She went but never returned, so I had to go and show her the price tag personally. Even after seeing the $21.99 label, she seemed confused and went to another counter to discuss it with another employee while chatting and laughing instead of resolving the issue professionally. Another item, Paneer, was marked $4.99 on the shelf but was billed as $5.99 and already packed into the bag. I had to ask her again to verify the price before she corrected it. To make matters worse, I had purchased 2 packs of Maggi and returned 1 pack before payment. She started searching through all my groceries as if something was wrong. When I politely asked what she was looking for and explained that I had only returned one pack, she responded very rudely, saying she needed to check everything. After payment, I simply told her that speaking to customers that way was not good for the store's reputation. Instead of handling the feedback professionally, she argued back and told me not to speak to her like that. I understand that new employees need time to learn, but basic customer service and proper training are extremely important.
