    Fresh glazed krispy kreme

My last stop in was their first day of their Harry Potter doughnuts and I was excited. I loved all Harry Potter movies. Yesterday was their first day of their Halloween themed ones. I told the lady we had to stop meeting this way. My nephews love krispy kreme, so when I go and visit with my youngest we bring a dozen for our brunch. This is our only one in town and I'm so glad it isn't too far from me. It always smells good and kept clean. The employees on most occasions are helpful and friendly. In the dozens of times I've been in, there was only one time that sticks out in my mind that was bad customer service and it was two teenie boopers. Tip: Do there survey especially if you intend on buying a dozen. You'll be able to take a hot glazed dozen home with that code. My family prefers their glazed from here, so everyone wins in my opinion. We'll see you next month for your next holiday themed.

    Delicious!

The all 24 Ghost Buster Donuts were tasty. The round edible medallions were like eating cardboard. The service was friendly. It was quiet inside when I was there.

It's a Krispy Kreme and it's consistent with that experience that you'll get at any other one. Though I always look for specialty donuts elsewhere around town there is no comparison to a Krispy Kreme original glazed donut especially when it is pulled right from the line. Our service was tremendously awesome during our visit and we left with a couple dozen fresh originals that absolutely hit the spot. The window to see the assembly line is always amazing - it was when I was a child and it still warrants a lengthy stare to watch the full process.

It's 8:02 and Kristy Kreme still is not open on a Saturday.

They're a donut place that opens at 8 am, but they were still late opening. They had four workers, but that was clearly not enough. The same person was inside and drive through. The doughnuts look great.

Pulled up to the drive-thru this Sunday morning to grab some donuts and iced coffee. We were greeted with over 5 minutes of silence, finally followed by, "Welcome to Krispy Kreme, please hold." After another few minutes, we were finally able to order. We asked for two pumpkin spice iced coffees, but the lady said they didn't have pumpkin spice, so we changed it to two vanilla iced coffees. We also ordered three donuts. When we got to the drive-thru window, the lady handed me a small box with three donuts and two coffees in hot cups. I mentioned we had asked for iced coffee, and she insisted these were iced. In reality, they weren't the actual iced coffee product--they were hot coffees with ice added. The donuts seemed older, dry, and not fresh. Overall, the experience wasn't great, and I'd prefer a refund. It's just disappointing because we were looking forward to the Krispy Kreme experience they're known for.

There is nothing like a freshly made, warm glazed Krispy Kreme doughnut right off the conveyer! I found out about the Sparks Krispy Kreme by receiving the coupon flyer in the mail. The grandkids were visiting and it was the perfect time to go try it out. Delicious!! The server was friendly, personable, proficient and professional.

Yes please! All those glazed donuts

I can't say I've ever met one I didn't like. Heck, even the 1/2-priced day-olds have a place in my heart. Have you ever put a donut in the microwave for 20 seconds? Today, a volunteer was needed to pick up a dozen donuts for a meeting. I said, "You buy, I fly," and off I went. It's 8:45am, not too busy, and customer service is spot on. The display cases are full of beautiful sprinkles and glaze and peanuts and bacon... yup, I was eye-balling that Maple & Bacon! I requested a mixed dozen. Then I saw it... the sign read "Sausage, Jalapeno and Cheese kolache." Ooooh goodness gracious, it was the biggest kolache I'd ever seen. And Id never seen one in Reno or Sparks. They do grow things bigger in TX. I know cuz I lived in Deep East TX. But this is Sparks, NV, and I want to try this. I've eaten a kolache or 2 or 500 in my day. He even offered to warm it up before I asked. I wanted this to be good, no I wanted it yo great. To be the "Whete have you been since I moved back to NV?" it wasn't. I was disappointed. The amount of filling to bread ratio was way off, in my opinion. I expected a sausage, not 6-8 sausage "coins" wrapped in a 7" x 5" dough package. It was soft, and the color was so inviting. It looked like it was gonna be amazing. If you've never tried one, do try Donut Bistro's kolache... It's a soft, warm, savory option. Just make sure to also ask for the Maple & Bacon, cuz that one doesn't miss a point!
