Large portion size! 2 scoops was so massive compared to most other ice cream places. It was so much that even I, an ice cream fanatic, struggled to finish on my own. Might be a hot take, but I actually wasn't a huge fan of the flavors. Many of the ones I tried had weird combinations that I didn't like. There were a few other flavors that I would've wanted to try, but I was getting self conscious about asking for too many samples. I settled for the honey lavender and another flavor, but it was alright. I honestly can't remember much about either flavor. I'm inclined to say good consistency, but flavor wise, not good enough for me to really remember it. This place has such unique flavors and I love that they encourage sampling. It is a little expensive for what you get, but it's still good. They have super unique flavors, one being a goat cheese something or other, and a marzipan raspberry. Between those two, I have to say the goat cheese one was definitely "special" but the marzipan one was the hit! Awesome spot with very unique flavors! I sampled this pear and blue cheese which was really interesting in a good way. I ended up getting hazelnut cookies and cream and the peanut butter cereal. This place was busy! Lots of people in line, but they got through it pretty quickly. There's are seats at the side of the location along with a bar where you can stand and eat your ice cream. The hardest part is narrowing it down because every flavor is unique and ridiculously good. On my most recent visit, I tried the pumpkin bread ice cream and the chewy molasses ice cream, and baby... that pairing was chef's kiss. I usually go for a split scoop because it makes me feel like I'm getting a lot of ice cream in one scoop, which somehow makes me feel less guilty about calories. Not that I'm counting them anyway because let's be real--this is a TREAT. Why are we counting calories? LOL. You're lucky if you show up without a line, but the good news is most people already know what they want, so the line moves pretty fast. Unless there are new flavors out--then everyone wants to sample the whole board. But honestly, it doesn't even matter because the vibe is always so good.
