This is a new bakery on Mission! They have been open for one week and they are awesome! The store is super clean inside, very organized, and the woman working at the cash register is so nice! The pastries/pan dulce are delicious and they sell coffee and tamales! So delicious! Please come try!

Great little shop close to work and home. I remember hearing about them from a business card I got from the laundromat. I visited and took some photos of their pan dulce and pastries before bringing a box to work. They enjoyed the sweet bread and so did some of the other departments that were passing through. Happy Hour seems to be a little more difficult to assemble, but we all agreed that having a department get together once or twice a month would be great for boosting team moral and why not with some freshly made pan dulce? I look forward to returning.

The tres leches cake was delicious. There was a variety of breads and drinks at a reasonable price. The store was very clean and tidy. I will definitely be coming back.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They answered any questions we had about the bread. The bread was delicious and tasted fresh (we went around 4 PM). The place was clean and inviting and shows that they take time and effort in creating a welcoming environment. Price was fair.

I do not recommend this bakery at all, all the bread they sell is hard and not good . Save your money and take it somewhere else .

The cashier let me know that the apple fritters I was looking at were fresh out of the oven and still warm, so I had to try those and they were the best apple fritters I've ever had! (Fresh is always better, of course). But we also tried their blueberry cake donuts, maple bars, glazed old fashions, and a few others and all were very soft, luscious, and just a perfect version of that type of donut. I have high standards for baked goods and it only took touching one of their classic sugar covered donuts and feeling just how pillowy soft it was to know they have an amazing rise and fantastic quality. I will be returning here from now on for all my donuts!! The shop is cute inside too. They have small tables for eating your purchase afterwards and offer coffee and tea. It doesn't feel like you're in the way here and the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. No critiques whatsoever!

Cinnamon roll - best Ive had out of all the ones I've had in CA and AZ. They do not cut corners and even use brown butter for their cinnamon sugar filling! Cruffins - fun to look at and fun to eat; can't go wrong with any of them! Cookies - white chocolate macadamia nut, chocolate chip, gluten-less chocolate cookies ... now these are cookies! If I had to bet, I'm pretty sure they weigh as much or even more than the famous NY Levain cookies. Strawberry and cream croissant - croissant stuffed with whipped cream and slices of fresh strawberrh; do yourself a favor and just try this! With so many goods to choose from, it may be easy to pass this one up, but don't! It'll give you those napoleon and cream puff vibes.

The pastries are definitely on the higher-priced side and we weren't too hungry, so we opted for the strawberry croissant since it was the last one left. I was hoping to try their cinnamon roll, as it looked amazing and had a selection of flavors to pick from. The lady who helped us was friendly and packed the croissant for me, and we took it to go. The strawberry croissant had some vanilla cream along with strawberry slices in the center cut of the croissant. The cream was nice, light, and not overly sweet, which tasted great with the strawberry. The croissant was a little disappointing, as it wasn't flaky, very dense, and on the softer side. It still had a good buttery flavor but overall it was mid. As we continued eating, I ended up chewing on something plasticky, and I believe it might have been the front cut of a plastic piping bag. I'm glad it was a fairly small piece or else I probably would have swallowed it...It is disappointing that a big piece of plastic ended up in the cream where no one had caught it during the process of making it.

Located at the end of a busy, huge mall complex- you'll never have trouble finding parking because they're sort of tucked away which is really nice. Tons of flavors, different sizes, and even cakes for dietary needs...yes, I've had their gluten free cakes (all delicious!).....if you can't find something here that suits your needs...that's on you, not them! The store is bright and cheerful. Of course it is, they're selling cake! And the employees are just as nice! This is the one place you want to get on their email list. They recently started an app (I don't have that yet)....but let me tell you about their emails...from a marketing perspective (since I do emailing marketing)....they have their marketing dialed in! You won't get spammed with daily emails 'come buy cake!'...forget that....you'll get notices about upcoming flavors, perfectly timed 'buy one, get one free bundlets' deals' (which I usually take advantage of) and my all time favorite...my freebie birthday bundlet! Prices have increased a bit from when I first started buying their bundlets...but I always felt they were underpriced for their quality and size anyway, so I don't mind paying the new price now. I've never had a bad flavor here. EVER. You can't go wrong with anything at NBC. Long live cake!
