Have been hearing so much about boba that I just had to try some. This is a neat place in the North Point mall. It was very clean and had a lot of options. However I really have no idea what to order! Fortunately the girl behind the counter helped steer me in a good direction. My drink was the fruity one and my son got the brown sugar milk... he didn't get boba but I got strawberry boba. My drink was powerfully sweet! Almost made my teeth rot as I was drinking this. It was ok... but there was an over powering taste of tea in it as well. Not bad but not something I would order again either. My son took several sips of his and then tossed about 80% of it away. He didn't like it either. Again the overwhelming taste of tea was not for him either. I guess we just aren't in the hip crowd here... not our cup of tea you could say. read more

The staff here was really friendly! I ordered the butterfly pea tea with boba and overall liked my drink. I will probably add more sweetness next time as the drink was a tiny bit tart but still tasty. The boba was chewy. My parents got a taro drink and they also liked their drink as well. I was so excited to check out this bubble tea shop-- I am always excited to check out the creative menu of these shops. However, the true quality of the products are when the original boba tea is good. Kokee's original tea with honey boba was not bad but wasn't great for the $7 price tag associated with it. It took about 10 minutes for our order to come out (despite no one being there). I am not sure if there were trainees that day(?) or something else. This place reminds me of the early boba days in Duluth and BuHi. The days when Quickly's was the only boba spot. It's fine in an area with limited boba options, but with new shops opening (what feels like) every month in Duluth and BuHi, this is kinda subpar. 2/11/23 - party of one I love boba teas and was happy to see one in the Northpoint Mall. The line was extremely long - about 25 minutes to get to the order counter and another 15 minutes to get the drink - but well worth the end product. The guy taking my order was very helpful in explaining all the different items and teas on their extensive menu. Our local boba tea places in south Georgia don't have a fraction of the offerings that Kokee did. I ordered the Purple Love (taro milk) with honey boba and coffee jelly. The purple color was pleasing to the eye and the drink hit the spot! I like how you can adjust the sweetness of your drink to your liking, I chose 25% sweetness and it was perfect. read more

The hubby and I were visiting from out of state. We were fancying a quick pick me up. So we stopped by this shop. Service was pretty quick since there isn't a lot of people in there. I had the peach tea with the mango popping bubbles, the hubby went with the Taro. He usually likes his mixed, like Taro-Coconut, but they weren't playing that. The place was definitely nice and well kept. The only reason why it got a two star was because of complacency. There's way too many people in an enclosed area. Specially when masks are optional. I haven't had boba in a mall in forever. But, since this spot was on the way home, I stopped by here. I got their taro tea since I was on a "let's try something new" mood. And to be honest, it wasn't the best. It tasted powdery and just average. Something that sort of turned me off, but then again boba in a mall is just sort of foreign now living in the area. Would I recommend to get your boba here? I mean, if it's convenient, yes. This is my 2nd Kokee location visit. The other I've been to is at the Sugarloaf Mills outlet. Since Sugarloaf is an hour drive for me I suppose I will have to settle for this location at Northpoint mall in Alpharetta, GA. It's located near the food court area in a stall near Haagen Dazs. Their menu is for fruity than tea but that's okay. Every location has to cater to the customer. I ordered their Thai tea (again) which is the smoothest thai tea I've ever tasted. In some ways I'm glad I don't live too close to this place because I would be here 2-3 times a day, easily. I steered away from their basic black tea because it says they use Earl Grey tea which I'm not a big fan of...but wouldn't mind checking out their oolong tea next time. Excellent customer service. I've been wanting to try out Kokee since the mall isn't far from me. Every time I went it was packed. Finally, I went during the week in the middle of the day and no line. They had many different flavor milk teas available. There was an Oreo milk tea which was very tempting! I love Oreo! But decided for something simple - honey milk tea with honey boba. This bubble tea shop is a new store that opened up in North Point Mall I believe this year. It is located on the second floor just around the left side corner of the food court. If you blink, you will miss it. This is a very small store with very very limited seating area, however, there are 3 small counter tops that you can put your drink on or rest your elbows on, please see my panorama picture for an understanding. I ordered the Oolong Milk Tea with Honey Boba. If you want boba in your drink it will be $.50 on top of the cost of your milk tea which was $4.59. The total price tag was $5.49 including tax. I will say that the drink was very good, however, the price is almost $1 higher then most bubble tea shops when a topping is added in. For example, I went to ShareTea in Sandy Springs a couple days prior and only paid $4.82 (including tax) for an Oolong Milk Tea with black tapioca pearls (boba). The Oolong Milk Tea was $4.00 and they charged $.50 for the topping. Most people would say that that is not much of a difference in price, but if you ordered one more drink, that would be a whole $1.34 difference. Imagine if you ordered 5 or 8 more drinks. I gave this place a score of 4 out of 5 stars simply because of the higher price. I totally understand that the store needs to make more money in order to survive inside a mall, so I'm not dogging Kokee Tea for this. I'm just making other people aware of the higher price difference. Overall, I really enjoyed my Oolong Milk Tea. The employees were very friendly and quick. My drink was ready within 7 minutes. I would stop into this shop again if I was at the mall, just not all the time. read more

This new bubble tea shop is located inside of Northpoint Mall. It hasn't been really busy from what Ive seen and I think they could make use of using marketing to get their name out there for more business. I was excited to try it bc there aren't many bubble tea shops. It is obviously very clean inside and the decor is simple but with one wall that has a large picture on it I will be forgiving to the fact that my cashier didn't quite know how to make my drink since they are new and training people (I'm assuming) I ordered the passion fruit mango green tea with boba. My total came out to almost $5 after tax which is a little pricey. It was pretty good but I did ask for light ice and got absolutely none and my drink wasn't filled to the very top as most of my drinks have been at other places. The bubbles weren't super sweet but had a good texture. I think over time and more practice they will get it right. I'll come back to see if they've gotten better! read more

After walking like 6 miles and 15,000 steps inside North Point Mall, I was ready for something cold to drink. It was pretty cool that this place was located inside a shopping mall. I think it's the first real bubble tea place that is located inside of the mall. I really couldn't figure out what to get so I went with the Mango Passion on Fruit Fruit. It was decent sized cup as they only have one size. I wish it was a little larger. The flavor was good but a little on the sweet side. It was your typical bubble tea place. This place wasn't my first choice inside North Point Mall as I really wanted the Dragon Drink with coconut milk by Starbucks but they were out of it. :( Since this is the only bubble tea place inside North Point Mall, I don't see it having issues staying in business. I probably won't be back unless Starbucks runs out of my favorite drink once again. But definitely a bubble tea place to try out if your shopping away at North Point Mall. read more

The Thai tea here is perfect. I order it with light boba and 50% sweet. I've gotten it probably 10 times at this point, and it is consistently delicious. Be aware that even at half sweetness, it is still super sweet. It is confusing to me that the Thai tea here is better than Sweet Hut, but I'm not complaining. Alpharetta needed a good boba place, and Kokee definitely fills the role. It's a plus that all the girls that work there are so nice! read more

Kokee Tea is a small boba shop located inside North Point Mall near the Food Court. It's definitely a welcome addition to Alpharetta since there aren't many other shops specializing in bubble tea in the area. The closest one that I know of would be GreaTea, which is still a good 20 minutes away in Johns Creek. I've been here a couple of times now and have tried the Oreo Milk Tea and the Tiger Milk Tea (Thai Tea + Black Milk Tea) with honey boba. Both times, I've ordered 30-50% sugar and distinctly remember the drink being way too sweet...I couldn't even finish my drink. The boba was ok, but it didn't have the same honey flavor or chewy texture like the ones at Kung Fu Tea or ShareTea. Toppings are $0.50 extra for most, and $0.75 for crystal boba. Surprisingly, they don't offer grass jelly as a topping, but they have a variety of other jellies including mango, lychee, coconut, coffee, strawberry, and rainbow. I really wish they offered the standard grass jelly. Price wise, it's definitely on the more expensive side for boba. The cups only come in one size (similar to ShareTea) and will run you at least $5, more if you get extra toppings. I think Kokee Tea is definitely targeted to those who enjoy less traditional boba flavors. Their drinks include a lot of fruity and coffee flavors, but leave out different varieties of classic milk teas. It's a good place to go if you're already in the mall, but I don't think I'd make a separate trip just for Kokee Tea. read more

A little overpriced for the quality. Kokee Tea is a Korean owned bubble tea store located near the second-floor food court. The bubbles were overcooked and formless -- I kind of like a chewier texture. I ordered 50% sweetened Kokee Milk Tea, and it was super sweet. It was really clean, and the place was spotless. You do not have seating inside so you can stand or walk around the mall afterward. I came here during a lunch break, so I did not have enough time to explore other things on the menu. Everything from the bubble to the jelly is a 0.50-70 cent more. At Sweet Hut, you get two toppings for free. read more

This was the first Kokee location we visited since it was in the mall we were shopping in (North Point). You could smell the sweetness from the caramel boba being cooked and that's what got us to go in. We ordered the Oreo C&C Brown sugar- less ice, regular sugar "C&C" is cookies and cream foam on top! Boba is NOT included, 50¢ additional for it. Pricey, since the drink was already $5.60 on its own or so. Usually Brown Sugar drinks at other boba spots include boba, but Kokee does not. I recommend lowering the sugar level on this drink, as it's SUPER sweet! The honey boba wasn't as soft and chewy as other boba places. It does have its flavor, but just not as great as other places, which was disappointing. As for the customer service, I had a bit of a hard time talking to the cashier, unsure if he could hear me or was just trying to be difficult since the store was pretty empty at the time and the music wasn't loud.. I tried asking about other drinks, but the guy just told me the names (as if I couldn't see the words labeling the photo) and not the description of the beverage. I eventually gave up on asking. We love this milk tea spot for its location and selection. The Oreo Milk Tea is ADDICTIVE. Sometimes we are here once a week. The staff are super friendly and always smiling when we pop in. I love that they have a punch card that allows you to earn a FREE drink. The atmosphere is great- I love the music videos that play as you wait to order. The line moves quickly. Horrible servce. After waiting half hour in line I was told that I get only one drink. My kids was in line with me all the time. They had to step out last minute,because they needed to check other store before movie starts. Was no sign or warning that one person can get only one drink. Great customer service and excellent tea- the macarons are of okay quality, sometimes a little stale. Would recommend just going a floor down to Le Macaron as they have a wider selection of flavors available as well. The staff are friendly and it is a pleasant experience to venture to this location and get a bubble tea when I am at the mall. Although the location is not a huge store it is clean and the environment is spectacular and very relaxing. For the time you will spend in their store they make it pleasing. The bubble tea that I have tried is delicious. The one I am referencing to is the 'Purple Love' with 'Honey Boba.' This is one of the best Taro Milk Teas that I have had. I've gone to Kokee Tea at least once a week ever since they were open. They are very packed on weekends and usually not too busy on weekdays. I usually order a matcha milk tea. Their employees are overall very outgoing and friendly, and are always willing to help if you have an issue. Kokee Tea interior is very simple with chairs facing a window peering into the mall. They have a TV that plays k-pop music videos, which makes it an overall pleasant atmosphere to be in. They have 3 main different types of drinks. There's flavored teas, milk teas, and ice blend. They definitely have a lot of options, and substitutes for things you may not like! I say definitely give this place a try! I've been waiting for a bubble tea to open near my work, and although it's a smidge inconvenient for me to get to because its located in North Point Mall, I'd say its worth it if I'm craving! It's right around the corner from haagen-dazs and chickfila, pretty easy to find. The shop is nice and new, not much seating so don't expect to do your homework here. The drinks are a-ok! I created my own and got the roasted oolong tea, 50% sugar, less ice, sweet crema, and crystal boba. $4.59 plus $.75 for the crystal boba, and it's a large cup; seems like they only have one size, pretty average pricing (I paid 4.59 for a small at kft the other day). My drink was refreshing and perfectly sweetened. My only disappointment was that the tea was not strong enough. It had a mild tea flavor, I like my tea at least medium strong. BUT(!!!) they did have my favorite toppings that many places do not have; crystal boba and sweet crema. Most places have the salted crema top, but never the sweet crema and I don't like the salted ones. Kokee has both! And crystal boba is my absolute favorite, I think it's better than regular boba. My coworkers got the kokee tea and thai tea and they both enjoyed their drink. Kokee is a solid 3 star, but since they had my favorite toppings, I bumped it up to 4!
