The management is EXTREMELY poor. Completely screwed up my order multiple times in the past. (& twice today) NO MORE! Today we called in to complain *We NEVER do this* because we had ordered an Everything Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese, toasted... & a Large Mocha Ice coffee; extra syrup, light ice. We got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. not toasted. Ice coffee, filled to the top with ice. Why even ask me what I want, if you're not going to listen? So. Went here several times, as it's the closest to our house. Each time I complained about the severely limited selection of donuts they offer. The response I got each time was, "that's what the owner orders. Nothing we can do". The same donut with 15 different colors of frosting is not variety. Believe me, I LOVE DUNKIN! But, I hate this location and have vowed never to go back. The owner is a real witch. Speaks loudly and rudely to her employees and CUSTOMERS, yes CUSTOMERS! Just one example.....(which goes along with all the other negative reviews of this place).....I ordered a medium iced coffee with cream and sugar, just like I do every morning on my way to work. When I got to the window, they started to hand me a hot coffee. I told them, very politely (as I understand mistakes happen), that I had asked for an iced coffee. The witchy owner then starts yelling and trowing a tantrum. Since she was the one that took my order, she yells loudly at her employees and for me to hear "Either he doesn't know how to talk, or I'm deaf!". Excuse me? I will NEVER go back. Awful experience today and will not return. I ordered a coffee with some cream and they forgot the coffee. I asked they redo with less cream and I'm pretty sure they gave me the same cup of cream. I am done going to this location! They literally mess up everytime and when you bring it to their attention it's HUGE deal! There's one girl who works that talks bad about other employees in front of customers but she is the one who always messes everything up. And she is extremely loud and unprofessional. How hard is it to make a chai tea latte with extra syrup? Not hard at all. If I wanted to drink plain milk then I would have stayed home and poured myself a glass. Not only do they mess up my order but my husbands coffee is usually wrong too. I work in the food industry and I understand people like things a certain way .. I don't get why making coffee and tea and serving donuts is so difficult and done with such a bad attitude. The manager never seems to be around either for anyone to give feed back. I come to this Dunkin every morning. I love the owner, however, when he isn't there, nothing is right. They are very slow, rude, give you the incorrect coffee EVERY TIME in the drive through and then when they have messed it up once, they then allow a trainee to make the coffee who takes even longer. Today, I waited in line INSIDE for around seven minutes and then decided to go through the drive thru to see if it was quicker as I was going to be late to my appointment. When I went through the drive thru (which I always avoid due to incorrect orders), low and behold, my order was given to me wrong again. NOT HAPPY. I then went back inside to have them correct this, and had Pushpa fix it. However, she seemed more annoyed to fix it than apologetic even though they had already made me wait almost 15 minutes for a simple coffee. I was not compensated in any way for the mistake or my long wait...not even an "I'm sorry". I hate having to write this review as I really like Sunny, however, I feel that recently the staff choice has been very poor and better customer service should be implemented. read more
