The veggies (broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, zucchini and onions) were cooked to perfection tender with a little firmness. The chicken was at times dry and overcooked. I could've ordered all veggies and been perfectly happy. There was a lot of rice. A lot. I'll be bringing home leftovers! Overall, I enjoyed Kumo. The pork slices were tender and delicious. I don't know how they flavor that egg but it is good! The broth was tasty but aggressively salted.
