Price is a little high but the brown sugar boba drink is very good. Hoping they add aloe topping to the menu.

I've been a frequent here for a few years but have had a few questionable and bad experiences…read morerecently. After looking at some of the newest reviews I can confirm it's not just me thinking the new staff of the store is ruining my experience every time I stop by. Used to seeing different girls working here but now typically just run into a middle aged guy wearing a beanie who appears to be one of the only staff here. Usually when I used to come in my drinks would taste fresh and have my specifications accommodated, but for some reason this new guy seems to be either cutting corners with my drinks or making them wrong entirely. Last time I had to throw my drink out just by looking at the specks of white all over my cup. Unfortunate to see what this establishment has become, used to be a true gem with workers and taste but with the change in staffing it's not worth it at all especially for the price. Not sure how this place has so many positive reviews? But just scanning through you can tell most of the reviews have been bought out. Best advice is to steer clear of here and listen to the negative reviews that are being badly covered by management.

The boba is a little firm and not sweet. (I prefer a little bit of sweetness) the kiddos complaint that the toppings were not plenty but the mild and the tea itself were very good. It was not a horrible little treat for the afternoon drive.

I was thrilled this opened in Marietta and it's one of my frequented places when I'm in that area…read more I have visited them almost since the week they opened, and owe them a Yelp review :) Recently, I went for a ramen (spicy tonkatsu) and not only was it big and served in a real, ceramic bowl (the way ramen should be served, which MANY places skimp on these days), there were several pieces of pork (more than other places) and very plentiful condiments in my bowl. I was pleased. I really like how they thinly slice the pork belly too, really bringing out the seared edges & fat. I always get the poke bowls too; you may 1 flat price based on how many proteins, and practically unlimited toppings. Always fresh and made in front of you. The bubble tea: they brew the teas, you just need to ask them which ones are brewed but I've always gone with either the Taichi original or Taichi green tea or the jasmine one. I like to get zero sugar and just get boba balls which are slightly sweetened. If you're Asian, that might hit the spot for you. 25-30% sweet is also available and that's not bad too. Lastly; this store has good seating options; there's a big section in front of the registers, and there's also a more private section on the other side. To date it never seems overly crowded or populated inside (surprisingly, considering the food is so good and consistent) ....so I'm usually able to eat in peace & quiet. Oh yea, they also have CUTE decor inside. There's random stuffed animals around the place. I really like this place and it's probably one of the places I actually go to "regularly" due to a very good intersection of healthy-food quality, price-value, and quantity.

They packaged up all of the different sauces for us. Fresh cold fish, hot rice, all all the different additions were a nice fit along with the seaweed and the garlic chips and then the Taro milk tea with lychee jelly was really good as well. Highly recommended gonna try them again for the Ramen!!!! DoorDash delivers again

They had checkers, UNO, Trouble, tic tac toe, battleship and much more. They have a pretty cool menu of drinks, boba/jellies, and food items. All of the staff members were very nice. I tried the Thai tea (regular) but wasn't a huge fan. It wasn't sweet like I'm used to. My husband tried the dirty Thai tea (includes cold brew coffee) with coffee jellies. He said it was ok. I thought it was an interesting mix but I wouldn't order it for myself. My son tried the MLK Way drink - wow! Very good! If you're a chocolate lover, you will enjoy this one! Great consistency.

The menu was large and had a wide array of hot and cold selections as well as cheese toppings and Boba. They had a small selection of muffins as well. The playlist was 90s pop and rock and there was a stack of board games for public use. A handful of tables line the wall. It's a relatively small space and there is a flat screen TV mounted in the corner. The tea ended up being okay. It was pre-sweetened. I was hoping for more zing, like the elderberry tea I've had at farmers markets, but it was still good enough to warm me up. All in all, it was nice to support a local business. Maybe next time I'll try a cold drink. Wear: a sunflower shirt and jelly bracelets Listen to: Cranberries-Zombie

I ordered a bubble tea but needed it to be both decaf…read moreand vegan, and I would have appreciated if someone had taken a moment to help me understand my options. Instead, I felt pressured to decide quickly and ended up not enjoying my drink. On top of that, my order never actually went through -- I only found out after asking about it, and the staff realized it hadn't printed. They did make it right away once I pointed it out, which I appreciated, but I would have been waiting indefinitely otherwise. While they do have a "make it right" guarantee if you don't like your drink, the employee seemed annoyed when I asked for another recommendation. Unfortunately, the second drink (the mango one) turned out to contain caffeine, so I couldn't drink it either. I'm not saying they don't have good drinks here -- I just didn't get the chance to find one. I really hope they can improve their customer service, especially for customers with dietary restrictions, so that everyone can have a better experience.
