Great service, delicious ice cream! We had visited the area and perfect end to visit was enjoying some ice cream!

The large fit comfortably in one cone the same way it does when I order a small, upgraded times two to pay more yet receive less.

Enjoyed this location for cleanliness, neighborhood convenience and rare Superman icecream. The portion sizes are steadily declining despite the size ordered. The value no longer matches the price, likely due to poor management/oversight. I can't support a business that consistently shortchanges its customers.

Even with the team of two the service & assistance was on a good note & without a long wait. One employee made the fudge & other decadent goodies, while the other maintained/serviced up the frozen offerings. Aside from the famous/craft made chocolate creation molded into delicious variations - ice cream, candy, popcorn, pralines, shakes & other confectionery products. For non-dairy customers there's two different Sorbet & a couple beverages that can accommodate certain allergens. Located in the Brookhaven's Town Center.

Kilwins is a chain creamery and chocolatier spread across the states. They're probably most popular for their ice creams which come in many common flavors and a few special flavors. The best is the Kilwins mud which is like a better cookies and cream with caramel. Still, the ice creams in general are just okay but not that great. The chocolate confections are okay but a bit forgettable compares to other chocolatier options. All that aside this place will hit the spot and it does smell great inside. The staff seemed a little bit tired and maybe done with the day. They scoop a generous scoop but the service isn't anything special, but it's fine.

A cute small space. A lot of fudge. One person working. He was nice and polite. One scoop was 7.00. Less than others. I like a Brookhaven so I would return. Ice cream was smooth and creamy, I am used to the chain so I knew what to expect.

I was craving those sweet, fresh waffle cones so I immediately started my search for a nearby Kilwin's. This Kilwin's location wasn't picking up on Yelp, but I remember visiting it in Brookhaven a while back. This location is located in the Brookhaven shopping area (next door to Flying Biscuit). There are many other nearby stores in walking distance including Crumbl, Marshalls, Costco and many more! There is plenty of free parking directly in front of the store which is why I patronize this location the most. The store is pretty clean and flavors rotate often. If you are craving a particular flavor I'd suggest calling ahead. I learned this after driving there 2 or 3 times looking for pistachio ice cream, lol.

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. You could also order a whole variety of espresso drinks and lattes, etc. It even had a really cute seating area directly outside, but if you could fit yourself inside, there was some bar seating as well. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. I don't know who's making this stuff but they are truly talented. I have to come back here again when I'm in Buckhead Village.

The employee was sitting down behind the counter just ignoring everyone who came in so quite literally the store was not being monitored and a few other customers mentioned how it would be easy to take. I wanted some gummies and went over to their selection but you can tell it is not maintained. Lots of stale gummies and or empty bins. It was rather disappointing. Once I was ready I was at the counter for about 12 minutes and I kept looking at the employee to see if they would come over. Eventually I said excuse me and he got up very annoyed. Didn't even greet me, tons of attitude and mumbled my total so low I couldn't hear it and had to rely on the screen for my price. I said thank you and he just ignored me and went back to his seat to completely ignore the other customers. It is pretty unfortunate that this location has such awful service.

Lolli and Pops, a store that markets itself as a whimsical haven for candy lovers, has proven to be…read moreanything but sweet when it comes to basic customer service and inclusivity. My recent experience on a Sunday evening (5:22 PM, to be exact) was not just disappointing--it was a glaring example of systemic indifference and selective engagement that has no place in retail, let alone a family-friendly establishment. From the moment my excited little one walked in--freeing herself from her stroller with the innocent enthusiasm only a child can muster--to the moment she proudly selected her lollipop and approached the counter, not a single employee could muster a "Hello," "How are you?" or even a perfunctory "Did you find everything okay?" Instead, the interaction was reduced to a robotic price quote, dead silence, then back to their conversation. No warmth, no acknowledgment, no effort. If the staff's exhaustion at the end of a weekend shift was the issue, then management needs to reevaluate scheduling or hire employees who understand that customer service is the bare minimum in retail. What makes this experience even more egregious is that this wasn't an isolated incident. On multiple occasions, I've noticed a pattern--certain customers are greeted warmly, while others (particularly those who look like me) are met with cold indifference. A simple "Hello" should not be a privilege; it should be standard. If your staff lacks the emotional intelligence to treat all patrons with equal respect, then your establishment has failed at its most fundamental duty. The most heartbreaking part? Watching my little one's bright-eyed anticipation wither into confusion when her simple joy was met with blank stares. Children remember these moments. They internalize them. And while she may not fully grasp the nuances of poor service or discrimination, I do--and I refuse to spend my money in a place that allows such energy to thrive. In 2025, consumers have endless options--and even more platforms to voice their dissatisfaction. If your employees lack the personality (or basic decency) to engage with customers, they have no business working in retail. And if management turns a blind eye to discriminatory behavior, then they don't deserve patronage. To Lolli and Pops at Perimeter Mall: You've lost not just my future business, but the business of my network as well. My coins--and those of my vendors--will be spent elsewhere, with establishments that understand respect, inclusivity, and the bare minimum of hospitality. To Potential Customers: Spend wisely. Your money and your energy should go to businesses that value you--regardless of what you look like or what time you walk in. "A candy store that leaves a bitter taste."
