The three stars is for the Bun Bo Hue because it was very delicious. The broth was flavorful and the fresh veggies to go in was a plus. The missing two stars are because the water tasted like mold. Service was good but the drinking water was a really big problem.

    My fine dining egg rolls

I ordered a to-go fried rice and egg rolls on my way home several miles away. Upon opening my order, the egg rolls were packed in styrofoam (while still hot) and completely burned. I called to advise, and asked for mgr. I was told they don't have a mgr, but owner out of town. Rather than drive back for refund, let the picture tell the story if I'll be back there again.

Great, fun place to go with friends. The spring rolls could have had more variety in them. They were mostly lettuce and pork. I guess they were geared for bland palates. I was expecting carrots and green onions and cilantro in them. Reason for 1 star removed. However, the pho broth was exceptional. I got the vegetarian broth and the flavors were so fresh and yummy. It was perfectly seasoned and with all the additional add ins suited me perfectly for lunch. The robot was a novel touch making it a fun place to go to with a group of friends. The waitress was pleasant and helpful in explaining the menu to those of us who never had Vietnamese food before. Seating was good and the place was so nicely decorated and so much natural light with the modern decor that was enticing and fun to share a meal at. Definitely a place to go back to.

Came here today because I was googling pho near me and man was I impressed. It has been so cold lately and wanted some hot soup and this place is amazing. Walk in and sit wherever you want. Waitress came over and was very polite and explained some of their specials. Once we ordered the food came quick 6 minutes later. It was so rich and authentic I absolutely loved the flavors. Added some sauces and it enhanced it even more. The crab ragoons are real crab and so fresh. You need to come check out this place. It's very clean and modern feeling inside as well.

This restaurant is at the end of the Publix shopping center and kind of out of sight but was worth the trip. The decor is clean, new and simple. I stopped in on a Saturday at one and there were only a few fold so the service was quick and attentive. I'm not really a soup person so I went with a noodle dish. The flavors were mild and tasty. The veggies were well cooked and crispy. Everything seemed fresh and nicely presented. I will stop in for lunch again.

My friends and I love to come here and enjoy a big bowl of hot pho. It hits every time. Service is great and food always comes out very fast.

My spring roll was literally noodles, lettuce and a slice of pork. Very bland. Not like the previous photos I've seen.

Im not one to usually complain but my veggies for my pho were visibly dry, like they had been cut yesterday. I asked for a replacement which was no problem but the Pho was bland and I found 2 hairs in it. I ignored the first hair and just removed it but after the second I was pretty peeved. I won't be coming back. My spring roll was very basic, no other veggies other than some lettuce.

Haven't had pho in a while so I was definitely looking forward to it! We stopped by on a Saturday just after they opened. A few options for us vegan folks! Service was great, our waitress was Kathy. The food was awesome! I'll definitely be returning! Egg rolls - they have their frying technique perfected! The way these were crisped was definitely appreciated!! Even the one that came out looking a little wonky was tasty! Pho - veggie broth with vegetables and tofu!! I tasted it before adding everything in it and the base was pretty tasty by itself. I would never eat it that way but it's always good know where you're starting at. I added the bean sprouts, cilantro, lime juice and the kicker for me was the basil. I loved how that sweetness was unexpected with random bites!! I also added chili oil, the paste and sriracha. I would have loved to have mushrooms but it came with bok choy, carrots, baby corn and broccoli. I'm in love with this dish!! Crab Rangoon - Per my cousin: the best she's ever had! She loved that it tasted fresh and. It like imitation crab. First that she had that was prepared with onions in it. She ate the whole appetizer by herself and danced every step of the way. LOL

My favorite food in Gainesville! I literally come to eat here 2 times a week! I recommend the beef broth pho with double filet mignon.

    Chicken pad Thai

Genuinely some of the best food I've had in a long time. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge. Service couldn't be better and if you go you have to get their pad Thai or pho with filet mignon. The ambience of the place is amazing and their music is always so good. It smells great as soon as you walk in and it's always super clean. Love this place so much. Definitely a new favorite for me and my wife!

I've never had a bad experience here and have been going for their Bahn Mi's for a while. I was considering going back for Pho as they're having some sort of promotion however, I tried the eggrolls today. The first one was great. I picked up the second one and to my surprise, it looked like this. I literally can't even believe they put this in the container.

They're located on a busy exit/entrance. Don't park right outside or you'll be stuck trying to get out. The prices were high but I'm guessing it's due to the location. I ordered the vermicelli bowl, my husband went with what he loves most, PHO. And my son went with the lunch plate. The food was delicious but the service was so slow. No diaper changing station. I had to take my niece out to the car to change her.

Build your own Pho with brisket, filet mingon, and veg.

I wish there was a more star option. This is the first time I've ever eaten Pho. I don't know if this is the best or the worst. All I can tell you is, as the first time eating Pho from this restaurant, it won't be my last. The beef broth was delicious and everything I hoped for. I got the brisket and filet mingon because I knew that I at least liked those two meats in the "Build Your Own." Let me tell you... the broth was rich and flavorful, the meat tender, and the basil, cilantro and bean sprouts were the perfect condiment. I would recommend this to any newbie that's wanting to try Vietnamese cuisine and I'd definitely get it again. I think I just found a new favorite. I also love that as a Uber Eats delivery option, they keep the broth separate from the meat, noodles and veg. So if you're a late eater like I am, all you need to do is heat up the broth and pour it into the waiting accompaniments. 10/10

From the outside it is modest and easy to miss but inside it feels warm casual and full of life. It has that neighborhood energy where you can tell people have been coming for years. The service is quick and straightforward yet still friendly in a genuine way. The pho is the highlight. The broth is rich and deeply flavorful with a clean finish that shows it has been simmered for hours. It is the kind of broth you keep sipping even after everything else is gone. The noodles are cooked just right and the portions are generous. The meat is tender and fresh and pairs perfectly with the herbs lime and sauces on the side. It is not trying to be trendy or upscale and that is exactly why it works. If you want comforting authentic pho that hits every time this place delivers.

Hands down the best coffee and breakfast spot in Gainesville!…read more We've lived in Gainesville for a while and have tried all the new coffee shops that have popped up around the Square recently. While the new spots are fine, we decided to revisit Inman today. In my opinion, they're still the best coffee shop in town. First, the coffee quality is on another level. You can really taste the pride they take in selecting their beans. I ordered the "Fresh Start" latte with coconut milk, and it was easily the best latte I've had in Gainesville. They have the most impressive selection of non-dairy options I've seen. Most places only carry oat or almond, so finding coconut milk was a huge win for me. They also have a massive coffee menu with specialty items I haven't seen elsewhere, like a Breve! My husband got an iced mocha and a panini and absolutely loved both. Second, the food menu is incredible, especially if you have dietary restrictions. I have gluten and dairy sensitivities, and usually, my options are limited. Inman has the biggest gluten-free menu in the area--GF muffins, brownies, and actual GF bread options. I got the avocado toast on gluten-free bread topped with scrambled eggs. The bread was delicious (not cardboard-like at all!), the avocado was fresh, and the eggs were perfect. If you've been distracted by the newer shops, do yourself a favor and go back to Inman. Between the extensive menu, the high-quality coffee, and the dietary options, they are beating the competition by a mile.

Not all heroes wear capes. Technically, this was my second visit. The first time, I wanted to write a review... but I tragically spilled our entire order in the car on the way home. (RIP, first impression.) So this round was my redemption meal. Everything was packed with care and precision, like a tiny takeout Tetris master handled it. Utensils, sauces, lime--all included. Not a single thing forgotten. A+ for organization. Chicken Pho: Loaded with tender chicken, flavorful broth, and enough liquid gold left over to sip the next day like a cozy little leftover gift. My 1-year-old shared it with me (tiny foodie in the making). I tossed in the hoisin, sriracha, fish sauce, and lime they provided, and boom: flavor bomb. Beef Drunken Noodles (Medium Heat): I ordered "medium" and they actually gave me medium--not "let us burn TF out of your mouth". Perfect balance. Again, the tiny foodie gave it 2 thumbs up!

Everything was great. Crispy rolls not pictured. This is the best drunken noodle with beef I have had in twenty years. Honestly I had given up ordering it because of prior disappointment. But it was great. Got medium spicy and may ask for hot spice level next time. The green pepper and carrot were perfectly cooked with a bit of crunch left but not raw. The beef was perfectly tender and a generous portion. The wings!! I have tried these wings wherever I can find them. These were perfectly crispy with a great carmelized fish sauce glaze. It was simple. Nothing fancy but perfectly done. Try them. Umami bomb! Not too fishy. Just flavor. Sweet, salty, crispy and juicy. The fresh spring roll was great too. I don't like when they are overstuffed with lettuce to make them look bigger. There was plenty of pork, vermicelli, cucumber and coriander (cilantro). Again, flavorful bites with the peanut sauce to round it out. The only thing I am upset about is I just found this place and it is just down the road from me.. so excited! The family that runs it is kinda and attentive. They have Chinese, Thai and added Vietnamese during covid when they took over. Everything is made with care. I tried their bahn mi on my previous visit and it was good but would go to a bahn mi place in norcross that specializes in bahn mi instead. This place is for great meals. Not just a sandwich grab. Hope you enjoy it
