The slowest dunkin I ever stop in, which I try not to. Especially when certain staff person is not working atvthe window. 7/29/2022, 8:10am. 16 min from getting in line to paying for order. Plus they are OFTEN out of or don't even have some doughnuts, Eats, All Day Bites. If you don't have something, REMOVE it or better yet, Gray IT out on the Digital Menu Board. Like McDonald's, Wendy's. read more

Pretty standard Dunkin. Their Valentines Day donuts were really cute! Service was good so we're the donuts, although they looked a little rushed lol read more

Dunkin' - iced latte not full - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Well, the manager and employees are very nice, and generally they get my order right, but today I ordered a large coffee and and a bacon/egg/cheese croissant and received an extra large coffee (bonus) but no bacon (sad face). Busy place. Conveniently placed on my way to work. read more

Ok this location is a little.. different. I agree with some of the reviews below but I am so grateful for this location, I shouldn't complain. It's normally very quick, and is pretty much the only place to grab coffee and doughnuts/breakfast sandwiches before heading downtown. I will say to check your food before heading out to make sure you have everything. read more

I did not read the reviews before ordering my food on the DD app (rookie mistake but I wasn't near my normal Dunkin. The reviews said the line took a long time and it definitely was a longer wait than I have waited for other Dunkin's. However when I did get to the window the employee was super nice and my order was correct. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews, but today is one the days where I think it's necessary. This Dunkin' location is a relatively new one that opened up on Banksville, specifically on the stretch of road that leads to the tunnels and parkway. If you've used this road, you know that once you're on it you're more or less committed to your journey - there aren't a ton of spots to change direction. This is important context since it means that you have a veeeeery limited window to notice your order is wrong and to have the team correct it. And I missed that window during my first and probably only visit here. I had placed a mobile pick-up order, which I had to pick up via the drive-thru (as the app didn't let me choose to head inside). So my order was placed; I got it and put it down because I needed both hands to maneuver my car; and I proceeded to move back onto the main road. When it was safe to do so while moving in traffic, I removed the stopper from my lid, went to drink a delicious pumpkin spice latte...and drank straight coffee. This wasn't even a small mistake, which makes things even more frustrating. A latte mix-up I could shrug off, because stuff happens. But straight up ignoring the "special latte: pumpkin spice" code (which is on my receipt), pouring straight coffee into a cup, and calling it a day? Really? Sadly, due to the location issues I mentioned earlier, by the time it was safe for me to notice this error I was too far gone to turn around and ask the team to correct it. Currently I don't plan on trying to order from this Dunkin' again - certainly not as long as it's not possible to pick up orders inside where one can quickly and safely catch mistakes and ask for them to be corrected. read more

Hello fellow Yelpers! This Dunkin' has terrible service and as others have mentioned they get orders wrong. The server was a young teen boy who was extremely rude and treated us like we were the customers who came into the drive thru when the restaurant was going to close in a minute. They weren't. This was 12pm and I thought maybe it was closing early on a Saturday. It wasn't. He just acted like we were the biggest nuisances on earth. Secondly they got the order wrong and we paid for it. They ran out of bread so we ended up getting breakfast tacos with bacon, no big deal, except they charge you for bacon and they put none in it even when the receipt clearly says it. The "taco" was also pretty much a quesadilla. 90% cheese 10% egg, no bacon. Normally this is fine we can just swing back, but back to exhibit A earlier with the rude service and for exhibit B the other problem is as another Yelper mentioned...the location. You pull out into a busy street. Banksville road is like a mini highway, you ain't getting back you can't u turn easily at all. So everyone check your orders closely before you turn into the road there. Also the donuts were absolutely dismal, dry and old. America clearly does not run on Dunkin's in this case :( The only saving grace was there was a kind other worker and she was nice when giving us our food. She should be at the front instead and have the annoyed kiddo making food perhaps. Either way, we'd steer clear of this Dunkin' if we were you! Thank you so much for reading, stay safe and well out there. Thanks for being...YOU! :) read more

On august 11, 2023, I sat in drive through for 20 minutes. The first 15 min just sat in line with no movement. During that time an employee with long nails and black hair with a headset stormed out to see someone and stood there for 10 minutes- crying. No movement in drive through. Once she went back the line moved. She was rude. Not professional and the worst customer service. read more

I have only went to this Dunkin' Donuts like 3 times because of its location. Yesterday I stopped by and got 2 donuts around breakfast and it was the only thing I had ate the whole day because I came down very sick vomiting etc. almost like and feel like I had food poisoning. I won't be going back. read more

Without a doubt the worst Dunkin I've been to thus far. Sat there for 40 minutes when i ordered ahead (20 minutes prior.) Literally sat in line to give me a box of donuts i had already paid for. Once i got to the window it wasn't ready and took another 5 minutes. I realize it's not these kids faults but PHEW.. i will not ever go back read more

The person taking the order didn't greet me just asked what do you want. The bagel sandwich I got tasted really off, like burnt bits. The bagel was chewy and rubbery. Hash browns we're just oil soaked but also burnt somehow. The worst part was that I ordered a decaf- it was cold when I got it so I heated up I. The microwave. After drinking half of it I realized it's NOT decaf. My heart is racing due ti caffeine overload. Now I'm just hoping this food doesn't make me sick. 3rd and last time I will go here. Do yourself a favor and just go to a gas station: read more

Save your time and money and go to another location. The line was so long and my coffee was made incorrectly. Would not return to this location. read more

This Dunkin is in the most convenient spot for commuters to work in downtown Pittsburgh except their coffee is so INCONSISTENT! My iced coffee will have 2-5 cubes in it MAYBE some days and others too much. The coffee tastes stale like it's been sitting at the bottom of the container all day, it's just never good. I should order my coffee that costs 6$ and hope that it tastes good today, It's very upsetting because the people there are so nice but the coffee isn't at all! I used to go every single day on my way to work but I stopped because I would just end up throwing the coffee away once I got to work because I couldn't stomach swallowing it! Please please better your products because I really wanna enjoy this Dunkin again! read more

Do NOT go to this Dunkin! I drank half of my ice coffee and realized there is a whole FINGERNAIL in the bottom. I'm disgusted! The person taking my order was rude and gave attitude, the hash browns were burnt but I wasn't going to complain cause it was the morning and I don't know maybe they were cranky but THIS is just disgusting! read more

Dunkin' - A whole finger nail in the bottom of my ice coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Very fast and convenient location. I don't understand all of the negative reviews, all it takes is a little understanding of a location being understaffed to know why it takes a while to get your food/drink. I go to get coffee and food, and I receive a coffee and food. Every time I go I treat the staff respectfully and they give it back. I will continue to frequent this location. read more

I loved this location when it first opened. It has gone completely down hill the last 6 months. I don't understand why I can't ever get my food at the window. They make me go to the side door and wait. This is a DRIVE THRU ONLY location. I thought mobile ordering would correct it, nope wrong! I waited over 10 minutes for a sandwich from a mobile app order. I frequent the location in Etna frequently and get my food at the window. I order off the menu; no special requests. read more

ordered two donuts and the bag had a live moth flying in it, it flew out of the bag and i had to kill it. i was so grossed out, i didnt eat the food. i have no clue how a moth ends up in a bag of food. there was no way it got in there anywhere other than the store, as the bag was folded shut. super disgusted still read more

I live very close to this location so I am very disappointed. I have tried to go there on multiple occasions and never left satisfied. My drink has never ever been correct. Every food item was either incorrect, burnt, or looked like it was slapped together. Staff is not friendly and it take 40 minutes to get a coffee even if you do a mobile order. The drive through is always very long and most days made me late for work. Save yourself some time and drive up the road to Starbucks nexts to Kuhn's. read more

I'm not sure how this location is still open. I have been to a few bad Dunkin's but this is insane. My last 2 wait times were more than 40 minutes. One of which was when there were only 2 cars in front of me. There is 1 good employee who is rare to see these days. If you don't see a white Range Rover in the parking lot, go to Starbucks. read more

If I could leave a -5 rating I would. My wife sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. We understand everyone in some businesses are under staffed, but the attitude I heard from the woman working thru was totally unacceptable. Regardless of the day your having, your never treat the customer less than! Her belittling tone was enough to show why if anyone had to work with her, it's under staffed and currently sitting at a 1.5 star review. Too not only order, and get to the window to be told, cash only our card system is down. This is something that should've been tapped on the speaker in drive thru or stated before taking orders. Instead of having a bigger attitude, a my apology, the drinks on us for not stating that earlier would've been suffice because not every carries cash. But to stand there & look baffled, it's people like this in this industry that make individuals not want to go out or boycott a place. Do better!!! read more

Literally no one was there lol I waited at the order box thing for like 15 minutes and awkwardly yelled "hello" a few times. Someone else pulled up behind me and my social anxiety kicked in. I didn't want to seem like the asshole ordering a ton of food or not paying attention so I went up to the window and waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. I don't know how it's possible to be just empty in the middle of the day but whatever. The string of cars behind me ended up just leaving as well. Nawt worth it for the deadly location as well, wasted all that time to have to turn around in the eat n park location and just go home in defeat to my Keurig. read more
