I ordered a toasted bagel and toasted English muffin with butter when I took it out of the bag right after leaving the parking lot butter was leaking all over me because of the amount of butter put on my products. All of my food was uneatable because of this, they also forgot my donut that I paid for. My hashbrowns were also cold. I am very unsatisfied. read more

This has got to be the fastest drive thru dunks I've ever been to. There have been points where I'm at the very end of the line, almost in the road, and it takes two to three mins to get my order. Interesting, stopped in 30 minutes before closing and the person working there told us there were no baked goods, the ovens were off and there was no hot coffee, only iced coffee was available. She explained she was all alone and she wanted to get out on time so she shut everything down and cleaned all the coffee pots. Apparently getting out on time is more important than serving customers or selling product during normal hours of operation. read more

I never write reviews but I have gotta say the person who served me today, 10/14/23 at around 5:21 pm, cool tattoos, nose rings, and long hair, deserves a raise. Not only were they super polite but made my bagel and frozen coffee perfect. No they did not tell me to say this. I usually never finish a bagel but this time I ate that up in like 5 mins. read more

I went to this Dunkin' establishment today and I did not get what I ordered at all. I normally have 5 star reviews but this one has knocked it down to 4 stars, even though I did not receive my pumpkin spiced latte with specifically cream cheese on top. But I am giving it a higher star rating because the barista smacked this spider so good and killed it before handing off my drinks, which I was happy about. Anyway, thought that I should put this out there, that upon request of cream cheese on top of your lattes will not be received as I found out today at this pretty good establishment. read more

Well it looks like I am not alone in my aggravation for this horrible DD. I like most New Englanders visit a DD daily and sometimes multiple times a day. So forgive me if I get aggravated by some young "I'm better than you" stuck up girl who clearly has no concept of customer service. I ask her a question and get this look like "are you that stupid"? It wouldn't be so bad but I stood there for 6 minutes while 4 employees worked on a group of young kids. No one tried to help me until everyone was cleared and even then I had to initiate the transaction. Where's the manager telling these kids how to multitask. Or at least say Im sorry for the wait. The service was usually OK when I used to come here in college, but I'm not sure what happened to the smiley girls I used to see when I was last here during the holidays.. Today at 2pm, it was Kate (brown hair) and some blonde high-ponytail girl. Blonde-haired girl took our order but didn't bother to communicate it with Kate who was working the window? So we only get one drink out of our 3 orders... The blonde haired girl was rude and incompetent. They rushed us out of there, but we had to come right back because one of the drinks wasn't made right. No apologies anywhere during their mis-communications. Kate also refused to fix my drink and insisted it was right when I asked about it. The whole situation just made the entire experience unpleasant. Embarrassing. What happened?? :( I'd recommend going to the other Dunkins in Rutland, off of Barre Paxton Rd! Or in Holden off of Main St. if you are headed that way. read more

Terrible. Ordered a Pumpkin Decaf Latte. No Pumpkin, and LOADED with sugar. Undrinkable. Drive back to exchange it, tell the drive thru girl the problem, repeat it TWICE that the coffee had no pumpkin and WAY too much sugar. Get it back, and of course, all she did was add pumpkin to it. So now its even more ridiculously sweet. And that's the way it is here. I wish I could day that was a freak occurrence, but as a resident of Rutland who goes here a lot, this happens at least half the time. Must be nice to be the only game in town. It's the only reason this place is still in business. ANY competition would put them down within months. read more

The local Dunkin donuts has ok service good food and ok drinks, besides the coffee. It's not.that the coffee tastes bad it is just so damn hot. It will burn your tongue and mouth. read more

As always this location does not fail to disappoint. We stopped in this morning and the donuts were not ready. Inside was warm so the donuts were melting. We ordered our second choice and when we opened the bag the chocolate had melted onto the glazed. Is there a reason donuts can not be bagged with paper so the donuts will mix toppings? There are at least 5 employees here. One is incapable of correctly using the register. She constantly is doubting her ability to push buttons and apologizing. The guy cooking all the food is literally yelling at the other employees when he is the one being a jerk. I've heard a few times how much this place sucks from the employees talking to one another today alone. this place is terrible. i get my coffee here everyday and it is almost always wrong. and i can't go back to get it fixed so i am wasting my money. i don't understand why they cant get it right because i order on the go on the app so i know all the info is right on the cup but they still manage to mess it up all the time. sadly this is the only dunkins i can get my coffee from everyday. read more
