Dunkin Donuts is a must! This donut spot known for their donuts and coffee is a hit! I've never had any of their products before but this was so delicious and filling. My boyfriend got a heart shaped valentines donut and it was filled with like this white cream and it was delicious! I love that the military base has a Dunkin', but this location has terrible service. Its always SO slow. I ise the drive thru, and most od the time I sit at the order box for minutes. Half the time I have to say 'hello?' Before someone speaks. Last week, I sat at the pickup for 7 minutes looking at my drink on the other side of the window (after paying). If there is time to set the drink down, there is time to open the window to hand it over. I used to make this my Tuesday morning coffee run before my daughters activity, but unless I come a hour early, most days I am late. Ill save my money and make another cup a home. read more

You need a military ID of some form to get on base, or someone with you who has one. I attempted to order a croissant sandwich that was on the menu, but they told me it had been discontinued. So I ordered a regular bagel sandwich. My bagel sandwich was terrible. The bagel was not toasted, the eggs tasted powdery, and the bacon was undercooked. I have been to this Dunkin Donuts in the past for coffee and donuts. Make sure you get the donuts in the morning because if you have one late in the afternoon, it is guaranteed to be stale. In the future, I will only come here for coffee. read more

Besides the new lady working there I can smell the people there. Do they establish proper hygiene at this place? Especially the tall dude I don't see him changing his gloves after handling the register or grabbing the food with the napkin as I see the ladies doing. Really nice staff. The items are a little pricey in my opinion and I bought a small strawberry banana smoothie (small drinks are $1.99 from May 2-May 30 I believe) and it was charged the normal price. Oh well. Wouldn't have minded if it didn't taste so bland. There wasn't really any strawberry OR banana flavor :(. Quite disappointed. Their hash browns are super good and cheap though so I do recommend those. Sandwiches are decent tasting but nothing special. Called this place to ask about their hours and about their new frozen coffee item, but they never mentioned that they're on base! It's also nowhere on the yelp main page or the actual DD website. Then proceeded to drive 40 minutes and realized, "oh crap! This place is on the MCAS base!" Word for the wise, you can't get to this location unless you have a military ID. I almost took away a star for the simple fact that it's located in the base. So unless you have a military ID you won't be able to get into this location. I was able to get in due to a specific reason. I totally wasn't disappointed. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Dunks is a staple. The service was great and my latte was excellent! It was perfect. I got my medium iced decaf latte with hazelnut swirl and my husband the same except French Vanilla swirl and both were wicked awesome!!!! I wish they had a Dunks in the Bay Area close to where I live. But for now, I will have to savor these treats whenever there's one around. read more

This place is awesome, the staff is always friendly and everything you order is done in a timely manner. The longest I ever waiting for my things was 5 minutes. And that was because I ordered a sandwich, otherwise by the time I would pay for my things my drinks would already be handed to me. We went in to get coffee and donuts for the office. First, we asked for 12 MUNCHKINS, not paying attention to the lady, she hands us a box of 12 donuts. Before we grabbed it we informed her no we wanted the munchkins. She then stated she was sorry but to take the donuts and she would give us the munchkins and not charge us for them as it was her mistake... When back at the office we realized she charged for both the 12 donuts and the munchkins plus our drinks. I then tried calling multiple times to talk to someone about this and the phone goes straight to a voicemail.
