$-$$ This creamery has some amazing flavors of ice cream that are all homemade. You are able to taste any flavor that you would like and the waffle cones are made right on site. The smell when you walk through the door is absolutely amazing! It makes your mouth water The staff was crazy friendly, and very knowledgeable about what they were serving. The inside is decorated in retro 50s to 80s, and we loved the music that was piped into the seating area. There is plenty of seating. We sat at the seats that looked out over Main Street and watch the people walk by as we enjoyed our ice cream cones. We will definitely be visiting this creamery again. There are many places to eat along this avenue at the Cumming City Center, and I'm sure you'll hear more about this brand new section of Cumming, Georgia.

Practically everything is homemade and amazing! Prices are pretty consistent with a boutique creamery and no other places can hold a candle to the flavor and texture of this ice cream. Jenni's is basically a bowl of sugar compared to Juke N jive.

Love the countertops :)

Andrina was very attentive and gave great recommendations. Give her a raise lol We started with the Crab Fried Mac n Cheese and it was not what we anticipated but we enjoyed it. (Hint: get the house made Ranchero sauce.) For our mains we got the Shroom and Swiss Burger (bae) and the biscuits and gravy with a fried egg. Everything was hot and flavorful and the biscuits are perfectly described in the menu. Definitely a place we'll be back to when we have to Rendezvous on a weekend. lol #iykyk (And yes, I need to do a better job of taking photos of my food.)

There were nine of us--not exactly a tiny table, but hardly the kind of group that should throw a restaurant into chaos. To be fair, we did wait for two people in our party before ordering food. It was probably 20-30 minutes, and we made it very clear to our server that we were waiting. We also weren't just camping out at the table. We started with drinks while we waited, so the restaurant was already making money from our table before the kitchen ever had to cook a single thing. Once everyone arrived, we placed one order together. No staggered tickets, no special requests, no unnecessary complications. The thing is... the restaurant was practically empty. If anything, I would've thought they'd be happy to have a table of nine on a slow brunch. Instead, it felt like we were an inconvenience. Once we finally ordered, it was another 30-plus minutes before much of anything happened. Our waitress wasn't rude, but she also wasn't particularly interested in us being there. She checked the boxes, but just barely. It felt less like hospitality and more like someone waiting for the end of their shift. What made the whole experience even stranger was looking around the restaurant. It wasn't busy, yet several employees seemed to be standing around talking while we sat waiting. During the hour or two we were there, I think only a couple of other parties came through the door. At one point there were two hostesses managing what amounted to a trickle of guests while tables that were already seated waited on drinks, food, and attention. Maybe there's more going on behind the scenes than I could see, but from where we were sitting, it felt less like they needed more people and more like they needed to use the people they already had a little better. Then came the mimosas. These were less mimosas and more "suggestions of citrus." It was basically champagne with a couple thoughts of orange juice. At one point we had to ask for more orange juice just to get it to the legally recognized definition of a mimosa. They tasted like champagne that heard flavored sparkling water was popular and decided to reinvent itself. There was a whole lot of "mim" and not much "osa." At nearly $14 each, I expected something a little more festive and a little less... chemistry experiment. For food, I ordered the Fried Green Tomato Benny: two biscuits, fried green tomatoes, poached eggs, Cholula hollandaise, and fresh fruit. On paper, that's a fantastic brunch. In reality, it was aggressively average. Nothing was quite hot enough. The biscuits had crossed that invisible line between baked and overbaked, where every bite makes you wonder if they're fresh or just committed to the bit. The whole dish felt like it had spent just a few too many minutes waiting for someone to remember it existed. And then there was the fruit. You know the kind of fruit bowl where every piece somehow tastes exactly the same because it's been sitting in the same juice for hours? That's what this was. Cheap melon, tired grapes, and enough pooled juice to ensure every bite shared the same identity crisis. To top it all off, the Benny was around $18, and the mimosas were pushing $14 each. I'm not going to call it a scam because words have meanings. Nobody tricked us. The prices were right there on the menu. We knew exactly what we were doing. We just expected the experience to justify it. On the bright side, the restaurant looks like it was designed by someone who has never met food, but has definitely met Pinterest. And honestly, it shows. Modern farmhouse, soft lighting, curated everything--it nails the aesthetic. Which is great, because you'll have plenty to look at while everything else catches up. It's funny how common this is now: it's easier than ever to make something look finished. You can polish the surface until it feels complete, even when the inside still isn't. Anyway--great aesthetics. The rest feels like it's still figuring itself out.

There is a nice patio with a great view. But they kept taking the trash out the door next to the patio which seemed to disturb the flies because they starting buzzing everywhere which made it really hard to enjoy dinner. The salad came out first but we were not offered any additional plates till the pizza arrived. The pizza came out warm and looked delicious. One pie was enough for our party of 4. Provably because no one seemed to love it. Although there was nothing wrong with the pizza, it just lacked flavor. I have to agree with the other reviewer that said it was like eating school cafeteria pizza. I have to say this. But Costco has better pizza.

Second visit and doesn't disappoint…read more I've been a few states over since my last visit, and haven't stopped talking about this wonderful little pizza spot. The pizza is nostalgic, in that the dough is a little more skating rink and less artisan. This does not mean the pizza is not good. I love the good skating rink pizza, and these people have nailed it. Crisp crust, almost a hybrid between a hand tossed and a thin crust. Perfect sauce, both in amount and taste. Fantastic cheese. Again a solid slice that the whole family will enjoy. They have a social mission to help those with disabilities. Even without that, service is top-notch and pizza comes out hot. If you know me, you know, I love hot food and you will have to wait a few moments to bite into your slice. Desserts very. Cookies, cakes, fruit cups, and I've even seen puddings come and go with the seasons. Honestly, wish I lived near here. I'd stop in for a slice every week.

The salads were dinner size and fresh. Everything seemed fresh and tasted so good. The locals in our party actually commented that they wanted to come back. Unfortunately, the service has consistently been incredibly SLOW, and this last visit was unacceptable. The restaurant wasn't busy at all--we were the first guests to arrive. In fact, I purposely planned it that way because I know the service is usually slow. We timed everything because it was so noticeable. It took about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Then another 5-10 minutes just to receive our drinks. Our server took our order and then completely disappeared. About 30 minutes later, she brought our sandwiches. She asked if we needed anything else, and then disappeared again. We finished eating in about 15-20 minutes, and after that, we waited another 40-45 minutes before she came back. From the moment she dropped off our food until we finally saw her again, it had been about 45-50 minutes. During that entire time, she never checked on us once. We had planned to order dessert, but by the time she returned, we couldn't wait any longer. We had to ask for a to-go box and the check because we were already running late. Looking around the restaurant, we weren't the only frustrated customers. One gentleman nearby was visibly upset as well. For three sandwiches, our meal took almost two hours. That's just crazy. It's simply not reasonable. It's disappointing because the food is excellent, but the service has become such a recurring issue that it's making us question whether we'll come back. A restaurant this small should be be able to provide a much better dining experience. I honestly can't think of a good explanation unless the server was also hosting, cooking, preparing to-go orders, or doing multiple jobs at once. I don't know what was happening behind the scenes, but something clearly isn't working, and they need to figure it out. The food deserves better service than this. My only advice is you're gonna go and have lunch there make sure you have at least a two to three hours
