Gansito Split

This place was so good. It's a little hidden gem in Roswell. The lady who made our food was super sweet and SO patient. I had several questions and nephew was a tad indecisive. There were so many options!! It was awesome. It was a nice location with easy parking. Super clean and several seats. We ordered the esquite, mangonada and gansito split. There are several fun sweets on the menu and flavors. It's a variety of ice creams and sorbets (REAL fruit) & drinks. You can also order food like doriloco, nachos, etc. We will definitely be back to try other items! We are so excited to have found this spot. There was a tv playing sports in the back. I truly felt I was on the beach. Really nice vibe. Nice little getaway-super chill.

Mr. Tinos is amazing. If you reallly want to try something different from the usual ice cream joints, try Tinos. Tinos has the usual flavors, banana spits, and shakes, but if you should be more adventurous when you go to Tinos. Try one of their tropical fruit ice creams with latin spices. If you are seeking something cool and refreshing to quench your thirst, try the mango aguas. I posted a few menu pictures, but they have much more than what I posted. Some of the non-ice cream latin snack look delicious too. The primary language spoken there is Spanish, but if you can't speak Spanish, the staff is friendly and patient. I've been to Tinos twice and plan on visiting again. ¡Bravo Mr. Titos!

$10 for 2cones. Not worth it. We asked for frozen yogurt and I don't believe it was.

Can someone tell me how to find Mr. Tino's? I've tried twice. I read all these reviews and feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone...alternate universe?

It's off of Grimes Road in a small shopping center next to Provinos.

We got it and it was very clean and modern. They have a space theme, but it seemed like that's what the initial idea was and it dropped off along the way. The setup is very similar to other cafes and their ice cream display was very nice. They have some interesting flavors like Hokey Pokey and we were able to get some samples which were all good. Myself and another opted for the 2 scoop cup and i got Hokey Pokey and the hazelnut chocolate (forgot the real name) and they were very good... but I was put off by one thing. Both of us got 2 different flavors and were charged a dollar more for it. That seems like a rip off and honestly left a bad taste. I thought it'd be a good option compared to Jeni's, but not with pricing like that. The scoops were also considerably smaller than Jeni's and Jeni's is a better deal and a better ice cream in my opinion. I'm not a fan of getting nickel and dimesd for something that shouldn't cost more. I'm sorry it took so much effort to scoop from another flavor. I won't do it again.

Surprisingly my favorite was salted caramel. If I am in the area, I would love to try their coffees and matchas. A positive is those late ice cream cravings. They open LATE!

Well laid out, kind of hip, and clean! They are a Venezuelan food spot that honestly was good! We came here specifically for the pastelitos... they have a pastry like outside and were filled with cheese and potato. I loved them! Aydan ate 3 of them and Remi ate one. He wasn't real excited about these. It is counter service here... walk up and order what you want then they call you to get it when it is done. They sell all kinds of Venezuelan food: cachapas, patacon , pastelitos , mandocas tequenos, etc. what we had I thought was very good! The cost was higher than I expected. I want to go back and try some other things!

We asked about the menu and ordered the ice cream churros with dulce de leche and ice cream cups for the kids and my sister ordered thin crispy churros and ice creams for her kids as well plus an Arepa with pork. Unfortunately, it took longer than we expected for the churros to come out which was fine until we got my sister's order and they gave her the wrong churros these ones were thicker and not thin and crispy like the photo. we politely told them about the mistake and they blamed it on us. I said either way they taste terrible may we please just replace them? and they said no..over a couple of churros and their mistake. Overall the best part was the ice cream which we enjoyed the birthday cake the best.
