I love being a kid in a candy store and Lolli and Pops delivers on that experience! They offer daily samples and generous portions at that. I love their international candy selection and have tried many of their sweets from England to Japan. The giant teddy bear gummy is super cool. Hand-picked candy bags are always a great option and the chocolate truffles are delicious. Expensive candy but the unique selections are well worth it. read more

They have candies from countries all over the world and two big shelves of sugar water aka sodas and root beer from all over the place. I was able to get about $9 worth of gummy bears and peach gummies which is about 0.65 pound. it's $11 for one pound...I tried but I just couldn't seem to scoop a pound worth of gummy bears... This candy shop is the Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory of suburban malls. It's a miracle how they managed to cram a smorgasbord of different candy into a small, colorful store. The decor is old school and lively, with a modern touch of bold typefaces on the products and chalkboard typography along the sides of the store. They offer a small selection of baked goods like macarons, which seem stale and are over-priced. They have an amazing assortment of global sweets and snacks, including Japanese varieties of kit kats and Mexican chocolate covered crickets. Their chocolates are equally as impressive, but will run you $13 per pound. Likewise, the gummies will cost the same amount. Lolli and Pops has a lot of special flavors you don't normally find, like champagne, grapefruit, and pineapple gummy bears. If you're interested in oversized gummy bears and worms, they have those too. It's a pity how expensive their products are, though they independently source many sweets from local businesses across the US and abroad, which will elevate the price. Nonetheless, it's still an amazing store to window-shop and look around with your friends. Talk about a kid in a candy store, woah this place is fantastic. The aesthetic of the store alone is enough to draw you in. The store is a throwback to days gone by with the candy by the pound and boardwalk style uniforms. We were assisted quickly and so thoughtfully. They encourage you to sample as they walk you between beautiful displays of chocolate and hard candies. They have sections for Japanese candies and sodas, Mexican sweet favorites and a selection of European chocolates that will make every Brit think this store is the bees knees. The glass jars are not only pretty but make for great little gifts and you can bring it back later for a refill. If you love gummy bears they have every size and shape you've ever wanted and then some. My husband said this was the best customer service experience we've had in quite some time. So I've always had a good experience at the other Lolli & Pops stores, this was my first time at this location. I was so excited to see one at this mall, too! Upon arrival, the appearance of the store is the same as all the rest, clean and cute. The staff at this location however, was nice, but not the usual experience of helpfulness. I had to have him change what he placed in my bag because it was not what I asked for. Once I made it home with my favorite truffles I waited patiently till after dinner to treat myself and bit into a Black Forest truffle that was full of mold!! I had to spit it out and now am afraid to eat the remaining ones, yes I purchased 6 truffles!! At roughly $4 each that's a lot of money to have spent on moldy chocolate. I'm more disappointed than mad. But still, the quality control here should be at a higher standard. read more

My family went down this afternoon on a trip to the mall as part of my daughters birthday. We were in the store for maybe five to ten minutes when we were approached by mall security and an employee claiming that the employee had witnessed my daughter stealing merchandise on the stores cameras. Upon confirming the product they had thought was stolen, we could prove that the product was not only purchased with a receipt but it was also purchased from another store. The security guard asked why she was wasting securities time. This was when the store employee blamed one of the other employees before leaving and moving away. The security guard was very polite. If there is one thing you should takeaway from this, is to never bring outside merchandise. From this experience, we will never return. read more

This candy shop has a whimsical theme and you'll definitely feel like a kid while there. I purchased a Jumbo Swirl Lollipop for my Goddaughter and she loved it. Literally it lasted 2 days and that's because we had to convince her to save some for later. I also purchased a white chocolate and caramel popcorn. The popcorn could have been better. Maybe my opinion is slightly bias due to that fact I only eat Popcornopolis. The popcorn I purchased from Lolli & Pop seem to be a little stale or it could just the type of caramel that was used. This store is really fun to look around in. Huge variety of candy, but in my opinion, very over-priced. 4 caramels, was $8. Truffles were $4 and up. They have these insane looking chocolate bars and rice krispy treats with a huge variety of toppings. They also have international sections (Europe, Asia). read more

While visiting your location at North Pointe Mall in Georgia. I decided to treat myself to some of the truffles sold in your shop. Unfortunately, when it comes to your truffles the old saying beauty is only skin deep holds true. Your truffles are indeed a vision to behold, but I nearly lost a tooth, and felt eerily similar to one who had been lost in the Sahara for days when I carved through to the core of your non creamy/arid center of your peanut butter and chocolate raspberry truffle. Recommendation: Sell by date (because these truffles were clearly old) read more

This store is beautiful and pleasant to walk around in.....until you notice the prices. $12 for a chocolate bar! $16 for 6 macarons! I bought four different things (not packaged,) and they were all stale. The macarons were even CRUNCHY. As inviting as this store looks, I would not recommend it. Horrible service.... We had never visited this store... The inital greeter was nice and explained what types of candies they had... But as we go in to start selecting there is no one to ask about the prices.. After standing there for about 5 min we were able to locate the bags with the price (which it boggles me that less than 1 pd is more expensive than 1pd or more...) ... Then we start to look for the weight to make sure we dont go over the budget... Because candy at 11$ per pound... You dont want to accidentally get 5 pounds in gummy bears and pay more than $50 for them... Again no one to ask... After about 10 min an employee comes from the back and she tells us that there is no weight because a customer broke it.... REALLY!? so if another customer breaks the bags.... The rest will have to get the candies in the hands?? So easy to have a couple of them next to the cash register for the customers to use... Because she did not even say that we did not have to make the line just to check the weight... No sir... She said "if there is no line..." which is the same line to pay.... So if there is a line to pay.... We have to wait in line every time i want to check how much do i have so far....We left without buying anything... This is the best candy store I have been in. I was greeted by Dawit one of the managers who proceeded to take me on my candy adventure. We went around the whole store and he let me try a sample of some of his favorites. All while explaining things along the way. Not only was Dawit very helpful but all around the store other employees were busy doing the same things with the other guests. And by the time my tour was over there were three other people tuning in and following us around the store, and Dawit did a wonderful job of including us all. The candy is a bit on the high end but I would happily pay for the experience I got here and will definitely be returning. They have wonderful gift sets and delicious candy but most important of all great customer service, and awesome uniforms! Everyone should check it out and even perimeter mall has one. This is such a highlight for our family outings. I have several small children, and the employee who helped us today was very kind and generous with them all. I see other reviewers complaining about the prices, but I think the prices are reasonable if you are purchasing a reasonable amount of sweets. All my family can enjoy a dessert for about $11. I received a Come Say Hello coupon and went to go redeem it a few weeks ago. As I was opening my mouth to ask an associate what the coupon was for and how it worked he snatched it from me, tossed it behind the counter and procceded to COMPLETELY ignore me. He wasn't busy, he didnt go to help another customer, he didnt have anything else to do. He stood in the exact same spot and pretended I wasnt there. After about 30 seconds he made a face at the associate next to him who was on the cash register that seemed to read "why is she still standing here" like I was being intrusive and rude, despite the fact that no one had actual spoken to me at all. After that he made me get his attention AGAIN to ask what the coupon that I had just given him was for, at which point he petulently explain to me that the coupons were for a tour around the shop and silently stared at me some more.
