I told her it was my first time in but did look over reviews and such. I wanted to try the blackberry mojito however that was a limited time drink and she didn't have the ingredients to make it. She suggested the berry sangria which was actually my second choice that I had coming here. She said it's one of their most popular drinks. So that's what I got. What I love about this place is that the teas are sugar free. They are sweetened with no calorie sweetener (Splenda). I can have my tea and not feel guilty. They do have boba however that does have sugar. Also the mega teas boost your metabolism and give you a gentle energy boost without the crash. They just celebrated their 1 year anniversary! This place is super cute and the berry sangria was DELICIOUS. I did think it was just a tad bit too sweet, tasted like kook aid! But it was delicious! I will definitely be back here and try other flavors.

Today I purchased the banana cloud latte and realized that it's more than the advertised price, because they tack on an additional $.75 for the banana foam that actually makes it a banana latte. It's already over five dollars, so to add an additional charge for the foam that actually makes it the drink it's advertised as is ridiculous. In addition, my muffin was at least three days old and extremely stale. I'm done with this location.

The coffees I've ordered have always been good, no issues there and the donuts we've ordered for our kids have been correct and no messy issues like just tossing the donut in the bag any which way - which I have had happen at some other Dunkin' locations and then it's just a mess in the bag. I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as…read morewhen they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong. Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. This particular location has the ambiance that you would expect from a Dunkin'. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with. Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation.

I've given this location two chances now. For a new location in a prime area, you would think that…read morethey would have everything set and ready to go before opening. Unfortunately I don't believe this is the case. So, my first visit I will chalk up to being new, working out the kinks, training, etc, etc, etc. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese and a macchiato through the drive thru. The business itself was not busy at this time as it was late morning, a bit past breakfast time. I made it through the line quickly Aaaaand...made my way back into the line again. Yep, the breakfast sandwich had cheese on it. My first go round through the drive through the worker barely spoke a word, handed me my coffee and sandwich and I was on my way. The second time through he was much nicer and I do have to say they corrected the order quickly, with a smile and I was on my way again. The macchiato was S-W-E-E-T!!! I mean OVERLY sweet! I don't know how they can make drinks like this and not have them returned. My fault for not sipping it our of fear it would be too hot. By the time I tried it I was well down Dale Mabry and was not turning around at that point. The drink was free anyway on a reward through the app so no huge loss. The second visit was a bit disappointing. I went through the drive through again today for my go-to breakfast sandwich...egg white veggie omelet which USED to come on flatbread, but since Dunkin has basically ruined their menu by getting rid of some of the best items, this now comes on an English muffin. Even though I preferred the flatbread, I can live with an English muffin. I placed my order, (no cheese again) and am told they do not have English muffins right now because they are all frozen. WHAT?????? It's 10am and their menu items are frozen and unavailable??? I settle for a multigrain bagel-toasted. Quick service again (no cheese) and on my way I go. The first bite I almost spit out. The bagel was under cooked in the middle even with being toasted. When I picked it up it deflated and flattened. I've never had a bagel like this before. Unfortunately I had to be at and appointment and had no time to go through the drive through again to deal with yet another correction. I ended up eating the egg only and threw the bagel away. This was it for me. I don't have the time or feel like wasting anymore money here for less than mediocre food and service. This is too bad since this location is really easy to pull in and out of on my morning commute and so convenient. Maybe in a time of desperation I'll try it again MONTHS from now to give them time to read through the poor reviews on other sites to get their act together. But for now it just a toss up. It seems you never know what your going to get. Giving them them two starts just because they made it right the first visit by correcting their error and the service is quick for what should be a very busy location.
