This is the worst service Dunkin donuts that I have ever experienced. The staff is extremely slow no sense of urgency at all and they don't care when and if they have a line of cars waiting they stand there and they laugh and talk amongst themselves while the line continues to pile up. read more

Even if you don't have indoor seating available for whatever reason, (capacities are at 50% now, not hard to have every other table open) having the indoor counter closed is ridiculous. The girl running the drive thru couldn't be bothered to answer simple questions, like what donuts are available, as by almost 2pm it's not ridiculous to think some might be sold out. "We got all of em" asked for the one with apple filling, as I don't know what it's called and she couldn't help. Maybe she's a new employee but still. Horrible customer service. My teen donated blood for the first time and the Red Cross gave her a coupon that was good for a complimentary donut. It turns out that their franchise chose not to honor the coupon there. Instead of telling her that immediately, they gave her the donut, told her that they won't honor the coupon and demanded the price of the donut. Feeling flustered, she paid and left. read more

This location is always a hit or miss (usually a miss) The service is beyond terrible. There is always lack of customer service, orders take forever to be prepared, the employees are always on their phone or not paying attention to what the customer wants... The other day i was trying to give the employee my money but was waiting for at least 10 seconds to be noticed because both employees wanted to be giggling and laughing on their phone... They need a lot more training, should not be by themselves without an ADULT such as a manager, needs a lot more training in customer service, and needs to GET THE ORDER RIGHT! I'm happy to report that my experiences at this Dunkin Donuts location do not mirror the experiences of the other customers who gave it one star reviews. First of all, the gentleman who works the morning shift (tall Indian fellow) has my coffee ready before I even get to the counter. He's always courteous, charming and has, on many occasions, handed my kid a free donut, this despite the fact that my four year old son constantly tries to steal the gift cards off the counter. I have seen some truly appalling behavior from customers at this location - "why is my coffee so hot!?!? Why don't you have any more pumpkin glazy gooey sugar poop inducing donuts anymore?!?! You put ketchup on that?!? Thanks, dickface, the world will now stop spinning!!!!" kind of stuff and the staff handles it all with more aplomb than I could probably muster. Generally speaking, I think the place is reasonably clean, it's spacious, there's usually enough parking, the surroundings are safe, etc. This is definitely not a one star establishment and I think the throng of people that flock to it in the morning speaks to that. read more

The food was typical Dunkin donuts but when I stopped in the bathroom I was disgusted by the lack of any sign of cleanings. Even more disturbing was the lack of soap in the bathroom or main eating area. Makes me wonder if the employees bother to wash before handling the food. read more

I downloaded this just to write a review about how horrible this Dunkin' is and how they treat their customers. I will say that a few employees are kind but the majority are not pleasant and make you feel like trash. Maybe the service is better inside but many of my interactions have been through the take out window. First and foremost, if an employee can not understand what a customer's order is don't treat them like they are in the wrong. Do not belittle them and make them pull forward to give you their order and STILL NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THEM. This is where I draw the line. Then when they realize they might have been rude try and make up for it. No sorry that's not how it works. I don't need any napkins from you. I have been able to stand the horrible customer service for many years. But this last encounter broke me. It's a shame because they are very close to my house. But I will never give them my business ever again. Don't give them your business. That is all. read more

The service at this location has dropped significantly since there were staff changes. You used to be able to get through the Drive thru quickly and have a quick good morning with the cashier. Now its like a robot is waiting on you and its takes forever to get through the drive thru. Yesterday I waited in line for 9 minutes and when I finally got to the window I had to wait for her to make my coffee because it wasnt ready. I visit this location every day on my way to work and would switch to another if I could. Please hire someone personable and with common sense. You dont make the customer at the window wait while you gather the orders for the people behind them in line. read more

I travel from Brick to Flemington once a month to see my doctor. I hit 31 North right after traveling for 45 minutes or so, and this DD is one of the first stops for coffee (and bathroom break!). Suffice to say, I've been here numerous times. There is nothing wrong with the coffee or food here, it's the service. The staff is just rude. Just a few days ago I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant and a coffee, and while I was waiting a woman walked in after me, order the same thing, and the women behind the counter looked at me, laughed in a sneaky manner, and gave the sandwich and coffee to the woman behind me. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my order, and I was lucky I wasn't late for my doctor. I can't tell you how many times this has occurred. I think they play favorites to their regular customers. Rude, just rude! The bathrooms are clean, though, I must say. I jsut realized a quick check opened up not too far down the road, I'm going there from now on. bye bye DD in Pennington. As a frequent Dunkin Donuts customer I have noticed in recent months that the coffee at this location is not what it used to be. On most days the coffee tastes old, burnt or perhaps from pots not being washed. It lacks the typical Dunkin Donuts flavor that we all know and love. When I visit other Dunkin Donut locations I do not seem to have this problem. It is a great convenient location and I hope they improve their coffee flavor so it taste like it should. read more

I stopped here to get a coffee and my niece something to eat and drink. I ordered an iced coffee, and she got chocolate milk from the fridge and ordered a donut and bagel at the front. I paid for everything and we sat at a table to wait. She opened her chocolate milk and took a sip and made a horrible face and said this is disgusting. I assumed because she accidentally got low-fat chocolate milk but NO. I tasted it, and it was so sour I immediately checked the date. The chocolate milk was 12 DAYS expired! So disgusting. I told the lady, and she asked if I wanted a different one. Definitely not. After all of this my niece's bagel is still not ready, so we ask for it, and the lady says, "you ordered a bagel?" I have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts EVERYDAY for 3 years. This used to be a pleasant place to go first thing in the morning. Tony was beyond AMAZING. I know that almost all of your regulars would agree. Tony remembered EVERYONE'S order and always greeted everyone with the most amazing attitude. He would tell me (and everyone) to have a "Legendary Day". Most of all, he kept everyone moving like a well oiled machine. The only time I would experience a problem was on the weekends when Tony wasn't working. I solved that by going somewhere else on the weekends. So, this brings me to my 1 star. Tony is no longer managing the Dunkin Donuts and he's gone. For MONTHS I have dreaded pulling into this Dunkin Donuts. The employees are unorganized, rude, stressed, clueless and SLOW! Letting Tony go was an enormous mistake! Someone will ultimately benefit from this DD owners huge mistake. I place a large order everyday for approximately 10 people. I will be looking for somewhere new. Everyone reading this should avoid this place! If not, you will walk away extremely stressed with the wrong order! read more

I stopped here to show the receipt and ask if I could possibly get a new coffee, and the guy working was extremely nice and offered to get a new coffee. Terrible! I've only been here twice. The first time I ordered a flavored iced coffee and it was disgusting, on top of that the man at the counter was asking way too many personal questions and just made me uncomfortable. I returned almost a year later in hopes of some better service; unfortunately, still disgusting coffee. This time i ordered a hot coffee and it was so bad that i took two sips, which were way beyond the level of hot that any coffee should be, and had to toss it. This is of course after half of it spilled in my car because it was filled to the brim. It's obvious they are selling burnt coffee and have no regards of cleaning their coffee pots at the end of the day. I'm sure the one decent review for this location has to have some affiliation with the owner bc no one in their right mind would go to this location otherwise. I went through the drive-through and got a salted caramel hot chocolate. As I was driving away I took a sip, and it tasted very bitter, perhaps as if there was some coffee in it. I went back and went into the store, and talk to a man who I think was the manager - - tall and Indian. He was skeptical of my opinion, basically telling me I was wrong. He poured another taste of the hot chocolate and I told him that it still tasted bitter. I suggested he taste it so he could see what I meant, which he refused to do. He said he had a customer that comes in every morning and gets that beverage, and hadn't complained today, and therefore there was nothing wrong with it.
