Went thru the drive thru. Ordered food and a cup of whipped cream for my dog. Got to the window and found that that the cup of whipped cream was literally a tiny squirt of whipped cream that the charged me $2.39 for. I was informed they don't do pup cups (which is fine) so they charge you for a small cup of coffee (that you don't get) and squirt a small amount of whipped into the bottom of the cup. I just started working nearby and have gone to this DD location every day in the last week. Every single cup of coffee I got was DELICIOUS. But one experience in particular stood out for me. I pulled up to the window and saw matcha on their menu & I asked the guy at the speaker if he thought it was good. He told me that he didn't personally enjoy it, but it was very popular amongst the staff. I decided to try it. I pull up to the window, and a very nice girl named Jasmine poked her head out of the window & said that she really liked matcha & wondered if I would mind if she prepared my drink the way she makes hers (turns out that was just adding some unsweetened vanilla too it). That sounded great so she made it & handed it to me. Not only was it AWESOME, but she had me try it before I left so that she could make me something else if I didn't like it. I'm not going to lie, I've had several not so good experiences here, with employees acting rude and like they have better things to do than take your order. Getting orders wrong etc BUT lol this is why it made such a difference to me when I came through the Drive Thru a few days ago to a team of workers that was SO full of joy, laughing, smiling, joking and so kind. They got my order right on the first time and seemed happy to be there and happy to be doing their job. That is so rare these days and especially with the experiences I've had at this same Dunkin with different people this team really made a difference! When they built this Dunkin so close to my home last year, I was thrilled! I can't rate the breakfast sandwiches because I generally only buy coffee and doughnuts, but those two things are awesome! The doughnuts are always fresh and they usually get my coffee order correct--I just have to be specific. I like flavored coffee, but I don't take sugar in it. Just make sure you order your coffee as unsweetened. (I.e. large iced coffee, cream, unsweetened blueberry flavor). Dunkin' Donuts has been a solid place to get a cup of coffee. Always get a medium cup so you get the good cup. The small is too hot to hold and has an inferior lid. This particular Dunkin' Donuts is the place I stop on the weekend mornings during my motorcycle rides in North Georgia. I'm still looking for some charming diner or cafe, but until then, this place will do! I recommend the Croissant Donut. They're not as good as actual Dominique Ansel cronuts, but they are better than regular Dunkin' Donut donuts and are quite good! Donut Connection, next door, is local and great, but their donuts are just not as good as standard Dunkin' Donuts donuts. So, I go here for now until they up their donut game. read more

Stopped by today for some donuts and was seriously underwhelmed by the quality. My son's frosted donuts were only frosted in the strictest sense of the word, it was so thin. I wasn't a huge chain coffee shop person. And I really wasn't happy when a chain moved in and put other coffee shops out of business. HOWEVER, these guys are awesome. Not only great food that is always right and always quick but we have met some of the coolest people working here. Cody and Kurt take the time to meet their customers and know their orders. Now they even recognize us from our voices in the drive through! I come to this store every week at least. Today, a fabulous (sarcasm) girl decided to cut in front of me and then proceed to be rude by stopping before the box and window. I guess she REALLY needed her food and coffee so much so that she almost hit my car. Then, as I proceed to order my coffee the lady wasn't as friendly as I had hoped, or have experienced before. My girlfriend and I stopped for breakfast on our way to a baseball tournament, expecting to get a nice breakfast. However, our whole order was messed up! We ordered two breakfast sandwiches with just bacon and egg, but they only came with cheese. We specifically said no cheese three different times. I have been here a few times and the coffee is fresh and correct, but avoid the donuts at all locations. What a bad business model to freeze donuts and say they are fresh. read more
