Visited Cinnabon at North County Mall in Escondido and had a good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though there was a long line and they were extremely busy. Seating is a bit limited, and the trash cans were full when we arrived, but the team emptied them quickly. It was nice to see such good teamwork and attention to customers. I went here yesterday and bought a box of Cinnabon. I went home ate dinner relax a bit and when it was time to eat the Cinnabon. It was so doughy that Me and my wife weren't able to eat it.wife called the next day . Talked to Diana ( The Manager) She was pleasant and was able to replaced it without hesitation. What horrible customer service! Almost gave a 2 star since the food is good, but I really need to give them a lower rating since they practically begged me for it. It wasn't always like this. I told her I would talk to the manager if I needed to because you can't run a business if you refuse to sell your merchandise. I explained how the lack of money coming in would prevent her from being paid and that if the manager is running the business like that, I'd be happy to explain it to them. She then starting shooting her mouth off about how there are only 2 people working there and they don't have enough cinnabons to sell. The man working with her was standing in the background not doing anything the whole time I was there. So, then I explained that if the manager was running the employees into the ground and expecting them to sell stuff that they don't have, I'd complain to the manager and whoever is on top of them and that I can't stand the stuff retail managers do.
