Stopped in On Friday evening after seeing the Chosen Movie, Chap 4-7 for coffee on the way home. Coffee was nice and hot and enjoyable on the way home. My wife also got a Coffee Cake muffin which was good. When walking in there are three employees and again as the one in Cleveland, Ga. All of the employees were fully engaged in keeping the place clean and setting up for the next day. Such a wonderful thing to see, then walking in and seeing all of them on their phones with their heads down. Good job of management teaching them good work ethics. read more

I went to this Dunkin several times when I worked in the area. Each time I dealt with a different staff member, and each one was friendly and helpful. The space is clean. However, I never stay long enough to sit down. I also don't usually order food from Dunkin other than donuts and coffee. I've ordered hot and iced drinks from this location and each one turned out great. I always get my drinks with almond milk and sometimes reduce the number of flavored pumps. They have always accommodated my requests with no issue. Service is fairly quick both inside and the drive-thru. Location is accessible from US 19/Hwy 400 and back roads. read more

Nah I won't be coming back here again. Came on a Sunday am. There was a decent line. I understand that it takes time, so that wasn't the problem. When we got to the speaker, we ordered 2 fairly simple drinks and 5 assorted munchkins. We did have 2 coupons from the Dunkin app. The person at the order station had a ton of trouble with our order it was if she had no idea what comes in standard drinks or what addons are available. The first was for a free coffee because the hawks won the night before. It's a common coupon that shows up a lot during the summers. The girl at the window said it wasn't working and she assumed it was fake. What does that even mean? We specifically ordered and extra coffee because of that coupon. She talked to her manager and took it off... ok. So when we got our order, we received 5 jelly munchkins (we ordered assorted), the coffee I ordered with cream and Splenda just had cream, and my husbands order, a caramel dunkaccino, she put French vanilla in instead. I haven't been inside the restaurant since Covid and just go through the drive thru, which usually has a long line of cars. My husband went this morning to get breakfast. He asked for a breakfast sandwich for me with sausage. They repeated it back to him and stated sausage for the sandwich. When he got home, not only did my sandwich include bacon instead of sausage but we also were missing his hash browns. Did we not live 10 miles away, he would have gone back. It's convenient to the mall with easy access from Hwy. 400, so the location is perfect. The new seating set up with leather lounge chairs, table seating, and bar seating takes this location into a more small town coffee shop direction, which is going to be great for DD. The service is great on this their opening day, but they will need to continue to keep it consistent to keep these foot of the mountain southerners happy and coming back.
