Their Chula Vista location says permanently closed. And this location says temporarily closed. I doubt it's temporary. My husband and I are saddened, because they truly have the best coffee in town besides the Kona Mountain Coffee in Hawaii. Now, if my speculation is incorrect I will update my review. I'm glad we found this place a few months ago and we enjoyed their coffee and service. Mahalo!

I ordered a Spanish Latte which has condensed milk and milk foam in it. The coffee has the typical dark bitterness found in Vietnamese coffee. The bitterness is balanced out by the sweetness of the condensed milk. The oat milk adds a dimension of oat-y goodness on top of everything. Overall, an enjoyable and palatable drink.

But they also have a person at the counter if that is what you prefer. They can make any of their creations as an espresso latte or matcha latte. Their popular drinks include banana, pistachio, ube, and pandan. They're also known for using ceremonial matcha which I appreciate. They have milk alternatives and you can customize sweetness level. I went with their pistachio matcha latte with oat and 50% less sweet. It was a delicious matcha with a pistachio cold sweet foam on top. 50% was the perfect amount of sweetness for me. I enjoyed every sip. The person I came with got the Banana 53 espresso latte which was a house made vietnamese drip coffee with a banana foam layer. He loved it as well. If you love vietnamese coffee and banana I recommend it. Our drinks came out fairly quick. The inside of the shop is very cute. It gets busy but there are tables and chairs to sit and hang out. The only thing is they have a very small lot in front so parking can be hard.
