I ordered a Cake Batter and Oreo milkshake and was very disappointed. It tasted mostly like milk with just a faint hint of cake batter ice cream, and there was no noticeable Oreo flavor at all. On top of that, the milkshake was extremely runny, as if too much milk was used and not enough ice cream. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had this issue, so I will not be returning. Our family's go-to ice cream shop for years. I do not let my kids get ice cream from any other shop unless we are out of town. My experience with this place has been amazing. And almost all of our special days, we get our cake from this incredible place. First of all, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they'll always help you in any way they can. They are very kind and value all their customers. As a health-concerned parent, my number one priority is always cleanness and this shop passes the test with flying colors. The cakes are absolutely a-mazing. Most custom cakes are either shapeless or tastes awful, but somehow this cold stone got the ideal technique and the recipe. One time we got a custom cake order for a baby shower for my sister, and after seeing that my son decided he wants his birthday cake "like that but with Batman on it" so since then we have only bought custom cakes from here. The non custom cakes are also life saviors for anniversaries or anything like that though. And finally but most importantly, the ice cream tastes great. You wont forget that taste for years. I am writing a review to advise to check your receipts when buying at this location. They took out money as a tip that I did not authorize. When I went to pay, the cashier (owner) said the card wasn't working so he turned the Payment Terminal around, hit a couple of keys, then said it was working now. Mind you, I did not authorize a tip. When I got home, I notice a tip for over $7. I called and told the owner I did not authorize a tip and I wanted it removed. He told me to drive back in and we would talk about it. I did not go back in. I thought it would hurt him worse if I did spend my hard earned money at this store any longer. read more

The ice cream here is more expensive than other ice cream places nearby but I bought 1 scoop of strawberry and it was delicious and a big size! I am not usually a fan of strawberry ice cream so the fact that I loved it means a lot! The owners are very friendly here and they offer "buy one get one 50% off if you bring your Panda Express receipt in from next door." The owners do have accents and sometimes it can be challenging to understand them (as I heard the customer in front of me having a hard time) but please be patient because they are nice people trying their best. There are wheelchair accessible tables and moveable chairs inside but none outside. As of August 26, 2022, masks are not mandated in the store. read more

Lovely couple manning the register and working the slab. The wife asked my son if he wanted a lid. When he declined, she joked that had he said "yes", she could manage to put in more ice cream since it won't be spilling out. You can imagine that changed someone's mind instantly. I have been taking my kids to cold stone for the last day of school for the last 3 or 4 years and this might be my last visit. Their was nothing inherently wrong, but its just not worth it. I don't know if the ice cream they buy is different or how they make it or if it was just a bad day, but it just wasn't that good. I mean its ice cream so its hard not to like, but 2 of my kids barely finished theirs and my oldest didn't like his. Now I know that can sound like the kids are being picky or what not, but its ice cream who doesn't like ice cream.. I had some of it and it was off, but like I said its sweet ice cream hard not to at least like some of it. so the issue isn't the sweetness or anything , but I bought 4 small ice creams and it came out to almost 40 dollars for 4 small little ice creams.. And that's the main issue, its just not worth the price. The ice cream was OK, owners were nice enough, but just the price for what we got is not worth it. It was no better and or special than a 5 dollar ice cream at DQ, freddys, or frozen yogurt. If I am going to pay almost 10 dollars a cup, then it has to be better than all those places, and unfortunately it wasn't even close. I'm leaving this review because I love cold stone and go regularly but this is most definitely not my regular store and I am SO glad it isn't! I came here with my 2 AUTISTIC son's and the store owners were completely disrespectful not only towards me and the boys but also towards their employee working there alongside them!! On top of the disrespect, our ice creams weren't made properly whatsoever. Very basic orders with 1 flavor and 1 topping. They didn't combine the ice cream and topping together. They split the ice cream in half and put the topping in the middle and put it in the cup. Also wanted to charge me for a bigger cup/lid when it was their fault it was overflowing and I even told them I was taking it to go. Super sad situation and I hope their employee realizes she deserves better then to work in an environment where she feels unwanted, is treated with disrespect and an environment that is extremely hostile. I know the owners will read this review and what I want you to take from this is that KINDNESS goes a very long way!!!! Especially when this is a major treat for my boys and they wanted to sit in store and eat their ice cream until the could feel the negativity coming from both you and your wife. I've gone to other cold stones, the ones at the malls for example, this cold stone gets the 5 stars because the ambiance is calm. There isn't much noise you can sit with your family and eat your ice cream in peace. There isn't enough seating in my opinion, but besides that small detail, the service is always great! The manager hires people who want to be there and make the experience a great one. Your just going out for ice cream, there's nothing too special about that, but when your there everyone smiles, and they are patient always ready to help you discover new flavors and that's what u like, the feeling of being able to explore the options without feeling rushed! The ice cream itself is high creamy quality and the flavor is very good, im sure it's standard at every cold stone, but again, what's special to this little location is the calm low noise environment where you can sit with your family or friends and just chat. read more

Mustafah (the owner, I believe) and his family make this location feel like more than just a chain eatery. They remember your name and ask how you've been like you're another member of their family. It's not insincere either, they genuinely care for who comes in to see them. Service is excellent. Always clean and they often offer for you to sample other treats that they have. Ice cream and teats served with love. They're open on Christmas! I know I'll be bringing my family here to meet them very soon. :) read more

Cold Stone has a large selection of signature ice cream creations, but I'm a guy of simple ice cream pleasures. Usually I get vanilla with butterfinger mixed in. The service here is very friendly and the staff seem to enjoy working here. Considering there are two other ice cream places within walking distance of this location (Baskin-Robbins and La Mixteca), it's good to see this place thrive. *Note, they have added a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Franchise to this location.
