The coffee is always hot and perfect to order which I get a medium coffee light and sweet. Plus they gave me a free donut that day because someone ordered an extra one and they forgot about it! I will never say no to a free donut! The restaurant was decorated for Christmas and there were new products on the shelves for gifts if you wanted to buy some merch. The service at this location is awful. I have given this location several tries to get it right. I go to this location because it is close to my job. Every time i go, it something wrong. drive thru not open yet, get to the window something is broke, pull up and no worker inside and it 0530 in the morning, coffee is cold because worker got there late and given me day old coffee warm up in the microwave, croissants cold because they didn't have time to put it in the microwave, there is no one in front of me and you want me to pullup to the front so you can make it look like you serve me already to help with your time at drive thru, coffee is never correct when i get to window and have to pullup again, wait at the drive thru hoping someone take my order after 5 mins pullup and there is the worker scrambling to get the store open and ignoring the drive thru that is full of cars. I'm tired of this location will not come back to this location again. I have given it to many tries. This location need help so bad. I see why business is slow because of poor management. In recent months the service at this location has been consistently declining. The inside wait times are usually unreasonable just to even place an order. The wait for food once order is placed usually isn't long. Prior to today the last time I had visited was about 2 months ago. I had been intentionally avoiding this location because last time as I waited at the counter to place my order, one of the employees was ranting very loudly ( including the use of profanity) about not having enough help. That particular day the drive-thru line was nearly wrapped around the building. He was even slamming objects around. I do not know if he realized I had come into the store, but I ended up leaving without placing an order because I did not want someone who was so disgruntled to prepare my food. Today I decided to go thru the drive thru. It was not a along wait. However, as soon as the employee opened the window to take payment she confirmed the payment (no other greeting) and proceeded to argue/yell with another employee about her work hours as she cashed me out. Went to dunkin tonight. On a Friday night they don't close till 8. I arrived door is locked and the drive thru is open. She said welcome to Dunkin' what can I get you. We asked for donuts she said we are out of donuts. Ok then. Maybe we will find something else to order. She said we are also out of drinks and food. We are actually out of everything. Then why in the hell would you even ask me what I wanted. Clearly they just don't want to work and closed this location early on their own terms. This place is a step-up from my usual Duncan. The dining are is smaller but the service and product was really good. Everything looked clean. They have a sanitation grade of 97.0. They got both of our orders correct. Our coffee was great. They barista was really nice. I will surely stop in this location again if I am in the area. read more

I understand that they are understaffed/stressed, which is an internal issue, however this creates an environment in which the products and atmosphere are subpar to say the least. I have been here three separate times, and each time my order has taken at least 5 minutes (not including sitting in the drive through line). So after waiting at least 20 minutes each time, you can imagine my upset when my medium plain hot latte (that I get every day) has been incorrect. How can a drink that literally has only milk and espresso be made wrong? Great question. The first time, I was given a cup of brewed coffee and steamed milk (again, I get this drink every day. I know what it tastes like). The second time, the drink was fine, but this was a particularly slow day for them. Today however, was my last straw! We literally say in the car for 30 minutes waiting to get to the window. Once we get there, my fiancé gets his donut, and the worker informs us that they're making my drink now. She hands us an iced coffee, we say "oh sorry this is an iced coffee". She takes it back, then a minute later comes out with a small iced coffee with mocha syrup. "Oh this isn't my drink. Don't worry about it, it's just a regular hot latte." We smile and laugh like besties. Finally, after another 5 minutes, she hands us an extra large hot drink, and i'm sitting here thinking "yay, upgrade!" Lo and behold, I look at the label, and it's certainly not my plain latte! I go inside to try and get this sorted, and theres no joke 20 people waiting to not only order but also get their incorrect drinks. At this point I'm like we have the receipt, let's just go to a different dunkin to have it remade. Long story short, skip this dunkin. read more

Waited at the drive thru speaker, no hello or anything after 8 minutes someone answered to take our order we ordered and they were just childish over the speaker not speaking right just messing around- I couldn't hear anything as the speaker was in their mouth & i said could you speak right and then they were just laughing and being dumb. I used to love this location so much, because they would make my coffee how it's supposed to come. Lately, my coffee is either really bitter, tastes burnt, or not even the right flavor it's supposed to be. I was really excited to try their matcha donut, because the photo looked like it was a donut with matcha frosting on it... well it was false advertisement! I got a donut alright, but a glazed donut with matcha powder sprinkled on top of it. I'll probably stop coming here and go back to Starbucks again. But it was good while it lasted. read more

To start it off the manager, Tammy is a disrespectful person i went in there one day and tried to order a coffee and she was talking bad about her employees in front of a line of customers. She should treat her employees a little better than that. Or at least not talk bad about them in front of customers. Y'all this is not your place for some good quality coffee. The only thing this place can be accounted for is the doughnuts. I went inside there once with my mom like a year ago. I don't know if the same employees I encountered still work there, but they were just really weird. A couple of minutes after telling the lady at the counter what I wanted, two other employees show up and start talking about some weird fight they had with their friend, completely ignoring me and my mom. Then after letting them tell their weird story to each other, the lady finally got our order in. Y'all I listened to the whole dam story just so my mom and me can get our drinks, but both turned out to be watered down coffee with way too much shots of espresso. Like at that point I'm not even gonna bother asking for a refund or asking for a new coffee, they looked like crack addicts anyway. Place just sucks honestly. Ive worked nearby for nearly 5 years and rarely do I ever get a good drink out of the place. They have a bad rep with my coworkers as well. It just sucks as an avid coffee lover, especially because they're walking distance from me. I used to hang out during my breaks in there. But especially since COVID and just in the year before that they've been pretty awful and especially weird to me that my "espresso " (maybe they're not using espresso for lattes? Irdek ) taste burnt. I work in another coffee shop and have been to countless cafes and never once had a latte that tasted burnt, drip coffee yess, but espresso, never! Also slightly annoying to see a big ass sign on the door stating the DINE IN is open until 9pm just for me to walk up to a locked door...and have to turn around and walk back to my car. If you ever want to be rudely treated or disrespected when your spending your money Salisbury dunkin donuts is the spot. The evening shift manager Courtney was rude remedial and disrespectful. She and the gentleman who was working with her the evening of March the 27th acted like the typical elementary school bullies. They were not only disrespectful to me but we're ganging up on the poor cashier who was trying to rectify the situation. The return policy that is CLEARLY posted at the register was not honored as Courtney rudely told me "you ain't getting your money ba c k" please tell me where in America does that happen!!!
