I run through this Dunkin' drive through often since it's close to home. We always do the drive thru, so I haven't been inside of this location, but we've always had a pretty good experience. The employees have typically been young, I've seen some reviews commenting on that - but I've never had an unpleasant experience with any of the employees here. They've always been very polite and our order has always been right. 9 times out of 10 I do place the order via mobile app ahead of time, so I just pull through the drive thru and they're always quick to greet me through the speaker and within minutes hand me my order at the window. The coffees I've ordered have always been good, no issues there and the donuts we've ordered for our kids have been correct and no messy issues like just tossing the donut in the bag any which way - which I have had happen at some other Dunkin' locations and then it's just a mess in the bag. I have a dairy allergy so my order was a Lg Pumpkin Spice Latte Decaf Iced with Almond Milk and no whip cream and Carmel. What I got was a Lg Pumpkin Spice Latte Decaf Iced with whole milk and when I mentioned the whipped cream I saw the girl making the coffee scoop it off with a lid, throw it away and mix what was left on top into the drink. Glad I saw cause otherwise I'd be in the hospital right now. Such a joke my kid got hash browns and they were so squished it looked like diced potatoes. Possibly the worst experience at a Dunkin' location. Nobody but me at the counter and they took my order of a macchiato, bacon & egg bagel, and a donut. Nothing complicated. The donut was put in a bag and dropped in front of me. Ok. The sandwich was called from another counter. Ok, I go over there. The woman calling me said "you're all set". I asked about the coffee. The person that took my order had already forgotten about it and apparently didn't know how to make the drink. She had to look over the instructions, then ask from another person working there. When she was finally done with that, similar to the donut, just dropped in front of me. No "sorry for the wait", no "here you go", or "have a nice day". Service is very slow. You go through drive through and wait 20 min for just one cup of coffee. When you finally get to the menu they tell you to review the menu to waste more time. Finally, when I got to window to get my drink they ask me to pull up to wait. Ridiculous! read more

My wife ordered a bagel with cream cheese. She unwrapped the bagel to find a dirty used glove on the bagel. She brought it back in and told the assistant manager and the woman was rude. She offered to replace the bagel without any apologies and thought the situation was funny while there was another customer standing there looking shocked and surprised. I've used the drive thru at this Dunkin several times, and they are always out of basic donut flavors. I've never been able to get a lemon filled donut here. And recently, we came in for a dozen and they didn't have boston cream, plain, and a few others. They only had maple from our list. I will not be visiting this location if I need donuts, there are plenty others in the area that carry a larger selection. read more

Im coming to this Dunkin' dunuts to get coffee, the girl who served me was in a miserable condition, her appearance, her blouse full of hair, she grabbed the donuts with her fingers, she served them to me, she prepared my coffee and she did not dare to tell me that my coffee is ready and I waited for 15 minutes at the counter and to leave my coffee on the other side. Which is to pick it up but he did not inform me too much he was sitting on the phone and the boy who was there was very disrespectfully respectful clean and spoke with a smile and in a very beautiful way to make me do my best to thank him .!!! read more

They up charge you for every little thing and then they lie about why they're doing it. I got a large latte with almond milk and she wanted to charge me double the almond milk because it was a large. She was arguing with me that this was policy. I got to Duncan multiple times a week and different Dunkin' Donuts and this has never been the case. The lady that helped me at the register was very rude. I would not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts. You're better off driving a little further and finding a different one. read more

This really is the worst Dunkin ever. They are the reason I exclusively go to SB now. They never EVER get my order right and are always so rude every single time. The lady complained to me once that I was messing up there system and it was on red because I was ordering too much. It has never been a good experience. This place is always a disaster. Staff is SLOW and not a clue as to how to make basic coffee. As a result, lines build up and it takes forever to get a simple order. Don't waste your time and stop at another place up the road. Management really needs to get their act together here. read more

This location is the embodiment of poor preparation. They never appear to have any direction on busy days. I can't count how many times I have shopped here and they were completely out of any desirable donuts. It has happened on many occasions. This poor planning is likely the result of management that chooses to produce less rather than more. It is frustrating to wait in the drive through for 15 minutes to ultimately be told there is nothing left. That being said the employees are always polite and apologetic. The bright spot of this location IS the employees. NOT the management, who clearly are struggling to manage supply and demand. read more

I'm not one to ever review anywhere but I went through the drive through yesterday, I waited a solid ten minutes at the mic and when I finally did order I asked the woman for a signature mocha latte and she asked something I couldn't hear (I'm deaf in one ear) so I said I'm sorry? Trying to ask her to repeat it and she said in a snotty voice like she was talking to a child "I know the flavor, i don't know the size" and I just said medium, when I went up to the drive through the woman at the window realized it was the wrong drink the woman who took the order made, and when she tried to correct the drink the rude woman screamed at her to give it back and that they weren't correcting the order because she could never make a mistake. It's an odd feeling to see someone with such an ego at a Dunkin' Donuts. read more

Not one to leave bad reviews but this deserves one after many negative visits to this location. I went here to get breakfast and had 3 cars ahead of me. They were very slow and whoever took my order had a rude attitude. Upon getting to the window I waited another 7 minutes to get my food. Seemed like a lot of goofing off inside from the workers and my food looked like a mess... I had some sauce all over inside the bag when I only ordered toast and croissants. I go to Dunkin Donuts every morning because I love the food and coffee but this location is terrible. The first time I went my coffee tasted terrible and old, when I asked for a new one, I got a eye roll and attitude. So this morning I gave it another chance and once again, I got attitude when I had to repeat my coffee order because the person on the drive thru wasn't paying attention and then she raised her voice at me. Idk if they do this on purpose or if they just don't care but each time I've gone through the drive through I order a bagel with a "little bit of extra cream cheese" and every time without fail I either have an entire tub of cream cheese on my bagel or a literal swipe the size of a fingernail. I can't help but think whoever is making the food hears what I'm asking for and purposely makes it incorrectly. If I could give a zero star I would. Not only are they racist they treat their paying customers like crap. Went there to order a medium coffee a snack'n bacon and some hash browns and on my way out there store I had to turn back around because the food was COLD! I asked the equally racists guy who did not greet me in the beginning but happily greeted the WHITE customer after me.... I asked him if they had their food pre made and he stated that they make them ahead of time and keep them by a warmer to help keep the flow of things going. Requested new hash browns and you can hear the employee arguing in the back literally screaming that they were not cold. I'm a paying customer who was spoken to very rudely and handled even worse. The manager should be fired! She did nothing! When I asked for names the worker refused. I will be reaching out to upper management as this team is horrible and I would fire them all and start from scratch. I've been in the corporate world long enough to know quality customer service and this isn't it. read more
