After a long hot day, we ordered smoothies to the house from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The service was FAST, and everything arrived nice and cold. The smoothie I selected was Peanut Butter Cup and I had them remove the chocolate so it was just supposed to be peanut butter banana. It was SO SWEET, however, that I couldn't drink it. It tasted like they dumped an entire cup of sugar in here. So sweet it made me feel gross. The menu didn't list added sugar in the ingredients but clearly a bunch of sugar was added. The açaí bowl was also absurdly sweet, but not quite as bad as the smoothie. If you want a smoothie that tastes like it's mainly sugar, you'll love it! read more

This place is usually pretty good. But today I don't know what happened. I don't like online ordering because they never put the same quality in order as they do when you order face to face. My order was horrible today, if I didn't have to go to work I would've taken it back. My wrap was horrible today. It was prepared very poorly almost no ingredients. It was just a mess. I have ordered the same Açaí Berry Boost smoothie over 15-20 times from various Tropical Smoothie locations the past few years with the same added supplements. The smoothie from this location visually appeared as though there was fruit in it, but all I could taste was ice water and a hint of fruit. Moreover, this is the second time in two weeks I have ordered from this location and the employees are unfriendly (both visits). I have grown tired of rude and unfriendly employees. When someone says "thank you", all you have to do is simply respond "you're welcome!" You don't have to look at the customer, then turn away and not respond. The customers are the ones who are paying for the product, we are not at the service of the employees. I gave it two stars because it's hard to mess up the peanut butter and banana flatbread....great job. I'll drive the distance to go to another TS location. Unfortunately, this one does not have a drive thru, however in the few times I've come, the smoothies have been on point. I always get the Chia banana with peanut butter, and it's delicious. I love the blended dates in it for extra sweetness. My boyfriend has turned me on to this place, and it's his go-to for smoothie fixes. We had just worked out, and needed something refreshing. My daughter loves their mango smoothies here, and their cheese quesadillas. I also like that they have protein powder you can add in any smoothie. Their prices are pretty decent, and as far as the ingredients, I feel they are healthier than some of their competitors. I have found service to always be friendly and I haven't been disappointed yet when we come here. I read a couple other reviews, and am sad to see a lot of people had bad experiences. Ordered curbside pickup because my baby was asleep in the car and I obviously can't leave the car unattended. There was no designated parking for curbside pickup so I parked in a spot in front of the door and turned my hazards on. No one ever brought me my order and no one would answer the phone. I waited almost 20 min. If curbside isn't an option then why is it available on the app? Other locations will have it removed or greyed out so it's not an option to choose from. read more

Highly disappointed, I went here 2 weeks ago and ordered a pomegranate plunge it was awful tasted like it was missing pomegranate or the cranberry. Love this place! Their smoothies are great and lots of choices, depending on what you are in the mood for. Their wraps and flatbreads are fresh and full of flavors. They are very filling. You are able to choose a side: fruit, chips, or cookie. The customer service here has been wonderful every time I have dined here. Staff was extremely friendly. Food was very delicious. A nice modern and comfortable interior. Would recommend to any one in the area! I enjoyed the Island Green smoothie (mango, pineapple, spinach and kale). Yes, I said kale. Sounds awful, but it tasted great You HAVE to try it. They have lots of other flavors in case you don't think drinks should be green. I still believe the prices for the smoothies here are more than Smoothie King. They all are 24 ounces. I was a little surprised to find out they add raw sugar, but they will leave it out if you ask and it's plenty sweet without the added sugar.
