The beef is very tender not the again...typical thin slices. Feel like these are hand sliced, larger and definitely better quality. Here for business trip and glad to find this flavorful Pho. We were there around 11am, so early for lunch and there were already a few parties there. We were seated immediately at a nice booth and ordered within minutes. English is not an issue here. I loved that the menu has a kid's pho that is simply less of a portion. We also got them with plain broth, no onions. I got the large sized pho tai and it was huge! There was a ton of meat and it was very filling. The broth was light and clean, tasted healthy and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The pricing was decent and the interior very modern and clean.

We love pho and have never had an experience quite like this. They also did not have traditional soy sauce which we found strange. The dining room is huge and seems to have a full bar. The decor is not what I expected, it seems to be managed in the 2025 interior consultant genre. I like my Vietnamese restaurants a little more like mom is cooking. Service was pretty quick. We started off with the meat spring rolls. They were well cooked and tasty. I prefer the thin clear sauce for spring rolls but the thick red was ok. Megan had her usual BBQ pork over noodles. She said it tasted great but unusually the noodles were broken up and not long which made eating with chopsticks a challenge. I had the meatball and brisket pho. It tasted great but could have been hotter. All the accessories were there and very good. There are a number of pho specials that looked good but I wanted try traditional on our first visit. Next time, next time.

I've only ever gotten the smoothies and have always been satisfied. What caused me to write this review was the surprise I noticed on my cup WAY after leaving. I chatted with the employee and we bonded over Star Wars. And I noticed this on my cup. Simply fantastic. To be clear though, I was the only customer in the store at the time so they were not busy at all. I say that to say you shouldn't expect something like this. Such a fun surprise.

Definitely recommend for breakfast or a Brunch- haven't tried the lunch half of the menu but will do a review when I go back.
