Great service. The lady at the front was very polite. I will come back. I'm very hungry right now and this review has to be at least 85 characters. read more

Won't be coming back. I cannot stand grabbing a quick donut then having the drive thru people put a paying device in my face basically begging for a tip. What a trashy thing to do and will def lose lots of business! Just pathetic. Quit begging . I was handed two donuts with napkins in the drive thru and a warm apple juice. Quit begging read more

I come here often for coffee or a lemonade refresher, despite the on and off wait with drive thru, I really do think it's worth waiting for. The staff is always friendly. I haven't had any. The few times I've went inside I remember it being very clean. read more

Stopped in On Friday evening after seeing the Chosen Movie, Chap 4-7 for coffee on the way home. Coffee was nice and hot and enjoyable on the way home. My wife also got a Coffee Cake muffin which was good. When walking in there are three employees and again as the one in Cleveland, Ga. All of the employees were fully engaged in keeping the place clean and setting up for the next day. Such a wonderful thing to see, then walking in and seeing all of them on their phones with their heads down. Good job of management teaching them good work ethics. read more

EVERY TIME I order from here my order is ALWAYS wrong or burnt to hell and back I'm sick of this

I LOVE this location! It's always super clean and upkept. The food and drinks are super great, consistent, and fresh. The employees never fail to have a smile on their faces and good attitude. 10/10 Dunkin location! read more

I went to this Dunkin several times when I worked in the area. Each time I dealt with a different staff member, and each one was friendly and helpful. The space is clean. However, I never stay long enough to sit down. I also don't usually order food from Dunkin other than donuts and coffee. I've ordered hot and iced drinks from this location and each one turned out great. I always get my drinks with almond milk and sometimes reduce the number of flavored pumps. They have always accommodated my requests with no issue. Service is fairly quick both inside and the drive-thru. Location is accessible from US 19/Hwy 400 and back roads. read more

Stood there for almost 30 minutes waiting on the order I placed on the app just for them to tell me they gave it to someone else. I didn't not have enough time to stand there and wait for them to remake it as they were extremely busy and I was already late to an appointment. So irritating. read more

idk who was making the food today but props best ever. it's always a hit or miss there. i get the wake up wraps and the bacon is usually soooo squishy and undercooked it's not edible. but today ? gas 10/10 service was super fast and the people were kind and ready to hand me my order read more

I get consistent friendly and fast service here. I'm here often (probably too much). I always get a medium caramel iced coffee with almond milk and no sugar and one Splenda. The donuts here no fail are so stale. Seriously, it's like biting into frosted cardboard...the drive through lane is always wrapped around the building, and it takes a while to receive your order. read more

I used to love coming here, but the last couple of times I've had nothing but bad experiences. I came around 8:30pm a few weeks ago and the doors were locked so I went through the drive-thru and the girls working had the worst attitude. And the coffee was not what I ordered. Today I went and ordered a chai latte and it tasted like milk with cinnamon in it. Not to mention I got bagel bites and they were cold. This location hasn't been good in about two years. The drinks are ALWAYS watered down. read more

90 minutes before closing, all donuts are pulled off the shelf and put on the dispose of rack. Then the little man at the register tells us "we're closing soon so we'd appreciate you not moving the furniture". Didn't ask what we'd like, if he could help us, just don't move the furniture. What? We same to get coffee and a donut. Not again. We left. I won't give this place my business again. Will they care? Nope. Neither do I. Enough people are treated like this, they won't have to worry about the furniture. Perfect example of not being able to get quality people any longer. read more

The Dawsonville Dunkin' Donuts should just shut down. It's the most pathetically run DD that I've ever seen. The drive-thru is a cluster and the lobby is NEVER open. Why doesn't the DD at 369 and 306 in Cumming have the same issues? Because it's well run. Will never go back to the Dawsonville DD. Stay away if you don't want your blood pressure to boil. read more

Nah I won't be coming back here again. Came on a Sunday am. There was a decent line. I understand that it takes time, so that wasn't the problem. When we got to the speaker, we ordered 2 fairly simple drinks and 5 assorted munchkins. We did have 2 coupons from the Dunkin app. The person at the order station had a ton of trouble with our order it was if she had no idea what comes in standard drinks or what addons are available. The first was for a free coffee because the hawks won the night before. It's a common coupon that shows up a lot during the summers. The girl at the window said it wasn't working and she assumed it was fake. What does that even mean? We specifically ordered and extra coffee because of that coupon. She talked to her manager and took it off... ok. So when we got our order, we received 5 jelly munchkins (we ordered assorted), the coffee I ordered with cream and Splenda just had cream, and my husbands order, a caramel dunkaccino, she put French vanilla in instead. So all in all, just a big mess. Nope. read more

When i first turned 16 two years ago this was my hangout spot. I loved the coffee and i would go every day. Since then i don't go as much and when i do the coffee is terrible. It's always watered down, i order the same coffee every time and it tastes different EVERY single time. I keep giving it chances but i've gotten to the point where it's not even worth the money any more. hope they can improve because they used to be so good! read more

It depends on what time of day you go there and the crew they have working. Sometimes it's great service and coffee, other times not so much. I haven't been inside the restaurant since Covid and just go through the drive thru, which usually has a long line of cars. If you do go here, it's easier to access the parking lot if you come from the 400 side. read more

I've read so many bad reviews about this location but I have yet to have an issue! Quick lines and friendly service.

Go for coffee, go for donuts but if there is anyone in line do not go for food. They have gotten our last 3 breakfast orders wrong and it takes 15 minutes to even get the first wrong order than another wait to get it corrected. There is never an apology or a hint of being sorry or actually any words. We tell them it's wrong, it's a turn around to the kitchen/prep area and they say what is missing. Not any words to us or how long it will be or we will bring it to you. They leave you at the counter looking at them to fix it. So 4 to 5 for coffee. 1 star on anything but donuts. Donuts a 3. read more

My husband went this morning to get breakfast. He asked for a breakfast sandwich for me with sausage. They repeated it back to him and stated sausage for the sandwich. When he got home, not only did my sandwich include bacon instead of sausage but we also were missing his hash browns. Did we not live 10 miles away, he would have gone back. I was extremely disappointed as I had the taste for sausage in my mouth. Make sure to always check your order when you come here. read more

I enjoyed going to this Dunkin' Donuts multiple days every week after work because it was such a treat! But the last two times I have gone, it has been terrible. I don't mind waiting in line for 25 minutes because the speaker isn't working and you have to order at the window. But when the drink I would order multiple times a week doesn't even taste the same anymore, it's just sad. I ordered a small mocha frozen coffee 10 days ago. I didn't notice that I only received about half of the drink until I drove away. I thought well they are probably training and it happens. I ordered the same drink again today and it was so so bad. It was just pure syrup and wasn't even frozen slightly. I couldn't even drink a 1/3 of it because it was that bad. This makes me so terribly sad because this used to be my favorite spot to go to! read more

I love coming here for breakfast on the weekends. They have amazing food and very attentive and personable waitstaff. Everything on the menu is delicious and the atmosphere is very laid back. Regarding the breakfast, I really enjoy the Rush Hour Breakfast with the two eegs, the two sausages and two French toasts. Just perfect for me and for less than 8 dollars ! It's convenient to the mall with easy access from Hwy. 400, so the location is perfect. The new seating set up with leather lounge chairs, table seating, and bar seating takes this location into a more small town coffee shop direction, which is going to be great for DD. The service is great on this their opening day, but they will need to continue to keep it consistent to keep these foot of the mountain southerners happy and coming back. Ugh! Where do I start came here the other morning. I understand having a rush and what not but really! My donut was laying face down in the bag with all the icing off of it. The drinks I ordered which were holiday special drinks not cheap. They were made painfully wrong and all the syrup and flavor was at bottom so tasted horrible so 20 dollar later and me and my husband had to throw out amour whole order and just go to Starbucks. What a disappointment! read more

Staff has great customer service but if you place your order online and expect to run in and grab it and go think again. They wait until you're standing in front of them to make your drink. I've been late for work because they didn't make my drink until I told her what I paid for. I placed my order today 6/12/21 at 10:33. It's now 10:53 and my husband is standing in line waiting for my drink. I'm done with y'all read more

When ordering directly from the menu, the employee did not know what I was talking and and was not very happy about me reading exactly what the menu said. The total was $2 more than the price on the menu. Then when I got my food, the bag had something dirty on the outside of it and they THREW the food in the bag upside down so it fell apart in the bag. Please educate your staff. read more

This dunkin is perfectly fine. The only people leaving bad reviews here are people that that are too impatient and rude to people that provide them a service. People need to understand how tax works. Your total will be a little more than what the menu says because of tax... Iv been to this dunking multiple times and the only crappy thing about it is the customer's attitudes. You don't like the way people are serving you? Go somewhere else. If you don't want to pay the extra 14 cents for your 2 dollar coffee? Make your own. Some people are just too entitled. There is also a shortage of workers everywhere. 2 people can't run the drive through and the dining room. That's why the lobby is closed. Get over it. You can wait in the drive through. read more

This place has great coffee and great people also my sausage biscuit was so divine! For sure coming back!

Day old pre made bagels and donuts. Slow service (but friendly staff). I'm sorry but I will take my business elsewhere. When the shops open on Dawson Forest all you will hear at Dunkin are crickets, because people just won't come here. Now it's basically the only game in town so they get customers based on that fact alone. Just setting expectations. read more

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. Placed an order through the app for walk-in, waited about 5 minutes in the car, waited in the store for 15 minutes while the girl just stood there behind the counter messing with her shirt. They were definitely not short staffed as there were at least 6 other people in there. I eventually walked up to the counter, waited until someone eventually came over, to tell them that I had placed an online order. Only then did they start making the drink. Absolutely ridiculous read more

Don't waste time here, go elsewhere. 1 Star seems to be too much for my experience with Madison E(name on receipt from drive thru). The people here are completely lost every time I go here. I attached a photo of my chicken ciabatta with bacon. I got bacon on it, so I assume they just were to lazy to add the main part of the sandwich(the entire piece of chicken). Not only was my order screwed up the girl couldn't remember to give me my order of 6 donuts that was clearly on my receipt, then proceeded to have attitude when I ask for them.
