This place is very clean and they have a great cleaning system set up for COVID (not sure if they had this pre-COVID also). They have a sign on the door that says masks required and only four people in the store at a time. When you come in, you put on hand sanitizer or gloves they provide, grab a clean tray and clean tongs to pick up the food you want. You can open the glass doors to the food you want then use the tongs to pick it up and put it on your tray, then close the glass again. When you are ready to pay you can go to the counter and they will bag things up for you. They do not take Discover cards or American Express, but everything else works. With your used tongs you put them in a box on the counter labeled used, and they take the used tray from you also at the counter. Overall: very accessible, clean, organized, awesome bakery!

Unfortunately, I didn't get to pull the trigger on this but they were SO HOPEFUL in kind of distilling down some ideas and the process to completion seemed simple enough. However the cake I needed was more urgent than they could handle. Which was a couple of hours. I was astonished how they told me I could order today and have it tomorrow. Very impressive. Check out their Instagram page as well. Next time I will plan better and give them more time to spread their wings on the custom cake idea I had. It was a really good one!
