I give up on this location. Not once have they gotten my order right. And the quality of food and packaging is terrible.

OK, I'm done with this place. It is run by simpletons. It's right around the corner from me, and I swear I will never go there again. Would rather drive the five miles to Einstein's off Shallowford. Every time I go there, something is wrong. EVERY TIME. You place the order, and the person who takes the order does not fill it -- even though the items from your order are directly behind them. You end up with the wrong bagels/donuts, and/or fewer bagels/donuts than you paid for. EVERY TIME. You order something with bacon, it comes without bacon. And this morning, the place had no donuts. At all. So why are they even open? So I ordered bagels instead, and watching the pimply high school employee take about three minutes to put a box together was like watching a monkey playing with a bright red ball. I'm sorry, I don't get why everyone likes Dunkin Donuts. The coffee blows, and now I realize the service and food suck also. What a dump. Hope it fails. Compared to most DD's in the Northeast, the service is very slow here. We've been here twice prior to fishing the Hooch at 6-7am and it's taken 5-10 minutes to get a muffin and tea (or bagel) while dining inside. Otherwise, it's typical DD. I prefer Einstein Bagels down the street, but DD does bring value and convenience for many. Can't go wrong here if you are looking for coffee/tea or a bagel you'll be fine, but don't expect much from the breakfast sandwiches. read more

My husband and I went in at 9:300am for our annual heart shaped doughnuts and were told that they had run out. Really? Did Valentines Day slip up on you? Well very disappointed in this location. The night shift as it appeared this particular day was operated by a group of teenagers it was very apparent that they gave little concern about how serious most adults are about coffee lol. Mine was prepared and served lukewarm, took it back and again they gave it to me lukewarm again. This location is " okay" , however, long story short- " we had a hair in our donut- a thick one and baked right into the frosting" should I have not pulled it into pieces I would've maybe not known. This location has the worst service and the worst availability of doughnuts. At 7:30am on a Sunday, they were out of marble frosted. I ordered a chocolate cake doughnut and ended up with something else. We ordered 3 different doughnuts and they were all thrown in the bag together so the frosting on each was blended with the other doughnuts. The English muffin on my breakfast sandwich wasn't toasted. I could go on as every time we happen to stop here, the service is atrocious. I wish my kids like something other than DD. Corporate should look into the management of this location. Literally the slowest service I've ever seen in my life. Inside, drive-thru, doesn't matter. Don't stop here on the way to work, you're guaranteed to be super late. Horrible. They also love putting your frosted donuts upside down in the paper bag, so when you take it out, all of your frosting is stuck to the bottom of the bag with none left on the donut. The workers here are all dumbas*** They consistently serve my bagel and cream cheese cold, even after i specifically request that they toast it, and they take forever to prep the food. I recommend the management be replaced with more adequate staff and or replace the system they have there all together. I do not recommend coming here at all read more

The staff at this location is beyond friendly. I stopped in on a Saturday morning to get 3 doz donuts and 2 large container's of coffee and everyone there was friendly and efficient. I ordered my sandwich without bacon. I received my sandwich with bacon and called the store back saying that my order was wrong. I read the receipt to the lady on the phone and said that the receipt shows NMt which means NO MEAT. I've ordered this sandwich before from various locations without any issues. She tells me the receipt says no eggs but I can bring it back to have it fixed. I tell her I cannot come back during this time because I'm headed to work. She tells me that she doesn't understand what I want her to do. I get frustrated and tell her very loudly that my sandwich is incorrect and she asks me if I am asking for a refund and I said yes because I am not able to come back and my sandwich is wrong. She puts the phone down and starts talking about me to the others in the back. Maybe she should mute the phone next time. A guy gets on the phone asks me the same questions and I told him I was unavailable for the weekend. My weekend is very tight, besides at this point I don't want another sandwich. He tells me they don't process refunds over the phone and I asked him how he couldn't process the refund. He says they can't process a refund but I can come back and get a sandwich. We had originally planned to eat at McD's for breakfast, but was rudely cut off by the time. "Breakfast is now over, sorry." We then went down a few minutes to this Dunkin' Donuts already heated from our experience. We immediately were treated by a friendly man and he continued to service us and take our order although, clearly, he was a manger of some sort. Constantly and politely directing other coworkers to complete certain tasks. We ordered our food, and told him that was all. He said, "What?! No coffee, orange juice, nothing?!" I laughed and said, "No, thank you." He said, "Come on, because your special, how about for $.99?" My husband and I looked at each other and together said, "OK!" both ordered a iced coffee and immediately began to feel better about our day. We then told him about our encounter at McD's. And he told us that that was the difference between corporate and franchise. He was the General Manger and ever customer mattered to him. I've heard bad things regarding customer service at this particular DD and as a result i have tried my hardest to refrain from visiting on my way home from work. One evening i was staring at a massive amount of paperwork and i NEEDED coffee to get through so i hesitantly dropped by to get some quick coffee through their drive thru. When i pulled up i expected the worst, maybe a pt teenage worker. The man who took my order was very professional and clearly made a huge effort to ensure i had the correct order in place even though i only came for coffee & he slyly coaxed me into getting a dozen donuts. The man was actually younger much to my surprise, but from the look of it he was very organized and very well trained. He introduced himself as Brandon & asked me how my day has been, handed me my food, and made small talk for a good minute in a half. I realized i was running up his meter but he was so intelligent and customer oriented that i never felt rushed. He gave me hands down some of the best customer service (especially drive thru) I've ever had and the customer service will be the reason i return. read more
