Jonathan in produce was a standout. He helped me pick the right items and even pointed out which displays were freshest. The deli also had some surprisingly great protein bowl options that I hadn't seen before, which made grabbing lunch way too easy. And walking in to see new bakery items right at the front? Loved that. It set the tone for the whole trip. Clean store, great energy, and a team that clearly cares. This location is doing it right.

Four weeks ago, I was told by a clerk that I had earned loyalty points and could redeem them for a discount, but a manager had to approve it. I came back multiple weekends and was repeatedly told the manager was not available. Today, I finally spoke with the manager, Patric, who refused to honor my points (worth about $50). Patric told me, "I paid for everything here, not corporate," and said that if I spent $100, he might offer me $20 off -- completely dismissing my earned rewards. He also claimed that I had no discounts left because the discount fields were now grayed out. However, just two days earlier (Saturday), the discount fields were still active when I visited the store. Overall, this was a frustrating and misleading experience. I made purchases at GNC trusting that I could use my rewards, only to be denied unfairly. I am now contacting GNC corporate and warning others to be cautious with loyalty points at this location.

One of my birthday presents was some Ghost preworkout I had wanted to try, but my boyfriend accidentally got the wrong stuff and Amazon is sold out so we hit GNC because they had some in stock. The guy there was nice, but not super knowlegeable on the preworkouts. They have our fav there, but I've wanted to try Ghost because our friends said it was bomb. Unfortunately, other than a thermogenic effect which I don't even care to have I didn't really feel it did anything, and it's super pricey because you only get twenty five servings for $44.99. Boo! Well, GNC is a good avenue to find a bunch of different protein powders, supplements, shakes, cookies, etc. I'm glad they are here, but I'd rather buy online any day.

As is often the case, there were empty boxes blocking certain dairy items. You have to pull out the empty box and stash it somewhere so you can get to the yogurt or item you need. As usually with Aldi, you can't get everything you need. Heaven help you if you want to buy dental floss, bay leaves, or whole wheat flour--you just need to go elsewhere. Aldi does have low prices, and I usually find quality produce. I prefer to get fresh meat from Costco.
