I was sent on a very important mission to pick up two small boxes of chocolates for an actor in town filming, as a gift to take home to his kids. It was my first visit to Chef Brulee, and I'm pretty sure that was obvious upon entering with the size of my eyes and slight mouth drop lol. The owner/chocolatier Natalya couldn't have been more gracious. She took so much of her time showing me all of the options inside all of her gorgeous displays. Her enthusiasm about her creations was evident and she did not hesitate to make recommendations for the most popular flavors for the specific age group I was shopping for. Of course I could not leave without buying some for myself! They are the most beautiful and most delicious chocolates I have ever had. I have told everyone that I possibly could about Chef Brulee. This is the cutest little chocolate shop with the friendliest staff! It's cozy, with a display case on every section of open wall and a sea of beautifully decorated chocolates of more flavors than you can even think the dream. In addition to being expert chocolatiers, they are beekeepers and make their own creamed honey and flavored honey!! I couldn't pass up either, so I opted for a jar of creamed honey and a curated box of flavored chocolates. The ladies were so kind at keeping my toddlers calm while I perused and gifted them each a chocolate coated marshmallow. We retreated to a bench outside and decided to taste a few chocolates while the toddlers shared one of the huge marshmallows they were gifted. Maaaaaan those chocolates were so good that I went back in to get some of my faves (of the few u tasted) before leaving. I think my absolute fave is the iced coffee. Word to the wise: those alcohol ones legit have an actual liquid shot of alcohol inside them--potent stuff! Ordered a huge box of 36 for my wife and girl's for valentine's. The variety was outstanding, and despite having my 3 yr old in tow, the staff was so accommodating. She even got a little sweet treat for behaving...well as well as a three year old in a candy shop could be expected. My wife raved about the dark chocolate roses, and my kids, who are sometimes indifferent to candy, kept sneaking pieces. It made a great weekend trip a masterpiece of family fun! We will be back, as soon as i once again fit into anything other than sweat pants! read more

We stopped by here as we were in the area and had time to kill. These are the most beautiful chocolates I have ever seen, though I'm not a choco-fanatic by any means. I just tried the espresso chocolate, and it is so rich and creamy. My wife is enjoying the dark chocolate lemon piece right now, and she is loving it too. You must stop by here at least once, even just to look, but you will be extremely tempted to buy, as they have a fun and wide range of flavors. This was a total experience to me. Nice people with quality chocolates. A hidden gem in Roswell. I went to buy some chocolates from here for my valentine and was thoroughly helped by Irina. She took her time to guide me through each selection and gave me some great points on the quality of the chocolates. - Imported Belgian chocolate is used - Fruit purée is used to flavor the fruit chocolates (try the banana one!) - Butter cream is used for the painted chocolates There are various boxes that you can buy for your selections and also some great looking edible containers for presentation. From mugs to shoes, there are some nice items. The store was very clean and well organized. I liked how all of the different types of confectionaries were clearly labeled. All of the chocolates look very delicious and come in various shapes (bears to lips to penguins). There is ample parking and even two spots specifically for the store. I can't get enough of these chocolates! They are amazing. I'm an artisan chocolate lover/junkie so I'd say I'm qualified to know a good Artisan chocolate when I eat one. Chef Brulee definitely is a top quality chocaltier. She knows how to blend the chocolate with the flavors so there is great balance. Not too sweet and not too bland but just right! The fillings are right on par as well. Very smooth consistency which is very important. The chocolates are nice and thin which is what I look for in Artisan chocolates. I don't like feeling like I'm biting into too much chocolate because that feels too overwhelming. Let me just say, I've had other so called Artisan chocolates and the fillings were way too sweet, too bland or too thick, missing the medley of flavors and most of all the chocolate shells were too thick.......more like drug store bought chocolates. Artisan chocolates should never be like that, but Chef Brulee hits the mark with each beautifully crafted piece. I actually have to force myself to not eat more than 3 pieces at a time because that's how good they are. Each payday, I get online and have a box of Chef Brulee's chocolates shipped to me. Yep, you read that right! I simply can't get enough of these. I like how she frequently changes the design. I feel like a kid opening a Christmas gift to see what's inside. Her chocolate boxes are beautiful. They're like little jewelry boxes with a little drawer when you order the 24 piece. Also, let me commend the packaging. Excellent! The chef, Natalya, came out and helped me and my group and answered all of our questions and made recommendations. She was very friendly. For the artistry and flavors, the prices were very fair and reasonable, and a better deal than Godiva. In terms of flavor, they are very distinctive and they taste handmade with love! You can tell they are made by hand, and they are worth the price. They also have a great website with shipping, which is helpful if you don't live close enough.
