I placed my order via the app. It was simple to use. I tried my rewards freebie of the GLP-1 Almond Berry smoothie. When I walked in, she was very friendly and my order was already ready. She was cleaning up and the restaurant was spotless. She welcomed me and was kind. I'm not sure why the other reviews are unfavorable because I had a good experience! read more

Smoothie King - GLP-1 Almond Berry Smoothie - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Cumming, Georgia

Wow! I walked into Smoothie King not knowing what I wanted. When I entered the store, a tall gentleman named Will, greeted me with a smile and asked what he could get started for me. I told him I wasn't certain what I wanted and asked for his recommendation. He asked me what kind of fruits I like to eat and based on that; he recommended the angel food cake smoothie. The service was spectacular, so I increased my order to a 40 oz. Will recommended I get an enhancer for energy so I asked him to throw that in there. What a fantastic experience. I will definitely be back. read more

Smoothies were ok but walking into the place felt... gross There is trash outside overflowing in this can left for weeks. Not sure why the 4 employees inside can't pick it up, maybe bad management, maybe because they are in high school. either way this is how the front office the store looks can't imagine the cleaning routine inside.... read more

I have come into this location a couple times and the staff is just goofing off it's very messy the staff was talking inappropriately behind the counter one employee it was wearing such short shorts that her butt was hanging out in the bottom and she was leaning up against the counters with her butt they were out of lids so she went to the back to get lids came out twirling the lids above her head it just was a very unprofessional environment read more

It is ok. Its sort of like all the other chains. You get accustomed to the flavors and what to expect. After making a bunch of smoothies at home I figured I would go out for one when I got a coupon in the mail. Overall I thought the taste was very artificial. It seemed sort of blahhhhhh. I won't be back more than likely read more

Kyle was very polite and made me the best smoothie I've ever had and did it with a smile. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good refreshing drink! 13/10 experience! read more

Very bad service. They didn't even acknowledge my presence, but spoke to the white guys they came in after me. I stood there for at least 3 minutes with no one else in the store. I gave the young lady every chance to just acknowledge me.The bathrooms were nasty with used feminine products in the toilet. I will never go back again, and first thing in the morning, I'm calling their corporate office read more

We love to get smoothies after my daughters cheer practice as it is right down the street. The only complaint is that the turnover seems to be high as we go there a lot and rarely see the same faces...making the quality of the smoothie's not as good sometimes since the person making it is new and not fully trained. We get the same smoothie every time so we know the way it should taste and when we went yesterday the young man who made it for us did it way wrong...to watery(chunks of ice) but they were so busy I didn't want to wait again to have a new one made. My advise is make sure the servers are very skilled in smoothie making before letting them serve customers. read more

We ordered 3 kids sized smoothies and a small coffee high protein. I watched them make my coffee high protein and they couldn't get the consistency right so they kept adding ingredients at random until I ended up with the largest size which would've been great but it didn't taste anything like it usually tastes so i tossed it out. Also, that one plus all three of my kids' smoothies were dripping and covered with juice so we all ended up with sticky hands and dirty clothes. read more

I love how the lighting, in this location, is situated. There is a nice selection of 'fitness edibles,' in stock, and there is some nice decor in this store. Also, it is spacious; that's a plus. The smoothies are just okay (from this experience.) read more

Here is an idea. Schedule one poor kid to work the registers and the kitchen on a Sunday afternoon in S Forsyth. Kid did great, management should be ashamed of themselves. 22 min for a smoothie. Never again and never at this location. read more

I typically love this location. I've never had any issues until tonight actually. An extremely rude employee refused to bring my order to the curbside, when I ordered via curbside (!!) through the app. She stated that it was a new covid policy.... but, I've ordered curbside about 10 times in the past 2 months & never had anyone else tell me about this supposed policy. Also- most businesses do curbside specifically because of covid. Those who have been to this location will know the distance between the smoothie counter and the curbside pick up spot is close to nothing. So I walked in to pick up my order, as I had no way of canceling it from my car apparently, and despite the store being dead, my smoothie hadn't even been made. Yes, the same employee, Allie, I believe, was also rude to me inside as well. This encounter happened 12/28/2020 around 6:30, just fyi if you are the manager and know who was blonde working that shift. I'm not sure what the point of ordering curbside is, if you cannot pick it up from the curbside. Also, why has no one told me (a frequent customer) this before. Needless to say, her customer service was so terrible that I never want to order from this location again. And there actually are a few really nice employees here, but that girl totally ruined it for me. The business should really take curbside pickup off as one of their serving options on all platforms including this one. read more

Hours and sign both said open. Lights on inside. But NOT open. Not the first time this has happened. Honor your hours or change them, at least that way we can plan our mornings accordingly read more

Don't know why there isn't a higher presence of leadership at location. Having this many teenagers running one place without a manger is why I always prefer Smoothie King on Windward Pkwy. read more

The employee helping me was fine but another employee came in while I was ordering. She was still in street clothes and walked behind the counter, and began making herself a drink without washing her hands. Her hair was also really long and was not pulled back so when she would bend down to scoop ice her hair was all over the lid of the machine. I kindly let her know she should wash her hands and put her hair up before she started making a drink, to which she replied "oh it's just my drink". I told her that her hands were touching the handles of everything and her hair was touching the ice. I told her they could fail a health inspection over that, and she just said okay thanks, without apologizing. She then left the restaurant in a Jeep so she wasn't even working, just came in to grab a drink. None of the formulas or ingredients on the counter were covered with a lid when I walked in. I'm disappointed with the food safety of this restaurant. read more

The smoothies are good if they're open more than once now the stores not open when it's supposed to be - very disappointing. If you go there early in the morning they only have one person working and one person can only do so much which means that it takes forever to get your smoothie. It is Not the person workings fault. read more

I only stop here when I need to but I am never thrilled with this location. The staff seems to change all the time so you never really get the same taste as with other locations. The place is barely clean, but acceptable. Today, I made the stop and was not happy at all. Three teens were in the back when I walked in to the store and I waited for about a little bit before they came out eating their lunch. They had their Moes lunch in tow and was chowing down at the counter. I placed the same order I make everyday except today I was told that they could not make that one the way I wanted it....Not sure why. I told them that I order it every day so they made it but it was not good at all. Also, today was $5.00 Monday, not realizing it when I ordered, I ordered a small which I could've had a medium for the same price. It would have been nice to have been informed. I expect more. read more
