Stopped by the Seven Brew in High Point for the first time this afternoon. The coffee itself was decent, I ordered a large iced Sweet & Salty with the Brunette added, and the flavor was good, but it didn't quite live up to the hype I've heard about. The bigger challenge for me was the layout and ordering process. The location is drive-through only and the traffic flow felt pretty hectic with cars trying to move in different directions. It made the experience feel rushed and a little stressful, especially for someone visiting for the first time. I was also expecting the drizzle and toppings shown in the menu photos, but my drink didn't include them, so it ended up tasting more like a basic iced coffee. The staff member who took my order was polite, but everything moved quickly and there isn't much of a menu to review unless you look it up online beforehand. This location needs help! Waited 30 minutes and our order wasn't even correct. Refused to waste any more time when clearly the employees were struggling. Ordered a medium blondie half sweet iced and a hot white chocolate mocha. Ended up with a cup of milk flavored with vanilla and caramel and an iced mocha. Not even white chocolate. The whole experience was a $10 waste of time and money. Should have went to Starbucks. read more

First time stopping here and it was a great experience, even during a busy rush. The woman working the order line was genuinely helpful and took the time to walk us through the menu, including explaining the higher-caffeine options, which I appreciated. I ordered a hot coffee and my wife got an iced one, both were excellent and I'd absolutely order the same drinks again. When my wife mentioned it was her birthday, the barista surprised us by comping one of the coffees. That small gesture made her feel really valued and set the tone for the rest of the visit. She was super happy, and it turned a first stop into a "we'll definitely be back" moment. I'll admit I usually don't love drive-through spots because they can feel rushed or high pressure, especially when it's your first time. Stopped by 7 Brew and ordered a energy drink and honestly it was one of the worst drinks I've gotten from a coffee spot. I took a few sips and ended up throwing it away--it was that off. The flavor was really unbalanced--way too sweet but somehow still tasted watered down, and there was a weird aftertaste I couldn't get past. I thought about going back to have it remade, but the line was long and the whole experience already felt rushed. For a place that's all about drinks, I expected a lot better quality and consistency. My daughter has raved so much about 7 Brew that I finally gave it a try. I wouldn't call 7 Brew coffee so much as dessert with a little coffee sprinkled in. For this reason, it would never be my go-to coffee stop, but I would go there again when I want a sweet drink. For my visit, I had the iced Brunette (hazelnut and caramel mocha) latte. It. Was. Divine. It was so decadent, in fact, that I couldn't finish it. I'm such a sugar hound that this is inheard of for me! I didn't think the service was great. When I mentioned that I'd never been there, the employee wasn't helpful and didn't seem to care. When I got to the window, the employees had a similar uninterest in me and seemingly in their jobs. But I don't think service is what 7 Brew is necessarily hanging their hat on. They have yummy coffees that people want and are willing to pay for despite their exorbitant price, as demonstrated by the long lines. Best coffee and energy drinks. The staff is super nice, the drinks are amazing and way cheaper than other big name coffee shops.

Stopped by yesterday for the first time. Waited awhile to get my drink. The car behind me got their drinks before mine and had to wait for me to get mi e before pulling thru. Drink was good.
