I'm so happy to find a matcha spot up here, don't have to drive to Alpharetta! It's fairly sweet, but not overly so, the strawberry syrup is good. It's definitely light. I prefer strawberry Matcha to have a jam, but you can still taste it. The Matcha flavor is a little light too. I would probably get a double shot of it next time, but it tastes great! Will be coming back again for the great atmosphere and a drive thru?? Talk about a jackpot.

I was pleasantly surprised on this visit because the last time I was here it was much smaller. The expansion includes a wonderful seating area and the very high ceilings make this a very comfortable place to visit with friends and enjoy a cup of coffee. The selection of coffee choices is extensive, and they do offer a small menu of sweet breads and savory breakfast sandwiches. We really did have a wonderful time, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on the products that they sell. It's nice to know that this coffee shop is so close to home! It's in a nice, newly developed area with other restaurants and small shops close by. There's a small parking lot right outside, some street parking, and even more a short walk away. The space itself has a ton of bright light thanks to the giant windows all around. The white interior just amplifies that. There's a lot of seating ranging from small tables to communal tables and even a swanky back library-like room with couches. I had no issues with the internet while I was there and that included me being on video calls, which sometimes suck up a lot of energy. There were also plenty of outlets nearby to keep my laptop charged up. When it comes to what I ordered, I went with an egg and cheese sandwich and an iced oat milk latte. As for my latte, they had some fun seasonal offerings and I went with one that had pear in it. That was a total first for me and I had no idea what to expect. That said it was down right delicious and I would order it again. My sandwich was pretty mediocre if I'm being honest, but I was starving and there weren't many other options. All in all, I had a lovely experience and would return as well as visit their other locations next time I'm in Georgia.

She made our day! Food 3 out of 5 Not a huge fan of the food. It felt like it was basic frozen items you heat up. The bagels didn't taste like (to us) NYC style either, though it is promoted as such, unfortunately. If you want some good coffee please try them out! This is a great rec.

Chris and his wife have built something special. The shop is clean, welcoming, and incredibly well thought out. Whether you're looking for a comfortable couch to relax, a family table, an individual workspace with power outlets, or just a quiet place to read a book, they've created a space that works for everyone. One of my favorite touches was their community book exchange. Grab a book, enjoy a coffee or pastry, read for a while there or at home, and bring it back when you're finished. It's a simple idea, but it adds a lot of character to the shop. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I went with the COMBAT CLUB sandwich (ham, turkey, bacon, swiss, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, garlic aoli on sourdough), chips, a Diet Coke, and a Reese's peanut butter cookie. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The sandwich was loaded with meat and made for a great lunch. The service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. You order and they'll call out your name for pick up when it's ready. I also got to meet Cassie, the service dog who quietly hangs out in her own little corner. She was adorable and perfectly behaved. What stood out most wasn't any single menu item... it was the atmosphere. The entire place feels like it was designed to bring people together. Between places like Roundabout Deli, Hatsu Hibachi, and now IGY6 Coffee Company, Dawsonville is building a reputation for some truly outstanding locally owned businesses. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Thank you Chris & team for doing what you do!! Wishing y'all much success Edit: They also have a drive thru
