Was hoping for better service after their recent remodeling. 1. Ordered 2 coffees, received 1. The workers ignored us and made the next order. Took 5 minutes to get their attention. 2. The coffee was UNDRINKABLE!!!!! Extremely Sour. You would think that they would clean and scrub the coffee machines. 3. The 3 workers had a terrible attitude. How dare we make them do their job! 4. Thru changed the counter layout to an "L" shape. Well this doesn't work because they use the corner of the L counter to both place orders and for picking up orders. If you're in a hurry, DO NOT come here! Staff seems very disconnected, and they have no idea how to handle crowds. Even worse, they close the lobby yet leave their mobile order open so everyone is forced to use drive through, and you can't cancel it once it's placed, that's deceptive. Dozen donuts and 50 munchkins ordered this morning. Every single doughnut was stale. The crullers were papery and crumbly. The cake doughnuts were hard. The risen doughnuts were dry. Some of the glazed and filled doughnuts seemed like they might have been made this week, but the rest were crunchy. The cake munchkins were inedible. Service is terrible. The frozen coffee machine has been down for months and when I asked nicely when it might be back the guy just ignored me and asked what else i wanted. Very rude. I ended up just driving off. The terrible service and rude attitude made it so I couldn't justify giving them the sale. The franchise owner needs to be kicked out and replaced with someone who can run a business well. If they aren't going to repair the machine, then put tape over the drive through menu so people know. I just came from the Trenton Mercer Airport and wanted a hot cup of coffee.. The crap that the airlines serves and charges for is gross. Anyway, I stopped in to this Dunkin Donuts and was greeted by a very nice tall Indian fellow. He made my dark roast coffee exactly how I like it... Just the right amount of cream and sugar... I also got the Boston cream donut and it was delicious... This store is a good size with quite a few tables and chairs.. There is free wifi... Everything in the store is neatly displayed and organized... Their menu is easy to read... What impressed me was the gentleman who waited on me was so friendly.. A man and his young daughter came in and he walked up to his table to greet the little girl and talk with her.. I watched how he interacted with all the different customers it was so refreshing ... Usually when I go to DD they barely greet u... There is plenty of parking and this Dunkin Donuts has a drive thru so you don't even have to get out of your car... I'm just trying to figure out how this location is still up and running? Unbelievably long waits on the drive thru. No indoor service. Not even 50% capacity. Orders are always wrong. And the coffee always tastes burnt! Not to mention they have the rudest, slowest staff. They desperately need new management. This is ridiculous. read more

Downloaded this app just to write this review. This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. I have given this place so many chances and every single time I have a horrible experience. The cream cheese bagel had little to no cream cheese on it, the vanilla creme donut had like one teaspoon of creme in it, the glazed donuts weren't glazed at all and tasted more than a week old, and the maple bacon sandwiches were made with just regular bacon and they charged me for the price of the maple bacon. The employees are rude and incompetent and the last time I went I spent a solid 10 minutes just repeating my order over and over again because they couldn't understand it. If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. I will never go to this location ever again. read more

I would like someone to know what goes on at the dunkin at 1 tree farm rd pennington. The manager Elizabeth Anderson is verbally abusive to her employee's, also the variety of donuts are very few, stale, never thrown out, hardly filled, the ice coffee is made with stale coffee left over from the night before, she is very racist to customers of color that come in and have even stated so to their faces, something has to be done about this manager. read more

I was listening to music so I did not hear her at first. She then rudely refused my order because I did not say good morning. She yelled at me to get out of the line. I used to work here and I want to warn everyone about this place. The food is almost always at least a day old. The bagels are served until they are moldy. The amount of moldy sandwich station items I had to clear was ridiculous and I was the only one who went through it so who knows what was served on my days off. The manager was abusive. She threw things and yelled at all the employees and a fair few customers. She also never helped out despite being chronically understaffed. She also had a habit of going into a rage and firing people over small disagreements and has made every employee there cry at least once. The staff aren't trained. the assistant manager who was supposed to train me stopped showing up one day and then came back three months later and even then he was constantly late or just didn't show up with no warning but he was buddy buddy with the manager. The turn over rate was really high. I worked there three months and by the time i left the only original staffer was the manager and the assistant manager that disappeared. We're never taught how to make any of the drinks and everyone has different ideas on how to make it. And the machinery was constantly broken because the owner doesn't care about the location because the place makes no money. We're also not taught how to use the register. If you've ever gone through the drive through and heard an incredibly rude woman that's the manager. She leaves her microphone on all the time and doesn't pay attention to if there are cars there and when she's on the microphone no one else can get on. There were shifts where it was just me and the manager and the first one of those shifts was on my second day. She seems to take problems with everyone who is nice to the customers because they are the one who get fired first. Any complaints made to her by customers will get taken out on the staff. Many of whom are young and this is their first job because everyone else know to stay away. Any tips left in the tip jar will most likely get stolen by the manager. She said she split them evenly between everyone on the shift but she doesn't. we had one woman who despite being verbally abused by the manager felt bad enough for us that she tipped us fifty dollars. at the end of my shift i counted the money in the tip jar and split between the five if us we should have received around $11 each. we got 4. when confronted with this information she fired the employee who asked her about it and proceeded to make fun of her. She creates a group chat for all the employees and every morning at 4:30 she takes pictures of every thing the people closing did wrong (and most of the time they were never actually taught how to close the store) and called then out on it on the group chat. Just daily early morning humiliation. I worked there for three months a while before the vaccinations were coming out and the manager never wore her mask. she was also the one who made all the donuts. We were not allowed any breaks to eat despite it being required by dunkin. We were not given our schedule in a timely fashion and were never actually allowed to leave on time. I was consistently scheduled for 5 hour shifts and worked for 9 or 10 hours a day. Several people I know worked from 4:30 am to 9:30 pm with no breaks. Please do not go here. Some of the staff are trying their hardest and some of them are so done with the managers abuse that they just can't muster up a smile. the pay was above minimum wage though so that was nice I guess. read more

Don't come here if you want donuts. They don't have any. At least they didn't today. And no, it wasn't 8 pm; it was 8:30 AM. Prime donut time! When I pulled up to the drive thru, I ordered a coffee and two donuts. They mumbled something back which I couldn't make out and then told me to pull around to the window. I did and when the lady told me my total was $2.02, I knew something was awry. I reminded her that I had ordered two donuts in addition to the coffee and she flatly replied, "we don't have any donuts." I must have laughed or given her a quizzical look because she seemed put out to further explain that they didn't get a shipment in today. What?!? You have "donut" in the name of your store and you don't have donuts? I would have been less irritated if she had then offered me my coffee for free or even asked if there was something I wanted instead (which I would have been happy to pay for). A bagel or muffin perhaps? But she just stared at me as if to say "move it along". So I did and I won't be going back. Also, when I've been here in the past, they didn't sell orange juice! Again, a breakfast donut shop with no orange juice and spotty availability of donuts?!? They get a big, fat, donut-shaped zero in my book. read more

It is a sad day for 1 Tree Farm Rd Pennington, NJ 08534 Dunkin Donuts. A very competent and wonderful worker by the name Anna was fired yesterday by the new store lady manger. This new lady manger has made 2 drinks for us so far, a medium ice tea and and a frozen chocolate and we had to throw both away. This new manger made the ice tea too sweet using liquid sugar rather than granulated sugar (we asked for granulated sugar) and the frozen chocolate she made was not drinkable. Why would you fire Anna such a competent worker and a nice person? Especially, when this new manger doesn't know how to make any of the drinks.We never had any problems with Anna. She was wonderful to the customers and she made perfect drinks. Sorry, to see you go Anna. read more

Service is very hit or miss. On one occasion, the cashier/barista chose to ignore the online orders by muting the reminder. On another, the barista was quick and attentive to the online order. As for quality, Dunkin is pretty consistent among locations. Don't expect t anything beyond normal, nor less. Later in the day, the coffee pot sits for longer so you may get Luke warm coffee. read more

Don't use the "pick up ordering" at this location!! The order was not ready when we arrived after paying before arrival through the app. The man taking orders at the drive thru doesn't know how to use the microphone and yells at the other employees through it. Mute that thing! They handed us one item from the order and told us to have a nice day. We had to tell them the complete order at the drive thru and wait for them to make it...what's the point of ordering for pickup if it is not ready to be picked up? Avoid this Dunkin Donut if you can! They are conveniently located right on Rt. 31 and have a drive thru, but the service is subpar. The staff manning the drive thru is rather rude. A smile would go a long way. The coffee and food don't appear to be fresh.
