I love Dunkin' sweet tea, so stopped in to pick one up. No. The tea was a major thumbs down!!! No flavor and tasted like straight water. I can usually tell by the color of the tea if it's going to be a good one or a not so good one. The color was so light! Absolutely awful and still awaiting refund from an order that was not fulfilled. Ordered munchins and donuts in store via kiosk. By the time staff finally looked to see that someone was physically in the store and there was a pending order, there were "no munchins left and several of the requested donuts were "reserved"in drive thru". I asked for a refund and she could not do that at 5:15 on a Thursday; after staring at me for a few seconds she simply stated that I would have to come back or call to speak with management. To sum it up....chaos. We stopped in for a couple bagels and a coffee, but by 10:30am they were somehow out of ALL bagels, less the three plain bagels remaining, croissants, and English muffins. This made it nearly impossible to order anything on the menu. The lobby was filled with confused people trying to locate their orders off to the side, with a single medium coffee taking over 15 minutes to be delivered. The staff seemed flustered and we had a troubling time trying to communicate with many of them. Will certainly drive the extra distance to find another Dunkin' in the future. read more

Amazing place. To receive the full picture of satisfaction, you need to hear about my previous experiences with dunkin in rehoboth. I'm not sure if you can see my previous reviews, but I had a pretty crazy and abnormal experience with dunkin food a couple days ago. At the other dunkin by the boardwalk, the food was below par and just disappointing. I decided to take a walk on the wild side and give this other dunkin a gander, and I was delightfully surprised! I ordered a snackin bacon, cringing in memory of the previous floppy mess i received at the other dunkin here, and crossed my fingers for luck. I revived an amazing crispy and flavorful masterpiece, filling my mouth with the beautiful and tasty maple and pepper that I have come to love. Would highly recommend this dunkin, and ALWAYS come here over the other one. read more

Two stars is about as good as this place deserves. Earlier in the week they screwed up my donut order. Now we went for ice cream and they screwed up the banana split order. Plus, the cups were covered in ice cream and it got all over the car and our clothes. The little girl was condescending when we went back to ask them to fix the order. I consider myself a professional Dunkin Donuts customer. Have gone for years and always get the same exact thing. This location for whatever reason - ALWAYS screws it up. The people are always super nice but I am confident something is wrong with their equipment. Coffee either tastes burnt or is watered down - very weird. The last 3 times I have gone I asked them to re-make my coffee and it still tasted terrible.
