I've been here a couple of times now. Always had good service. They can be slow though, so depending on the time of day you could find yourself waiting longer than anticipated. The ice cream comes in your standard American flavors. You can't go wrong with their signature creations. I like to keep it simple sometimes with my own creation with a single topping. It's enough to satisfy my cravings. The prices are a bit on the higher side. Two cups of ice cream might set you back $20. I wouldn't make it a habit coming here, but it's nice to visit once in a while. Would be better if they had nice seating inside. read more

Meaning, they always are missing ingredients to create their orders whether it be whipped cream, nilla wafers etc. Usually places like this carry a minimum amount of ingredients to be able to deliver like a PAR. I've been here many times and I absolutely LOVE their ice cream! Some of my favorites include the Oreo overload in a cup, the mud pie mojo in a cone, and their mint chocolate chip flavor in a cup with some extra chocolate syrup. You can even create your own custom ice cream, so what's not to like? When I visited today, I decided to go for an ice cream flavor that I had never tried before: the cookie doughn't you want some in a cup. And, I can safely say that it was everything that I thought it'd be! This flavor contains a vanilla base that is topped with chocolate chips, cookie dough bites, fudge, and caramel. These ingredients all work so well together, and make for one incredible ice cream! It also has a perfectly creamy texture, just like most cold stone ice cream, and was extremely delicious! The staff here are also very nice, and the place is spotless. Overall, I always have a great experience when I come here, and would totally recommend going if you're in the area! read more

Because my boyfriend is allergic to dairy, we wanted to order the Silk chocolate milkshake. Unfortunately, the staff said they could only make it with regular milk since they don't have Silk almond milk (and haven't had it for a while), which defeats the whole purpose. Appreciated the staff for giving us a heads up, but whoever runs this location should take the Silk poster down or stock almond milk. I have had an extremely sad and frightening experience in this establishment tonight. My brother and I journeyed to this Cold Stone, hoping for an evening of nostalgia and tasty treats. Unfortunately, neither of these goals were achieved. My brother ordered a banana ice cream, which I have a severe allergy to. Naively, I expected that the surfaces would be cleaned at least to some degree before my ice cream was made. Oh, how wrong I was. As I took the first bite of my ice cream, it tasted like Christmas- and not in a good way. I tried to push past the strangely holiday-adjacent flavors, only to be met with a bite that tasted strongly of banana. It was like a Christmas party with my sad estranged family that my psychotic aunt's pet monkey had crashed, but in my mouth. Pressure began to build in my ears, and my throat started to itch. Immediately, I knew that I had been banana-ed. I briskly walked to the CVS across the street for allergy medication while researching 24 hour urgent cares near me. My throat is still itching, and I can sense hives coming on. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. The only reason that I will give 2 stars instead of 1 is for the convenient proximity to a pharmacy, clearly it is necessary due to their lack of allergy protocols. Good ice cream. Good mix ins. A great end to a Saturday night date. Our ice cream artist, seemed a little new, but he was sweet and got the order spot on. The ice cream was fresh, yummy and so creative. I am a baker. So, I had them whip me up a cake batter ice cream with cookie dough, brownie and caramel. My girl got the banana bread one, it had bananas, cinnamon and pecans. Which is less like ice cream and tastes more like banana flambé. The process was simple enough but the cake itself was disappointing because the lettering was messed up and shaky.
