We arrived and saw from the outside that it was probably not that spacious, but going in, it's pretty... long? It was kind of funny and my friend and I joked about how this could've been a creepy hallway at one point in time. Anyway, there are a good number of places to sit and chat, and there's also arcade games you can play for free in the back. We stopped by about an hour before closing, and we originally thought to get dessert here too, but... they all looked a little sad, so we opted not to. I would've taken a photo, but I felt awkward since the person was waiting for us to take our order. The drinks were alright. Nothing memorable, though my friend's taro milk tea was super sweet for being half sugar. I think we should've ordered from their signature menu or something, but that would have to be next time maybe.

I had the magical milk tea and also tried some of my fiancés strawberry cobbler. We also got their kitty paws and bingsu to share. The drinks are on the sweeter end so I thought getting 50% sweetness was perfect for me. I loved the actual milk that they used and the strawberry cobbler was a perfect strawberry based fruit tea too. The kitty paws were cute little snacks to have and the bingsu was a nice way to finish our dessert. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!

When I went, there were a lot of kids there so it took some time to get my drink, but the workers were apologetic about it. I got the Lychee Slush! Visited this ice cream shop for their unique ice cream flavors. I tried the kheer, butterscotch,…read morechocolate, and pistachio flavors. All were very sweet and didn't have much flavor. Because of too much sweetness, I was worried about ordering one of their bubble teas. No prices are posted for 1 and 2 scoop flavors, so it's always a surprise at the register. I guess if you have to ask how much things cost in the area then you really can't afford them. Ambiance is like a regular narrow ice cream shop where you can't see the flavor options if there is a line. The flavors are listed on tiny signs on top of the countertop. Service is trying to keep up with demand and the employees can't hear you over the music and screaming children.

Service was great! The workers were so polite and gave us little tidbits about all the flavors. I recommend trying the seasonal flavors first because they're only there temporarily (you won't be disappointed). The ambiance/space is clean and well lit and there are little games at each table that you can play while you wait or while you enjoy. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.

It was very watered down and tasted like water to be honest. I tried to tell the employee but they didn't say anything to me and just took the drink back and remade it but it was still really bad. And when they were giving me back the drink he was very rude and yelled jasmine milk tea even though I was right in front of him. Only giving two stars because the claw machines are a cool concept and we had fun.

I had seen this shop on social media and happened to be in the area, so decided to go check it out…read more The decor for the seating area is very cute and they have a back room where the claw machines are. Staff was not the friendliest but they could've had a long day. The bright neon lights of the ordering table made it a bit difficult to focus on the menu but once I ordered staff gave me my total and I paid. They charge for coins to play the claw machines and the pricing for single plays are a bit overpriced and some machines cost 4 tokens. Overall not the best coin pricing system and the prizes were not the greatest quality to be charging so much. The boba tea didn't take long to make but the flavor of the tea was not the best. Very bland and slightly bitter for the Thai tea I ordered. It was an okay experience service and pricing wise but I'm just glad I was able to win ONE prize out of the many machines they had. Fun for the one time experience but as it is very out of the way for me I don't think I will be visiting again any time soon.

This location ruins the Tea Top name. I would hope that as being apart of the franchise, they keep…read morethe tea consistent with the other locations. However, I think this Tea Top does whatever and sources the cheapest version of every tea they can find. I tried three drinks here. 1) signature alpine green milk tea does not taste aromatic and refreshing like it is supposed to. Tastes like ordinary green tea. 2) taro milk tea uses purple taro flavoring and makes the drink too sweet, unlike the taro milk tea at other two tea top locations that use real taro. 3) oolong milk tea, once again, does not have a strong tea flavor. Tastes like all sugar even though I got 30% sugar. Oolong is supposed to be creamy and nutty or roasted but instead it just taste like sugar water. Puts the Tea Top brand to shame. Corporate needs to investigate to be honest, because I'm pretty sure they have standards for their tea but this tea top just buys cheapest third party possible. Not to mention how rude the staff was.

My tea was not as strong as I would have liked, it was definitely on the milkier/watery side. All in all, not my favorite tea, but a good option for a cute hangout spot!
