Donuts are always stale. Servers are very nice but it does not make up for old food!

The Caffeination Station - Great selection of coffee and teas

I love how they have custom merch, adorable sayings and the train around the ceiling was added fun to the theme. They put so much work into the interior and it shows, right down to the cute coffee bean decals on end tables & espresso-colored couch. This is a great place to relax with a cup, meet a friend, or even have a business meeting (or 3). They weren't on Yelp yet, so I'm hoping this review will start giving them a bit more exposure. :)

Trying to support local as usual. Just to have zero welcome into the business, even though the owner stared right at me. Be skipped in line after an already long wait then when I said I was out of here the "owner" told me while waving his hand to just get out among other choice words. I replied simply fuck you ‍ matched energies. Walked out and that was that, or so I thought. Tell me why a grown adult, one of the owners Darian Blauch decided to then follow me instead of actually helping the customers still waiting inside, recording me from the shop to the Jeep and try to get the license plate. All because I didn't want to spend money because of their terrible customer service. Never even a acknowledgement of the long wait. When told to get away from myself and the vehicle he just said it's public property and stayed harassing and stalking. Idk what grown man thinks it's acceptable to act like that, but according to PD this isn't uncommon for him to act like this. They've had multiple calls for his same actions.

Located in the old K&G Hardware store of childhood (with the same creaky wood floors), it's conveniently located on Railroad with parking out back. The Book Bar is part book store, part cafe, and part community meeting space. They've utilized the large store area with cozy sofa lounge spaces, a full cafe bar at the back left with coffee, tea, pastries, etc. To the right are shelves of books, both new and used. Prices are reasonable for a small business. They even have a house blend of coffee, available to drink in the cafe or beans to go, which is made by a local roaster in Cleona. The owners are super friendly and thoughtful about what they want this place to be. I talked to them about their events, including already popular book clubs that meet in the lounge area. It sounds like a great place to meet other people while talking about your favorite books. For people with kids, the children's section is super cute, and also has some cozy seating areas to peruse the books. Book stores are a precious commodity in this time, and it's great for a community like Palmyra to have one like this. Definitely check it out!

I have been to other places where they hesitantly ask "are you sure?" about taking the wrong drink, but in this case it was immediately addressed and I was provided a fresh correctly made latte. Love the atmosphere and saw some authors with their books talking to various customers. Free street 2 hour parking. The lavender latte and Redrum are delicious

When you walk inside you're are greeted by the lovely staff who tell you where the menus are, and inform you of their specials (I forgot to include a picture of their food menu). There is a lot of space to eat inside the cafe and the seating is very comfortable. Music plays in the background, but it's nice and not too loud. Initially we ordered a couple of lattes, I got the pumpkin spice latte and my partner got the smores. I think the pumpkin spice heavy on the pumpkin and didn't have as much spice to it. The smores latte reminded me of a mocha latte, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. As for the food, it was good! I got a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin, and the bacon was perfectly crispy. The only thing I wish was different was the seasoning of the sandwich; it was plain in terms of seasoning. I think it could have benefitted from a spicy mayo or spicy seasoning on the bacon. They did provide salt and pepper which I used and it helped. My partner got the waffles with strawberries and Nutella which was bomb; the waffle was cooked perfect and the ratios of strawberries and Nutella were good. While eating, staff checked on us multiple times to see how we were doing and if we needed anything else. Overall, I loved the ambiance, attentive service, quick service (minimal wait time), and that this was a locally owned business. I highly recommend coming by to check the place out!

After driving all over the complex (thank you GPS) & having to turn around twice due to dead-ends, we ended up parking behind the hotel in the hotel parking, where it looked like everyone needed parking permits... but an employee said we'd be fine to park there and gave us directions to the coffee shop inside. It was a bit difficult to find from that side, even with his directions, as once again NO signs. They had plenty of signs for locating your building and room... so why wouldn't they add signs for finding food and getting more $$ out of their patrons?? Once we finally found it with the hope of not being towed, we also saw where the main parking was - a HUGE lot out front. The service inside was great. They even had gluten-free blueberry muffins that were so good I almost wolfed it down before getting a photo. Fluffy and moist... not a brick or dry like most GF baked goods. They had other GF baked goods listed as well, but none were in stock. Hubs got a breakfast sandwich that he said was really good. We both got mochas - his was supposed to be iced and they made it hot (happens a lot, actually), but it was "fine"... Mine was basically a melted Reese's cup and OMG. Hands down one of THE BEST coffees I've EVER had. We will definitely be back... this time in the correct parking lot! ‍
