Love the idea, not a fan of the execution. Very chaotic ordering system- a few customers attempted to use the electronic kiosk and their orders never were prepared. A big too long of a wait time after ordering. Ice cream had okay flavors, the mix of toppings was fine but all in all I would not be back. The fluorescent lighting was very harsh and made it feel like a bar that was trying to get people out at the end of the night. Our ice creams ended up being deciding- mostly whipped cream to cover that fact that each cup was maybe halfway full.

Lavender Grey milk tea

Over priced for the amount of ice cream and toppings we got. Pretzel in salty sailor's were stale . Milk tea- I ordered lavender grey and it's the worst drink I ever had in my life. Taste like syrup on ice with no tea . Split in two cup with lots of ice still doesn't help. Won't be back .

Down town Alpharetta has a couple of ice cream places and this is one of them. Here they make the ice cream in front of you... mixing it up with flavors, spreading it out on a cold stone, then scraping it up into rolls and putting it in a cup. Parking kinda sucks down in this area of Alpharetta as a whole. Not just for this location but all over. It was late though and we found a spot. My kids got ice cream... my youngest got cookies and cream and my oldest got vanilla. They liked it. It is a cool little spot and it is fun to watch then make it up. The flavors are limited, the location is smallish, and the teens behind the counter were not really interested in the whole customer experience. It was late though and I think we walked in just before closing... so I'll give them a pass. They are just kids. They got it all done and my kids liked it... so that is what matters.

This is the best ice cream store in Alpharetta Georgia!!!! Everyone should always come here because they have the best customer service and they are very sweet and caring. And they are considerate of people with allergies, gluten free people and people that are vegan. And it's a quiet place with a little bit of talking and has music. I wish there was ten star option because i would have put that.

Just found this spot in downtown Alpharetta, GA--a must-visit for ice cream lovers! Their cotton candy and wildberry lavender rolled ice creams were dreamy, and the butterfly citrus tea is a refreshing must-try.

Here's a somewhat hidden gem in the downtown Alpharetta area. Tucked away behind Smoke Jacks BBQ and Taffer's Tavern, this place offers a number of unique flavor combinations hand mixed and rolled in front of you. I decided to try the Banana Puddin' ice cream. It was fun watching the mixologist create the ice cream rolls from scratch. It was even better tasting the ice cream. My ice cream tasted just like banana pudding with the classic banana, Nilla wafers and whipped cream flavors. It's definitely worth it to get the larger regular size. I'm sure I'll be back and bring my family.

I'm so happy they opened a second location in Alpharetta!! The other location is in Roswell and I also enjoyed that one too. I came and got the salty sailor and it was delicious!! WTS is a little icecream shop that also serves bubble tea. You pick your choice and they make rolled ice cream for you with toppings. The icecream was so creamy and just the perfect amount of sweetness to me. I loved the topping choices. Since the restaurant is fairly new, it is pretty clean and inviting. There's a few chairs to sit and eat but it seems most have taken it to go. The service is so nice and fast. They answered all my questions and gave me time to decide on my order since there's so many to choose from. This restaurant is just off the main strip of the busy area and easier to find a parking space versus parking down town and then walking.

A friend took me to Where's The Scoop as part of a surprise day, and I was really excited when we got there because I hadn't yet tried the infamous rolled ice cream! This was also my first time in downtown Alpharetta, and I was so impressed with this adorable area of town. The shop is nice and clean, with simple but cute decorations. They have some indoor and outdoor seating available. They also have a good amount of parking around them, which is nice! They have so many flavor and topping combinations, both on menu and build your own! It was so hard to decide, but I went with my old faithful flavor combination of Oreos and cookie dough, and it was SO GOOD. I'm also really impressed that they source their milk from Georgia. I highly recommend visiting Where's The Scoop for a fun and refreshing take on a classic treat!

They have a wide selection of ice cream flavors, coffees and teas. Unfortunately, we came just for coffee and were told they were out.

I came here after practice with moderate expectations but was blown away! I asked the owner what…read moreshe recommended and she suggested a strawberries and cream dessert that was incredibly good. The ingredients were fresh and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I highly recommend this place to all.

This ice cream parlor actually used to be a La Michoacana USA. Which is so funny because I didn't…read moreeven look at the name of the ice cream parlor when I walked in.. again I'm a creature of habit so I've been here before it's in the same spot. I walked in. I did notice the store looked different and I thought it was just a simple renovation. To my surprise ,It's now actually a Mis Tios. They have pretty much the same set up in terms of ice cream and desserts. But what I thought was really cool is the actual savory foods they have more options. Back then I would get a cup of equites, and now they have elotes as well. I got a lemon sorbet, and a mango chamoy sorbet with a Tamarid stick. It was so good and I love how they have chamoy syrup on the table so you can always add more to your ice cream. They also had paletas popsicles, I just wish they had more flavor or maybe they were almost out when I went. I did go on a Saturday afternoon. I actually prefer limon paletas. Rather than the sorbet version. The vanilla ice cream was interesting. It taste like vanilla, but it wasn't vanilla bean if that makes sense. I definitely would come here again. The owner and staff are so friendly. My only thing I would say is a little bit pricey for a treat. I only got three ice cream creams and it came out to $30. I also wanted to buy a small fruit cup it was basically $15. I'll have to come here again when I get paid.
