I haven't written a review in FOREVER but I had to dust off the keyboard for this one. I've come to ReFresh a number of times. I've only ever gotten the smoothies and have always been satisfied. What caused me to write this review was the surprise I noticed on my cup WAY after leaving. I chatted with the employee and we bonded over Star Wars. And I noticed this on my cup. Simply fantastic. To be clear though, I was the only customer in the store at the time so they were not busy at all. I say that to say you shouldn't expect something like this. Such a fun surprise. read more

First time trying this cafe and WOW- what an awesome experience. Food: I decided to try three different toasts and a bowl. I brought them home to share with my family and they were all incredibly delicious. Atmosphere: small, inside a strip mall, some tables with uncomfortable metal chairs (I sat while waiting on my order) Staff: very friendly and helpful Parking: plenty of opening spaces in the area. Definitely recommend for breakfast or a Brunch- haven't tried the lunch half of the menu but will do a review when I go back. read more

Love, love this place! I mean how could you not be proud of the food you are serving people? The place is clean, adorable, and has an organic ambience. The food menu, dessert menu, drink menu is amazing. This is like your one stop shop if you would like to consume an entree and end it with a healthy dessert to nourish your body. The entire staff is super nice and helpful. This is the type of restaurant I want to continue to support that is providing their customers with healthy food. Delicious varieties of "toasts" and scrumptious smoothies. She had a Very Berry toast and I had a Sunrise. Both were wonderful (we shared a bit). We both ordered a Chocolate Escape smoothie (mine without Peanut Butter) and loved them. Such a great pick-me-up! Tastefully decorated and very clean restroom. Oh this was a great lunch spot , so many açaí bowls, smoothies , and salads to choose from. Even someone in line raved about the avocado toast when I mentioned it was my first visit. One of my work clients suggested this spot to me as they had just had a delivery and the food looked so fresh I asked where did they order from. I had the spinach strawberry salad. It lived up to its name as it was so fresh , the dressing , crunch of the poppyseeds , sweet bite of cranberries and grapes paired with the cinnamon pecans and feta cheese. It was delish. The location is in shopping plaza in Cumming Market place. Small quaint space with minimal seating and because the orders are fresh be patient for a wait as they prepare the healthy delicious meal. Stopped into this new locally owned small business this afternoon, because I heard they have acai bowls! The cafe is located in between Game Stop and Lenny's Grill & Subs in the Walmart shopping center. My wife and I ordered the Basic Acai bowl and the Topical Breeze Pitaya bowl. Both were very delicious, refreshing and pleasing to the eye! Each bowl costed $7.50 (before tax) We enjoyed both bowls almost equally because they both had their own touch of flavors. BTW: Pitaya is dragon fruit which gives the Tropical Breeze bowl a slightly sweeter taste! Mixed with the coconut and pineapples, it's like you're lounging on the beach under a palm tree umbrella! We will definitely be back again to try their avocado toasts and coffee as well! Glad to have this business in Forsyth County! read more

Stopped here for a healthy lunch. Got the Recovery and Cool Passion smoothies. Both were very tasty. The Caesar Salad was oddly sweet? And they paired it with tomatoes which is not how Caesar's are supposed to be. The Asian Sesame had chunks of kale that didn't have the stems removed which you aren't supposed to eat. The only thing really Asian about it was the wonton strips. They also support the Falun Gong cult as advertised by the Shen Yun poster on the window. read more

Absolutely delicious!! These days it's been hard to find foods to eat that do not make me nauseas. My boyfriend and I happened to find this place after our obgyn appointment down the road. It's a very small, but cute little shop. The girl at the cashier was super sweet and even offered my son a sticker. We ordered their basic açaí with pb acai as well as a seasonal mango one (I can't remember the name ) that they had. The acai bowls were packed with toppings which I loved that they weren't stingy about. We also ordered an avocado toast that had hemp seeds as the topping and a berry toast that had cream cheese and jelly with fruit and coconut as the topping. Both were soo tasty. We weren't expecting much from toast, but we're pleasantly surprised. My 2 year old can be picky with his food, but he loved everything and kept asking for more of each thing we ordered. Great açaí bowls. It's clean with a cute atmosphere and there are lots of options for smoothies and toppings on the bowls. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is their hours on their website, yelp and Google didn't match their door hours. We showed up at 9am on a Monday only to find out they didn't open until 10am. We got a coffee nearby as we waited but it slowed down our day (we wanted to be at the aquarium earlier). read more
