Once I was ready I was at the counter for about 12 minutes and I kept looking at the employee to see if they would come over. Eventually I said excuse me and he got up very annoyed. Didn't even greet me, tons of attitude and mumbled my total so low I couldn't hear it and had to rely on the screen for my price. I said thank you and he just ignored me and went back to his seat to completely ignore the other customers. It is pretty unfortunate that this location has such awful service.

Their team is very responsive to emails, and they ship for as reasonable a price as possible to get to the destination as quickly as possible. I would only order during winter months as I just have a concern of the chocolate melting, but they do offer ice packs that are very nice and keep everything from melting in the warmer times. But besides chocolate, they sell a wide variety of items that while you can get at bigger stores, I find it worth supporting their small business. I cannot review the in-person experience, but I do have Taste of Britain on my list of places to visit when I get around to visiting Georgia!
