This place is very clean and they have a great cleaning system set up for COVID (not sure if they had this pre-COVID also). They have a sign on the door that says masks required and only four people in the store at a time. When you come in, you put on hand sanitizer or gloves they provide, grab a clean tray and clean tongs to pick up the food you want. You can open the glass doors to the food you want then use the tongs to pick it up and put it on your tray, then close the glass again. When you are ready to pay you can go to the counter and they will bag things up for you. They do not take Discover cards or American Express, but everything else works. With your used tongs you put them in a box on the counter labeled used, and they take the used tray from you also at the counter. Overall: very accessible, clean, organized, awesome bakery!
