I've been here twice first time they got my order wrong wrong sandwich then I went a second time and again they got my sandwich wrong

This is a brand spanking new Dunkin with the Grand Opening flags still a-fluttering! Like most D's, it's nice and consistent with the products all the same and the service A OK. However, with this one, there are 3 points worth talking about- 1. It's take-out only! You can use the drive-thru or walk in but there is no inside seating. 2. The parking lot is teeny tiny and of course, the exit of the drive-thru runs right through it. Can you say demolition derby! Meh! 3. It is feet away from a giant big box store with the initials HD. It's great to grab an iced latte before you brave those endless aisles! Just be very cautious when you exit and you should be OK. read more

Dunkin' (or for some of us who still remember it as Dunkin' Donuts) is a great morning destination to grab a coffee and maybe something to eat. Most would think the logical conclusion for a bite to eat would be a donut, but I have always went more for their bagels with cream cheese. I would definitely recommend a visit here. read more

I managed to get in line behind a family who apparently had never heard of donuts before and so they were trying very hard to figure out what kind they wanted. Before I could light into them, one of the other employees behind the counter stepped over to the side and asked for the next customer. That's a win right there. I got one extra large coffee, which was the usual excellent. And I got two donuts, which were also the usual excellent. Man, that Boston Kreme is something else. This DD shares a parking lot with a gas station, so watch out for the idiots zipping in and out from the pumps. Jeez! read more

It's your average Dunkin Donuts and really the only one in the area so you don't have much of a choice. The location is decent and clean. However when I came around 10AM on a Saturday it was pretty full. Seems to be the happening spot since people would come with the whole family and spend 20min trying to pick out what they wanted. Of course that's not the establishments fault, just an FYI. The food was good and the same as every other Dunkin. If you are craving dunkin then this one is decent and your only option. read more

They are soooooooo slow in the morning. Very under staff and equipment is always an issue. Had to leave on multiple occasions after ordering with no beverage because it takes ways too long. (10-20) min for one cup of reg mid hot coffee. Staff is nice but service sucks. read more

Fast and friendly service, clean inside, good WiFi, many power outlets, outside smoker's patio, and 24-hours of tasty donuts. Continual disappointment. I have tried coming in 3 times to get gift cards. Last month I had no issue. 3 times this month I have ordered them ahead of time, arrived to find out the staff didn't know how to do them or didn't care to do them. Tonight their overnight manager, who was rude and too preoccupied to provide any sort of listening skills advised me to come back when more people are working. There were 2 employees and no other customers. Then after their technology wasn't working the manager then informed me the owner has a policy that they do not provide gift cards at night. Would have been good information last month when I ordered the cards successfully or last 3 times with continual disappointment and poor expectations. In recent years there has been an increased presence of local competition and several establishments which were previously lousy have had to amp up their game. Dunkin' Donuts is nothing impressive, but the coffee is good, the donuts are decent, and the staffing problems which once existed have been rectified. My biggest note for this place is that for some reason it's ludicrously popular in the morning. If you are tasked with acquiring donuts for a morning meeting expect a line out the door and a tough time finding a place to park. Also the eating area, which I've never made use of, always looks really grungy. You probably wanna do your dunkin' at the the office or home. read more

Just gross... No smiles. No greetings. I was a bother to the young lady who served me. She didn't get me the donuts I asked for. When I brought it to her attention she took my bag and smashed the bag of donuts in between her hands to throw them out. One other staff member on the register was clearly sick and shouldn't have been handling food or serving people. Nor was she completely filling orders before starting on the next guest so there was customer congestion at the counter. I couldn't wait to get out of there. When I walked in I was excited to buy two donuts as a treat for a friend of mine and then by the end I was disappointed and the fun of this surprise treat went out the window. I hate spending money at establishments who don't give a crap about their staff or their customers. It'll be another couple of years before I give this place another shot. read more

I have been a long time fan of, and customer of, Dunkin Donuts. This location towards the south end of Sebring, FL needs a major overhaul. In the past year or so, they have gone from about a 3 star operation to a 1. The employees seem to lack training and/or supervision (except Mike who is consistently excellent). Add to that, the place always seems dirty. Service is slow, I've witnessed flys around the (donut, muffin, bagel) shelves, been served stale bagels, and yesterday had a very stale cinnamon raisin bagel with so little cream cheese on it, that I truly felt ill used at about $2.49 + tax. If someone from Dunkin Corporate reads this, please send someone to inspect this franchise. If this place gets to keep their franchise as is, then it's time for me to rethink running on Dunkin. read more

Service is great, all the employees are so nice EXCEPT the one manager whos name is NINA, she is VERY RUDE, VERY LOUD, and extremely, EXTREMELY rude to her employees a few of which I KNOW are new, I witnessed her yelling at a couple girls (that are new) telling them to hurry their asses up, rolling her eyes, laughing at them in front of customers which is VERY VERY unprofessional and CHILDISH!!! She needs to learn what it means to be a MANAGER and lead by example in a positive way. I have been a manager for going on 10 years now and I would NEVER talk to my employee's the way i saw her speak to them. She needs to be glad I didn't say anything (especially when the one girl who she was yelling at for being TO SHORT mind you) because I can assure you, THE NEXT TIME I WILL!!!! She needs to grow up and just do her job because WE ARE WATCHING!!!!! Corporate WILL BE HEARING FROM US!!!!! When she is not there you can see the team work that goes on with the employee's, the other managers/supervisors are fantastic and super sweet and also VERY helpful to their employees!!!!!! Every time I come to this dunkin the drink threw waitress always seems to not pay attention. And when I try to order a drink with almond milk most of the time I end up with something with regular milk, which I shouldn't have because I'm lactose intolerant. For a place with the word donuts in the name, these people make some of the worst donuts I've ever had to misfortune to taste. If you get lucky, you may get decent bagels, but the staff obviously doesn't care one way or another so you will have to take your chances. i visit this dunkin at least three times a week, and every time i go the employees are always helpful and attentive. I have sat inside and noticed that is is kept very clean though at times some of the patrons are slobs and just throw things on the floor.. i have been to many dunkins in my travels in many different states and think that this dunkin is the best one i have ever been too.. read more

worst donuts i have ever had. ordered half dozen at the drive up window. very stale rude person taking my order. whats up with this?

I used to go to this Dunkin almost everyday only because I like the coffee. I got so sick of the rude people that work here. The black lady that slams the drive thru window in my face, doesn't ever smile, just tells you how much takes the money hands out the coffee and .......SLAM goes the window. The maniac man who works afternoons and trashes every co-worker and manager he works with in front of whom ever is in the dining room and standing in line, he is rude, disrespectful, uses foul language and is very unprofessional, made me finally decide that McDonald's $1 coffee isn't so bad and you don't have to wiat forever and deal with all the drama. The friendly caring ones I have liked working there seems to get run off. The donuts are hardly ever fresh, you wait to long, the garbage is overflowing and I have to make sure to taste my coffee before leaving the counter or drive thru because it is hardly ever correct. My new favorite place is Brewster's...they are always freindly to the customers and to each other and the coffee is good! read more
