Various spots have plenty of seating, some have limited seating. --Service/Staff-- The staff was friendly and was trying to get my order in and out. I don't go that often. So it took a while to get what I wanted. --Food/Products-- The blueberry heaven is where it's at. I can see them making it fresh in front of me. Maybe I really like blueberry, but I recommend this flavor drink. The blueberry is not overwhelming and was quite delicious. --Overall-- Recommended for your smoothie fix, remember every spot is different. I ordered 32oz Strawberry Hulk, extra strawberries, multi, energy boost....another person orders after....3rd person ordered and receives drink before the 2 of us. Then I received the 3rd persons order, which was a wrong order to begin with. I ordered add ons and didnt get them. I asked for extra strawberry and didnt get that . Upon seeing it was wrong drink, they prceeded to take drink from cup, add strawberries and say it not a gladiator anymore..its a hulk now....THAT IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL....the picture posted does not look like strawberries with extra strawberries. I feel it was a very profiled situation because of words and gestures exchanged. I am very disappointed and disturbed by this overlooked profiling problem. I often go to the Smoothie King on Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta. Today. I attempted to use a buy one get one free coupon. That is, I was attempting to buy a 32oz. smoothie for a free 20 oz. smoothie. When I presented the cashier with the coupon, he said his manager would not accept it. I informed him that I had used the same coupon yesterday at this location, which is also indicated on the coupon. The cashier insisted that I pay for two smoothies. I decided that I did not want the smoothies and left to go to a different Smoothie King. Interestingly, the cashier kept my coupon and did not return it to me. I will not be going back to the Old Milton Parkway location. This is a horrible business practice. If you have this coupon, beware. read more

I had to pull up to the front and no one was in the inside. One last came to the window on her cellphone talking to someone and grabbing money out of the tip Jar while there's a line of people. I come to this smoothie king weekly and I have never had this issue. It's insane how their phones are priority while at work. When you want something good, something refreshing, and something healthy, don't do the usual "grab and go" salad. Go to Smoothie King and get a really delicious 20 oz or 32 oz smoothie. Having been a long time Smoothie King fan (Dunwoody location) , I was very glad to see one opening in Alpharetta. Smoothie King mixes nutrients and protein with real fruits to create some really awesome blends. Their menu provides options for people who are focusing on weight loss/maintenance, or wellness, or overall fitness and you can add additional nutrients/supplements to any of the choices. if you've never been to a Smoothie King before, plan on spending several minutes looking over the menu of options...also plan on having a difficult time deciding. Note: my favorite is Angel Food but if you like tropical fruits, the Island Impact and the MangoFest are excellent choices. The Alpharetta location is a little oddly shaped - long and narrow - once you enter, you walk to the back to look at the menu and place your order, and you pick up your order nearer the front door. They have a couple of small tables and chairs for customers but the store isn't designed for dining in. As with other Smoothie Kings, this store offers a small selection of snacks (protein bars, fruit/nut blends, etc.), along with bottled drinks as well as their signature smoothies. The Alpharetta Smoothie King is located on the corner of Old Milton and Northpoint Parkway and is only accessible if you're headed west on Old Milton or north on Northpoint. Two thumbs up for this location, as we were greeted and assisted as soon as we entered, They took our order, prepared our smoothies and we were on our way within minutes. read more

If I could give less I would. Currently in line and have been waiting for 40 mins. It's taking them 5-10 minutes per smoothie. Absolutely absurd. Never coming back.
