If i could give this location negative stars I would. I have been here a decent handful of times and every time either my drink is messed up or my food takes 10+ minutes to get. This is absurd. I won't be back to this location until they get have better service.. read more

sophia is a whore but you know the food is good yum yum yum avocado toast yum yummmy it's so good yeah sophia is still a whore

This place is a joke. I have given it many chances but this is by the far the most ridiculous experience. I bought a Dunkin' reusable cup & they refused to put my drink in it. They said they can only put coffee & tea in it. I got a latte and I know this is false because other Dunkin's do it for me all the time. I mean it's their cup, literally never heard of such a thing. So ridiculous, lazy, & a waste of plastic. read more

This is my go to Dunkin. I have never had an issue that the crew won't fix with a smile on their faces. I go here for coffee and an occasional breakfast sandwich or bagel. I usually go in during the rush and I have a choice wait in line or use the app. If I use the app no waiting but when it's the rush I feel bad and wait. Unless someone act rude about the wait and then I use the app just to cut and piss em off. You can use the app too. The only issue I ever have is i like the most popular flavor of bagel and it's sold out sometimes but they always do their best to make me happy and substitute. I've also found a simple good morning how is your day in response to being greeted by the staff can be rewarded. Try it sometime you might be surprised how friendly and generous they can be. I enjoy paying it forward here and seeing how long it lasts. Take the survey and you get a free donut and nothing taste better then free ninety nine. read more

I wondered for quite some time if I was the only one that was left with a not so pleasant experience by the staff. Come to find out nope! I was surprised at all. For being the only donut place in the area I refused to go there. Donutsville is now open and I would much rather drive an extra 10 min than 2 min from my house. Whoever owns this place should reconsider a whole new staff if they want to stay open and have valuable customers that continue to go back. Cook there food for longer as well instead of everything being cold/frozen in the middle. I received a dozen free donuts due to my experience..Thank you but no thanks! read more

No one at the front. Waited 10 minutes. A worker came out and didn't acknowledge us. Apparently her shift was over!!!!!!! We walked out!!! read more

And I keep giving this dunkin a chance and they keep surprising me with how unimpressive they have been... I don't know if I call this coffee but it taste more like milk and sugar... gross read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

See all

Aside from the pictures of sanitation on yelp that speaks for itself, this Dunkin is the only one near my home. I ordered a latte and get to the window the lady has the worst attitude when I drive into the parking lot to check my order they gave me straight black coffee and the munchinks were smashed in the bag. I have an infant in the car and a toddler not only do I desperately need my drink lol Bit of your a mom you know I don't have the time to get off my car with kids, correct my order, and make it to daycare and work in time!!! This place is always messy, bad service, and unorganized... Please!!!!!! For the sake of this area can management or corporate clean this place up! read more

Food and drinks are great when they actually get your order correct at the drive through. I've gone three times now and two out of the three have been messed up! Completely different then what I ordered. read more

Seriously the worst Dunkin' Donuts! Every time you go the people working are so miserable and rude! They sound like they are being forced to work there and they pretty much hate their job! And don't even think about accidentally forgetting something and asking for it at the window they will talk bad about u and tell u no that u have to pull back around... even if no one is behind you! Such terrible customer service!! read more

I have gone around 2pm several times and there are not many varieties of donuts to choose from. Also, there never seems to be glazed for some reason. The customer service is great though and the girl that is usually working in the afternoon is very pleasant. read more

Not one clean table inside. Very disappointing! I know the donuts are decent but any of the breakfast sandwiches off the menu are subpar and not worth the money. read more

Why do I keep returning? I know they will be out of almost all of their donuts. I know the service will be awful. Yet, for some reason I always think it will be better next time. It never is. Today was no exception. Out of cold brew! I've never been to a shop that is ALWAYS out of most of their items no matter the time of day. Corporate needs to intervene and help this location out. read more

Zero service!! I wish I could say shitty service but there wasn't even service! There were no people in line except us, 4 employees, one of them stocking juice and water behind us and went back and forth in front of us IGNORING US, no one took our order. As we turned to leave, the employee that was next to the register chimes in saying "we'll be right with you" sarcastically. WORST LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Take your time and go to the one on 67th or sun city. read more

We most likely won't be returning to this DD. Waited in the drive thru for almost 20 mins. Went to order, and they were out of what we wanted (usually happens here), then when we got our order it was wrong. I think I'll make the drive to Donutsville next time. read more

This has to be the worst ran Dunkin Donuts that exist and it's seriously such a shame. My fiancé will drive to the new one off 67th just to avoid this place. I hope and pray it's not the same owner or we will just have to find a new coffee place that can deliver better service. I did the on the go order four times last week. The first one was thankfully right- however I had to wait and see if it was mine because there wasn't a name on it and they had no idea.....The second time they didn't even start it because they didn't have almond milk. Seriously, you couldn't call? All the other places that do orders on the go will notify you they don't have something. Plus it's Monday at 8am. How are you out of a main ingredient??? The next two times I had to sit there and wait while two of their employees talked. They finally acknowledged me asking if I was waiting for food.... and then they claimed they didn't hear the "beep" telling them my order came in and I could see the ticket with my name that hasn't been touched. I put my order in 15 min before I come. So them just standing there just made me even more livid. I have been addicted to Dunkin ever since I went to CT for work. Sadly it seems like it's time to go to Starbucks or Dutch Brothers. I admit Dunkin has better coffee but maybe they will have good service there... read more

This is probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. I've witnessed employees spitting in customers drinks. Vaping in the store. And are completely rude overall. Go to Starbucks. read more

So awful, if I could give no stars I would! I do not understand why the staff cannot get it together here. The wait is awful, the orders are usually wrong. Management should really read these. The only reason they still get business is because there are no other inexpensive and quick options in the vicinity. read more

Ok so now this has happened about 5 or 6 times in past month. The staff working in the evenings/nights are very rude and untrained. Ordered an iced caramel latte tonight and they messed that up. Absolutely no caramel????? Its 3 ingredients and not complicated. Went back in to have it fixed and the so called elderly lady that is being paid to manage this establishment was utterly rude and disrespectful and refused to fix my drink. I get this coffee at least 5 to 5 times a week. And for this to continue happening is a shame. As well as it has happened to several of my staff members who I got hooked on your coffee. Not Starbucks and not Dutch bros. Our hard earned money is paying for a product your establishment offers and when a mistake was make failure to solve the issue shouldn't be the customers problem. Time to solve this issue read more

This place needs help in the customer service department for sure! The associates are rude. On top of that, no matter what time of day you go in they have a VERY, VERY limited selection of donuts, very disappointing for the kids! read more

The employees here really don't care that you get what you ordered or like your order. I went through the drive through and when I got to the window I asked them to put some $ on my store card before they used that card for my payment. So, they added the order amount AND the amount I told them to add to my store card and charged it ALL to my credit card--the total amount! The small girl working in the window didn't know what she was doing and her 'trainer' seemed to think that was the only way to do it. (I should have made them re-do it, but they didn't look like they had the mental capacity.) Then when they handed me my drink they repeated what it was but didn't mention the coffee type (dark) or the syrup I ordered. When I asked them if it also included the flavor, the guy who handed it to me just said 'yea'. After I'd gotten through the drive thru and put the straw in I could not taste ANY flavor. And, the large drink only had like 5 pieces of ice in it. Their drinks used to taste good but they just don't care. The only reason I'm taking the time to write this rant of a review is that the whole stupid thing irritated me so much. Those employees have no shame, and really do not care how they treat customers. Dunkin needs to do an overhaul of employees, managers and product quality here. Really shameful. read more

A friends son was in the hospital and requested pink frosting munchkins... They not only filled the order but followed up with a phone call. Why is this a five star- some may ask... Because they had to hand dip each. It was ready early and went above and beyond. I can't wait to go back! read more

I bought a dozen donuts last night for the next morning. After I got home with the donuts, I checked all of them. They were all stale. And I mean you can take a donut and knock on the door with it. It was disgusting. Very disappointed. read more

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts. The employees are unprofessional and literally do not even know how to do their jobs (even the managers). Many times the order is incorrect or the donuts are stale. Thankfully a new one just opened up nearby, hopefully they hired better people! read more

"what do you want" was the first thing the lady said through the drive thu speaker, and its always like that. then you get to the drive thru and its a nicer gentleman, i dont know who the female is but she should be fired if she hates her job that much i believe its the heavier set lady because she stood and threw a fit when i pulled up to the window one morning, i love dunkin bad service wont keep me from my coffee but god lady LEAVE YOUR JOB THEN!? read more

I have been to this location twice and will not return. Service is very slow. If you have 2 registers and it is a busy Sunday morning it would make sense to use both registers. The staff don't seem to care and forgot to ask my husband for his drink order before totaling the bill. Customer service sucks. When I made a comment, instead of apologizing the girl at the register said it's like this every Sunday and they can't do anything about it. Never again! read more

The food is fine but the service is poor. All the staff just sits around and talks while people wait in line for 5-10 minutes. They have very poor customer service and several of the girls have long hair and just play with it in front of customers and near the food. Pretty gross and slow location. read more

A year ago I would have given a 5 star on this location, I mean come on....coffee & donuts you can't go wrong but there must have been a change in management as there is definitely a change in staff & attitude. I always get coffee in the drive through and while the iced Carmel lattes are still great the staff is very slow, unfriendly and consistently makes the wrong drink. They've even asked at the window if I wanted a flavor in my coffee. It's no longer worth the hassle. Unless you have lots of time to spare & can fully check your receipt, food and coffee for accuracy BEFORE leaving....get coffee somewhere else. read more

Awful! The employees there don't take their jobs seriously and don't pay attention to orders. They got my order wrong 3 separate times and acted like I was wrong! One of the worst run places I've been to. When I told them the first time my order was wrong the young kid making it was laughing and joking around like he enjoyed the fact they were messing up. Just careless and rude read more

Ridiculous! Every time we have come here they are as slow as molasses and it takes forever. This time was the tip of the iceberg. Waiting over ten minutes only to see they are out of lamps all donuts, no biscuits, bagels, and no croissants either. Seriously?! Ummm... What else would we come here for. I guess just coffee. read more

I decided to go to this Dunkin' opposed to my local one because this location was nearby. I started off ordering a dozen donuts all different types. I then ordered my three drinks. Upon paying I get handed a large extremely hot drink and I kindly tell her it was supposed to be iced. The girl then nearly shouts "SEE you didn't say ice". I was appalled at the rudeness but carried on. She told me she could fix it. We got our drinks and continued waiting. Another person then came up to the window and asked us what we were waiting for and I told him the donuts. He then told me there were no donuts on my order. I told him there's no way I went through each flavor I wanted at the ordering screen. He then magically found them and I was on my way. I don't think they charged me for the donuts which is a plus, but I would've rather paid double then have had to deal with their customer service. Not to mention the drink changed to over ice had about two ice cubes and tasted horrific. So disappointing. read more

I missed the order speaker when I entered the drive-thru. The Lead Person came to the window and reprimanded me for not ordering thru the speaker. He would not take my order for only 2 donuts so I left. What horrible customer service. read more

I have visited this location on three occasions, both alone and with family. We are not as interested in the coffee as the donuts. That is the issue. Every time we have received stale donuts. I am not sure if they throw out the old ones daily or keep selling them a day later. On my last visit I saw the guy serving the man ahead of me and he kept reaching past the first donuts to get those on the back of the tray. Maybe those were more fresh. I wished the girl helping me had done that for me. I am giving up on this location but not on Dunkin. I love them .... read more
