I am lactose intolerant. I walked in for an order, employees greet me and service is great. I get the honor of watching the worker make my oat milk gingerbread chai. He is pouring said milk with a yellow gallon, I think, 'Wow, it's great that they have so much oat milk that they store them in gallons like regular milk.' I get my order, drink it within ten minutes. Delicious as always, tasted a bit less sweet than usual, but this was my first time ordering a trenta, so I figured the ratios must've been a bit different. I get home, take a lovely nap with my cat. I wake up and my tummy is grumbling an awful lot. I have been fighting for my life on the toilet for the past few hours, and I have a growing suspicion that they did not in fact use oat milk. I was a long time customer of this Starbucks. The last 6 months this location has gone downhill. Drive through takes 15 minutes to get through with just 4 cars in line. Got a hot black coffee today, and it tasted like water, and I wasn't given a sleeve so I burned my hand on my cup. Julie the "store manager" is a terrible "Manager". I've worked in businesses for over 20 years, and I go to Starbucks often here. I asked for an extra topping that went on my drink and she wanted to charge me 49 cents. It's a Carmel CRUNCH frappe. And she charged me for the CRUNCH. I've never been charged for a topping that they were slacking on. She's got a terrible attitude and I see why this stores reviews are so low compared to other. Get a NEW MANAGER. I walked in holding my small dog since I was alone and couldn't leave her outside by herself and the women at the counter refused to serve me and embarrassed me in front of the other guests by asking me to leave. I totally understand policy but you shouldn't be rude or maybe suggest that I do a mobile order and wait outside. That way you're not being rude and embarrassing anyone and still taking my money that I'm actively trying to spend at your business. Customer service is awful! There was a mistake in my order which I have been ordering for over a month in the same Starbucks because I work next door. I came in so as not to stall the drive thru line. The female employee was condescending and kept asking what I wanted in a rude way. I showed her my order via the app, but she didn't even glance at it. She said that is what she made me. I told her the color looked off (too dark), so she spilled the drink and added more oat milk. I told her that they didn't fix the situation because my drink was topped with pumpkin cream foam which she spilled out. She seemed annoyed. She then said that she will make it in front of my face since I was not happy with the first two times it was made. I told her that I never saw the first one. I also shared that I didn't appreciate her tone and attitude. That is when the short and dark haired female manager stepped in and was equally as condescending. She never intervened to tell the other employee to stop being rude. She expressed it in a way that it was my fault that this drink was such an issue. She said at the end that the drink was on the house because I didn't like the first two drinks. I told her that the tone and service was not okay. She was dismissive and then the initial employee says, "Just grab the drink and go". I heard it and asked the manager what she said because I couldn't believe my ears. The manager looked in my eyes and repeated the comment without a blink instead of diffusing and saying don't worry I will talk to her. I have been buying my same morning coffee every day and sometimes twice a day. Such a rude and condescending service! This place is great, the drive thru staff always does an excellent job, the location parking lot is a logistical disaster but, The best Starbucks in the land. (Off Holcomb Br) for such a busy store they really crush it consistently. Definitely suggest ordering via the app ahead of arrival if during a busy time, but ignore the app says drive thru pickup only but you can most certainly pickup at the counter. read more

Starbucks is good in general, but the friendliness of the staff is what makes it stand out! They treat you like they know you personally, and even though that may be a general goal for a lot of places, these people make you feel like you are their priority, not just the job. Apparently my last review here has disappeared. So here I go again..... This new Starbucks is a bustling baby, it's still growing. The personal has changed a bit, but the good natures has not. I'm a regular from the old location. James, Dawn, Jersey and Store Mgr Jeff as well as the rest of the staff are AWESOME! This place can get busy at times, but what other highly popular place doesn't. And yes the ceiling specs does increase the loudness, but I believe that it was meant to "Open" the place up. All in all, this is a great place to hang or meet for some deliciously rich coffee! Where smiles are free and welcomed! read more

This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. They are always super fast and have never gotten my order wrong. They even remember me and know what I want when I pull up. I've come before on a busy morning with cars lined up around the building and I'm still in and out within 10 min. It almost seems impossible. The staff is great. Always so nice and professional. Not sure what was wrong with the two in the store this morning at 5:30am but they were not pleasant at all. No hello or anything. I asked for sweet cream for my coffee. One sd from the other end of the counter that's an extra charge. I said ok but is the first time in hearing about that and she looks at me like i had 3 heads.
