This location is busy but the line moves quickly . This is a fun and convenient alternative to Starbucks, this drive-thru spot offers quick service and an extensive menu with a wide variety of options. The coffee is strong and flavorful, and the chocolate-covered espresso bean added to each drink is a thoughtful touch. Don't overlook the smoothies they're a refreshing and delicious alternative for those looking to skip the caffeine. I recommend strawberry! Be clear with your order, I have had cream added to my black coffee on one occasion. read more

Always so slow. Often, when walking up to the window I can see 2-3 people talking. And it's not even busy.

I decided to try this place yesterday and am so glad that I did! My baby girl got the frozen hot chocolate with little floaty marshmellows. She loved every sip of it! I got the matcha latte with pumpkin spice foam as topping (my new favorite flavor). Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back to try the other drinks. Give this place a try! read more

I do not go here very often but when I do I am always very impressed. I will not pay five and six and seven and eight dollars for Starbucks anything I can make coffee at home for a quarter. But occasionally when I am out and about and I need to double shot of expresso with one of those chocolate beans on top with a good looking barista that is my go-to place. read more

Excellent coffee, Excellent service, every time. Walk up or drive through. Mexi Mocha Latte hot with Oatmilk and Hazelnut or Bailey's for my husband likes it iced. read more

If you like good coffee and many options for other items like iced tea and smoothies look no further and come on over. I have been to other Human Beans and this one is just like the others, consistently good coffee and teas and you can tweak it to get what you want. My standard is the Mexi Mocha and my husband often gets the Snowy or iced teas. I will get or hot, iced or granita (blended) depending on my mood. Sometimes I switch it up and get a hazelnut mocha and I haven't never really been disappointed. Please note that there is a walk up window and drive through. There is no inside to go and sit for hours and work or chit chat with friend over coffee which is fine for me for I will talk the quality over having a place to sit. read more

Stopped by and ordered an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, as I'm trying different ones from various coffee shops this season and The Human Beans didn't disappoint! Perfectly flavored, and not too sweet. The staff at this location was so kind, and you receive a chocolate covered coffee bean on top of your drink. read more

First and last time visiting. Dropped by with a friend that wanted to treat me to a coffee as she said the specialty coffees were delicious. There were six specialty coffees on the menu, so we asked to see a list of all their flavors and options. My friend has seen 'the list' on her prior visit. We were told there isn't a list, you can download the app to get the menu. Human Bean, you lost out on my business today and forever for not being very human. I don't want to download an app to order a coffee. Terrible customer service. read more

If you want anything other than iced coffee or cup of regular coffee sure but don't ask for anything special as this place is a joke. Can't get an order correct to save their lives. Won't ever go back and the app is worthless too. read more

This is a little drive thru coffee shop over by the outlet mall. The prices are the same as others in the area. We stopped a month ago and got mocha latte. It was good, but the most memorable thing was it's drive thru worked like a clock. I don't want to wait all day for a coffee, and I'm glad there is someplace open where I won't have to. read more

Coffee is very good, upgrade from the other local businesses around. Fast service and good prices too

So glad to have this local option now!! Our drinks were delicious! Love the cold brew!!

The sweetie at the window complimented my car and vibe (much needed boost to my day) also I ordered a blueberry pomegranate smoothie and it came out even better than my pregnant self could've hoped. My womb and I love the human bean read more

Great drinks, but now with the Christmas shopping season they are closing at 7pm even on weekends when people want to get coffee with no notice of the change. They say they started it a month ago. Dumb idea. I was told this when I showed up at 7:04 pm. Add to that I was cheated out of my birthday coffee- the reward disappeared from app 2 days before the end of my birthday month and I was told I would have to talk to a manager. With my work schedule, not convenient. Going back to Starbucks like I did Friday night at 7:10. Way to build a new business in Dawsonville! read more

Always a great experience here! Every time I get my coffee it's exactly how I like it. The staff are friendly and personable.

Best coffee shop around! So many options. And those chocolate covered beans... YUM! I buy them by the bag now!
