IYKYK... This was the closest one to where we were staying and I'm glad we came to the stand alone one. It seems like it's relatively new. The outside/inside is clean and fresh. The inside is a little smaller then Tim's you might be familiar with North of the 49th parallel... The selection of donuts is small... so don't expect a huge selection... only three varieties of TimBits... so if that could be enlarged that would be awesome. The coffee still tastes the same. Be patient! Listen, we sat here for 40 mins and watched how some people came in and expected to order and get their food within 5 mins. Go to the arches for that. Our food came out within 25 mins. It was fresh, it was tasty and hot. Mackenzie did a fantastic job being graceful, patient and courteous to all costumers. They were slammed with orders, but each one of the employees was polite and working hard to keep the customers happy. I can't give this business enough praise. Just knew this location opened in Suwanee! I am so eager to try this Canadian Coffee chain! The inside is clean and comfort! Our kids went while in Canada and we weren't able to try the donuts and were disappointed. However now that we live in GA, there is one here and we were excited to visit and enjoy a good donut. I guess my expectations were pretty high after frequenting Dunkin' Donuts and all the choices. There were definitely not as many choices and varieties to choose from, but we made the best of it. We ordered some of their Timbits to go with our delicious Crème Bru-Latte. We liked the drink, but thought the Timbits were a bit dry compared to others. The other two donuts we took home to enjoy. We thought we were told that the Holiday tree had filling but nothing. Perhaps we didn't hear correctly so that was disappointing. Our Hot Cocoa Crumble muffin was excellent!! Loved the chocolate flavor, crumbs on top and marshmallow inside. Super scrumptious!! Our other donut was an Apple Fritter and was equally as scrumptious. We brought our neighbors two cake donuts, chocolate and glazed old fashion. They too commented they were a bit dry. Bummer!! The inside of the restaurant was clean and not too big. So excited to have a Tim Horton's closer to me! The one Midtown is very small and part of a gas station, but this one is a nice free standing location. The Timbits were as delicious as ever. Came by here to finally try this chain and was happy to find plenty of parking and a drive thru. The inside is really nice with an assortment of sweet and savory pastries and coffee and other beverages. I went with a half dozen and got some apple fritters, honey crullers and vanilla dipped donuts with sprinkles. Out of the three the honey crullers were my favorite since it wasn't too sweet and had a nice texture. The vanilla dipped donuts were also pretty good and loved that it wasn't sweet except for the vanilla icing on top. The Apple fritters were okay but a little too sweet for my place. Next time I visit, I'll give their savory pastries and coffee a try! read more

We came to this location even before they were opened and the amazing lady came out to our car and brought us donuts and Timbits for free. I was so excited to see Tim Horton's opening near me! It's always a must visit when I am in Canada. I typically love the chocolate iced donut but for some reason the taste and texture wasn't the same this time. The dough was very chewy. I loved the French crueller however! I lived in Canada for years and Timmy's was a staple. It's great to have one relatively close now. The service was outstanding, food and coffee was on point, and the prices were great. A bag of ground coffee was $9, which is almost half the price of Amazon. My wife and I will be stopping in as often as possible. read more

I've been eyeing the construction every time I went to Target and was wondering when they were going to open. Good and friendly service. They are well staffed. They make their coffee fresh on rotation throughout the day. They serve up doughnuts, coffees, and specialty coffee/cappuccino/latte drinks both iced and hot options, as well as some other little snacks and food items. They also do free pup cups for the fur babies! Yay! Definitely check them out. The interior is cute and they have a drive thru. We were braving the chilly weather today on Black Friday to shop a few deals. The recently opened Tim Hortons called our name to warm up with coffee and hot chocolate. Service was great! Good team here shout out to Johan. My wife really liked the coffee saying she may now have to buy some Tim Horton kcups for the kuerig at home. Quick review - Even though Wednesday was first day opened and had that deal about 50 first customers get free coffee for, they said it wasn't their grand opening and they weren't giving that deal out. Not a Good Look. Food - OK. The timbits didn't taste fresh. egg Sandwich was ok, coffee is good. Sorry but there's not a nicer way to say this but THIS PLACE SUCKS from top to bottom. I was so excited to try it out during its construction but now I can't wait for them to close down! Their food is stale and has no taste but what's most surprising is how very low quality their coffee is, both their drip coffee and "expresso" which isn't really expresso. You can go to Waffle House, order a coffee to go, leave in your car a few days then microwave it up and I imagine that would still be better than Tim Hortons crap in a cup. The suck doesn't stop there, the service both inside and the drive through ranges from rude to indifferent and the place is so generic and cookie cutter that there's absolutely no ambience. TLDR: Somehow the best tasting coffee from any chain coffeeshop in the local area. There are quite a few coffeeshops nearby, from national chains to local shops. Out of all the national chains, I've found Tim Hortons to have the best tasting coffee. Having been to Canada many times, Tim Hortons is a staple up north, appearing on just about every block. Ironically, I've never tried it when visiting there, but only when they opened up in Georgia. They also sell pastries and doughnuts, though they taste similar to other shops nearby. Busy, busy at noon on what was probably their first Sunday after the Grand Opening. I tried a savory croissant and matcha latte. Hubs had the avocado toast and black coffee. Croissant was okay. Latte and coffee were great. Toast was not very toasty...but kind of limp. Prices were reasonable, but better food options at SBUX. Might be worth a second visit for an apple fritter. It was pretty annoying seeing the owner hanging out behind the counter in his dirty down jacket watching over the employees with a hawk eye. That was a real turn-off. They are slow on service. Also after trying to get iced tea multiple times and always being told they were out, they said that no one orders iced tea so they just don't make it as it is expensive and no one orders it. The large staff is so unorganized they're falling over one another completely unproductively inside while potential customers sit in lines inside and the drive thru until they frustratingly leave. Probably the best Tim Hortons I have had in the States. Staff is nice and makes the iced Capps right. It is much better than the Tim's in downtown which was not good.
