on Mother's Day to get donuts for my mom, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a drive-thru. I first got out to go inside, but the doors were locked and there was a sign saying drive-thru only. So I got back in the car and went through the drive-thru. There was one car in front of me, and when I pulled up to the speaker, I kept saying "hello?" multiple times and nobody answered. I waited for quite a while thinking maybe the speaker was broken. The car in front of me ended up leaving without donuts, which should've been my first sign. I finally pulled up to the window because no one was responding, and after being ignored for even longer, an older employee came to the window with a horrible attitude immediately telling me I had to order at the speaker and go back around. I explained that I DID stop at the speaker and nobody answered me, but she kept talking over me instead of listening. At that point I was so frustrated that I just told my dad to leave. Then suddenly as we were pulling away she asked, "I'd be more than happy to help you" Seriously? She knew she f***** up and was rude for no reason This isn't even the first bad experience I've had at this location. Every time I come here it's empty, and honestly I can see why. The customer service is awful and the employees act like helping customers is a problem. My mom loves krispy kreme and she was visiting from out of town. I wanted to surprise her with donuts for Mother's Day. Instead, we left with nothing. read more

Krispy Kreme - Delicious! - Donuts Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

It's a Krispy Kreme and it's consistent with that experience that you'll get at any other one. Though I always look for specialty donuts elsewhere around town there is no comparison to a Krispy Kreme original glazed donut especially when it is pulled right from the line. Our service was tremendously awesome during our visit and we left with a couple dozen fresh originals that absolutely hit the spot. The window to see the assembly line is always amazing - it was when I was a child and it still warrants a lengthy stare to watch the full process. read more

First of all amazing donuts, we had to get another dozen! Second of all Alexa was lovely, great customer service! I highly recommend this location in Sparks! read more

Had high hopes but left feeling let down. The donuts rarely seem fresh despite seeing fresh ones displayed - somehow always end up with older ones. Staff interactions felt robotic and unfriendly. Found it frustrating that you can't purchase just one mini donut, forcing you to buy pairs. Prices have increased significantly recently. The oil taste in the donuts seemed off and stale. Overall left feeling unwell after eating. For a better experience, I'd recommend checking out Doughboy Donuts instead - friendlier local staff, fresher products, and doesn't leave you with that heavy, overly sweet feeling afterward. Sometimes supporting local businesses pays off in quality and service. read more

Pulled up to the drive-thru this Sunday morning to grab some donuts and iced coffee. We were greeted with over 5 minutes of silence, finally followed by, "Welcome to Krispy Kreme, please hold." After another few minutes, we were finally able to order. We asked for two pumpkin spice iced coffees, but the lady said they didn't have pumpkin spice, so we changed it to two vanilla iced coffees. We also ordered three donuts. When we got to the drive-thru window, the lady handed me a small box with three donuts and two coffees in hot cups. I mentioned we had asked for iced coffee, and she insisted these were iced. In reality, they weren't the actual iced coffee product--they were hot coffees with ice added. The donuts seemed older, dry, and not fresh. Overall, the experience wasn't great, and I'd prefer a refund. It's just disappointing because we were looking forward to the Krispy Kreme experience they're known for. read more

If I could give zero stars I would this has to be the most raggedy Krispy Kreme I ever been too in my life. First of all I'm driving down the street on my way to Walmart i seethe light is on so I damn near flipped my car trying to get into the turn lane to get hot donuts !! ( I know so don't judge me !) so when I pull up all of a sudden the light is off I went to the speaker and asked the time the light comes on she said I cut it off about ten minutes ago.... LIE... I know good and damn well it didn't take me no ten minute to cross the street doing about 45 mph.... I went in to see if maybe they had some left over the man with the 1970"s Afro lookin like rerun from good times had a horrible attitude... he said they don't have anymore hot one donuts ....LIE...I just turned around and walked out at this point close the entire establishment down... everyone knows th donuts ain't shhhhh if the lite isn't on read more

Krispy Kreme - Yes please! All those glazed donuts - Donuts Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

When I first pulled up to Krispy Kreme, my heart was set on those magical Harry Potter donuts. I asked about the Gryffindor and the Sorting Hat, and at first they told me they were out. My soul almost left my body right then and there. BUT THEN -- out of the back, like a scene straight out of a movie, walked Roberta. This woman was not just an employee, she was a LEGEND. A HERO. A STRAIGHT-UP DONUT GODDESS. She looked at me, saw the desperation in my eyes, and said, "Don't worry, I got you." And just like that, she made the impossible happen. Next thing I know, I'm holding every donut my sugar-craving heart desired. Roberta didn't just serve donuts, she served destiny. Honestly, I feel like I should've stood up and slow clapped. If Krispy Kreme doesn't give Roberta her own cape, crown, and possibly a throne in the middle of the store, they are seriously missing out. Bottom line: The donuts were magical, but Roberta? She was the real enchantment. read more

We just moved here from CA and I was craving some glazed donuts, so decided to make the drive out to Sparks. I had seen the prepackaged donuts at the grocery store, but my husband insisted it would be better from the actual location (should be fresher). It was empty inside which was a shocker... the Krispy Kreme's in LA are always packed and pumping out fresh donuts non-stop. This place looked dead. There wasn't anyone inside and the donut machine thing wasn't on... but I guess that isn't a bad thing... no wait, right? The donuts in the display looked so sad and old. They don't even coat the chocolate covered donuts evenly... they have small blobs of chocolate on them. My husband and I got some plain glazed and the chocolate ones with the white filling and they were both stale and gross. It tasted like the donuts had been there for ages. Very disappointing. Management needs to do something to take care of this issue. Not sure if it's the employees or what the heck is going on, but it's the only darn Krispy Kreme around... they should be functioning at the same level as others and producing like-product... not stale garbage. read more

First time at this Krispy Kreme! We live in Downtown Reno so this location is quite the drive. Got one dozen glazed and half dozen of mixed. The selection were pretty good and they have all the new flavors!!! The half dozen mix included strawberries creme and key lime pie among classic flavors. The customer service was excellent despite that their scanner wasn't working and I wasn't able to collect points. But hey, my one dozen glazed was complimentary for my birthday so no complaints here about missing out on some points :) Will definitely be back to try other limited time flavors! read more

No waiting today. I guess it's because they have raised prices since last time I was here because it was over $17 for a dozen donuts, which is ridiculous. Adding insult to injury, their donuts are substantially smaller than you'll receive at other donut shops. Needless to say, we won't be back. Not only is it a long drive from where we live, but now it too expensive. It's cost prohibitive. Just shows to go ya, stick to what you know and what you like, which is Doughboy Donuts. read more

The front associate had no idea about a free doughnut promo. Wouldn't let everyone in our party get one when the website clearly says a free dough nut PER PERSON. It saids you don't need to show ID and he asked to check my ID. Wow. And then the discount he added to 'remove' the 'free doughnut' was only $1.89 when the doughnut charge was $2.19. He should definitely not be working the front with his incompetence. Bought my kids a doughnut so I could just get out of there. Probably won't come back for any of their promo days. read more

I ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts for my Mother this morning that recently moved into a senior living facility in Reno. She has had a terrible time finding her beloved donuts during her shopping trips and so I decided to call the Sparks bakery and have them delivered. The first attempt did not make it to her facility. I called the Krispy Kreme bakery in Sparks and they gladly sent out another 2 dozen. No charge, and no extra fees for the second batch! Lori was a dream to deal with -even calling me back to check in and make sure they arrived safely the second time! Now I know what to gift out for Christmas! Thank you - Lori! What a world of difference four months can make. If you came here back when they first opened, you'll remember the mad house it was. The line for the drive through stretched across the street into the next parking lot and the interior line stretched outside the door on most days. Today, we hit the drive through without anybody in front of or behind us. Insane! Lol. We were disappointed that they didn't have my wife's favorite (sour cream) but we were able to load on my favorite (original glaze). So if you were waiting for the lines to die down, now's your time. read more

Phewww! This was a drive for me. And by no means is it a local business but it is the only Krispy Kreme in the Reno/Sparks area and so I had to try it. And it was my first time ever. SO! That being said. Beautiful modern store. Feels spacious and clean when you walk in. And I was in and out in a breeze. A few things about this place that I considered special was their novelty drinks. They had strawberry, chocolate, whole, banana, and orange flavored milk??? While I wished I could try them all, for this visit I went with the strawberry and NO regrets! It paired perfectly with my donuts. NOW. Down to the brass tacks. Donuts were delicious guys. Lighter than air. I really appreciate that cause I had 3 donuts before I felt full. The variety is great and their classic original glazed donut is truly the best around. I can't wait to go back. All in all, happy to have this option in town! read more

The company that could go down as the greatest chain shoppe donut of all time has found a new location in Sparks. Welcome Krispy Kreme. Average wait is over one hour, depending. If you're new to these treasures, they truly are amazing. Maybe worth waiting an hour of two. I can tell you we're getting two dozen (easy people, some are for our neighbors down south). The only downfall is the creme filled donuts. Custard or kreme have very little filling. Disappointing. The Lemon and the Raspberry were filled more to my greedy liking! There is security in the lot to direct traffic. A line extending out the front door and the drive thru is wrapped around three intersections. I feel the sugar rush is worth it! Keep in mind there's more than just donuts. The coffees, frappes, lattes and espressos are a nice compliment, too. If you prefer, try a fountain drink, soda or hot chocolate. After dropping thirty bucks on donuts, we are debating venturing back into line for another batch!! Now who's the cheeky monkey? 03/21 read more
