The service here is great! My first time coming and I was worried because the line looked long but the women working were so efficient, no one waited long at all. AND my café con leche coffee was perfect. read more

This Dunkin is conveniently located in the same plaza as a bunch of other restaurants off 54 & Ballantrae. The drive-thru is fairly efficient but if you're in a rush, I recommend parking and going in. The doughnuts are usually fresh although they tend to run out of certain kinds if you show up too late. The employees are kind and the manager is always on the ball. Whenever I have to place a large order for my school, I order ahead on the mobile app and I rarely have to wait. read more

Tried them again recently, and was pleasantly surprised by the improvement in quality of service. Good job.

We received five star service at Dunkin' this morning. Even though they had a great selection of donuts, they were out of spider donuts. My kids were disappointed until the gentleman at the counter saved the day! He made my kids two spider donuts. Thanks for making today great! We will be back to this location for sure! read more

Dunkin' - Spider Donuts - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lutz, Florida

Absolutely terrible service. 5 workers and not a single person helping the people inside. The drive through is moving just fine. Just close the inside instead of having extra employees that do nothing. Martina was especially rude! read more

one of the worst dunkin's i've had the displeasure of stopping at. lady working the drive thru was laughing over the speaker as i was giving my order, asking me to repeat what id said, obviously not paying attention. after paying i was asked to pull forward to a stop sign while they made my food. i proceeded to wait for 10+ minutes and no one ever showed up to give me my food. i had to get out of my car and tell them i was still waiting. they hadn't even started making my food yet, which was just two wraps and an order of hash browns. the staff who gave me my food offered no apology and the food was luke warm(at best) and thrown together callously. incredibly disappointed. read more

Placed an app order for food and coffee, when we got to the window a "person" (pretty sure it was a female with dreads) handed us the coffees and then slammed the window shut. No "hello, how are you?" or even just a smile. Ok.. Whatever. When "they" handed us the coffees, we asked which was which. ( ) "They" then looked at us like we were idiots and said "its on the cup!" and the window closed. Also, I did order food, so I was still waiting at the window on my food. Ok... While waiting I noticed my coffee was missing the cold foam they charge extra for. Still waiting at the drive thru window... "They" come back to the window, and "they" look at us through the window, and throw their hands up in the air. (wondering why we were still there) so then we honk the horn, they finally open the window after about a minute or so, and I tell them they totally forgot the food we ordered and messed up one of the coffees. Again nothing came out of her mouth.. Like "sorry" or even "ok". They again slammed the window... proceeded to make the food and then almost slung the food at us. !! read more

After my last review of this dunkin a little less than a year ago, i decided to give them a try again. I just went early on a saturday morning so i don't wait for years in the drive through like i did last time. The food itself was fine, i received everything i ordered in decent quality. The service, however, I pray for all of your jobs. The black woman with braids at the drive through greeted me with a meme-worthy face. She did not say anything for a solid 5 seconds when I pulled up-- she just looked at me with a mixed look of confusion and disgust. Me, a customer not knowing what to say, goes "uhh [my name]" because I placed a mobile order. Any other dunkin greets me at the drive through with AT LEAST "hi give us one second please" if they're taking longer than usual. That woman needs to go back to elementary/middle school to fix up her communication skills. At least the food was decent this time. Just for the love of God please read these reviews and recognize that your star rating is as low as a strip club in south tampa and learn from it. read more

I stopped at this drive through on Saturday, July 27, around 5 pm and waited for 8 minutes with only one car in front of me. I ordered a side of the bacon snacks as I wanted that amazing crispy bacon for a Caesar salad I was making for a friend. The order I received was limp and half raw. Disgusting and disappointing as I work next to another Dunkin in Palm Harbor abd their bacon is perfectly crispy every time! I had to microwave it when I arrived at my friend's place. read more

Ordered avocado toast topped with bacon. Not toasted. No bacon. Ordered Bagel with cream cheese. Looked like an icecream sandwich theres so much cream cheese. I was here at 10am 2/13/25. read more

I have been coming to this DD for 6 years and they NEVER have sesame bagel. They always say "we sold out" - which is a total lie- you never have it. Please start ordering sesame bagels or I will stop coming altogether. Other locations never seen to have that issue. read more

this dunkin is by far the worst dunkin i've ever been to. to start, the employees at this location are rude, never a smile on their face never a nice greeting just the most basic, if they do say anything it's the welcome to dunkin and that's about it and if you go inside they just stare at you till you say something. i'm newer to starting to enjoy coffee, so i get the most basic drink, a vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar is what i ask for each time. every single time i ask for cream they question me, they huff and puff as if im asking for a crazy request?? every single other dunkin ive gone to and asked for this, it's no questions asked 3 pumps vanilla 3 pumps cream and sugar easy peasy always delicious then everytime i come to this location they never understand and my drink is always different and always bad, every single time. i'm just looking for an easy transaction and i get questioned and i always feel embarrassed for what im asking for as if it's insane. booooo read more

This is one of the worst Dunkin' Ive ever been to. They do not care to have your order correct. Ive been here several times and I always have a issue with my order. What happened today was definitely the last straw rather drive further to get good service. I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 donuts. Chocolate glazed, strawberry frosted, vanilla cream and Jelly filled. First they put them all in a bag!!!!!!!! I told the girl at the window "all in a bag????" No comment was said to me she just told someone why would you do that? But offered no solution and just asked me if she put napkins in the bag? I drove away furious and hoping they would be in decent condition still. Opening the bag was worse I took pictures so you can understand and then i also saw that my order was wrong on top of it. No jelly donut here! read more

not even a hello the window and you asked for liquid sugar and instead got crunchy, unmelted sugar in the bottom of my iced coffee. Dunkins biggest issue is consistency read more

every morning I stop by here on my way to work and I can never try anything outside of regular iced coffee because it's always messed up! they need new trainers on how to make lattes and any seasonal drink. it's so crazy that I have to drive all the way to the Dale Mabry location to get a drink made correctly. read more

The food is always fast, and the coffee is consistent, but that's where it ends. Every time I order a bagel, I ask for it to be toasted and it never is. Sometimes, they don't even bother to put the cream cheese on for me and just throw it in the bag for me to do it myself. Today, the bagel was completely stale and I couldn't get past the second bite. The quality of the bagels here is the worst anywhere. The cheap frozen bagels I buy at Publix are better than this. read more

Literally the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. I have been to this location 4 times and each time they have gotten my order wrong. Today I decided to watch them make my coffee. The employee made it wrong so when I tried to help her she first of all looked very confused, not quite sure why as it a very easy order. She went behind the machine to act as if she fixed it. She in fact did not fix it. Not only do they always get my order wrong but the employee act as if you are inconveniencing them by even there to spend your own money. I do not recommend this location. You will just be very frustrated with the quality of the product and service read more

Literally the worst Dunkin. Guy ahead of us was waiting for 10mins. Kid who took our order was incredible rude. Didn't even take half our order. This store hasn't been tight since it opened. Today was the worst tho. I have never had some one tell me Did you need donuts? After I ordered donuts then tell Me to wait till the end of the order to order the donuts. Dude all I needed was donuts read more

Painfully slow drive thru service. At every Dunkin I've been to, they offer dogs a small cap full of whipped cream. This guy just flatly told me "yeah, we don't do that". Goodbye Dunkin, hello Starbucks! read more

UPDATE! I had given this location one of its highest reviews since all the other reviews were so bad and I had past good experiences here. I am now changing my review to 1 star due to the staff being rude when I asked to purchase a pup cup aka whipped cream for my dog. Every other location will do this but this one. They offered a munchkin but those are harmful to dogs. Plus they didn't even get my order correct. Really disappointed. This location has the best hash browns in the whole area. I choose to go to this location every time over any other because they ALWAYS make the hash browns fresh. This location does take longer which is unfortunate but it's because they make everything new and don't give you old food that's stale/been sitting out. read more

The service at this Dunkin was very bad I was placing an order thru Drive-Thru and the lady taking my order was very rude and was rushing me the entire time, and half of the items on the menu weren't available. When the food and coffee came out it was cold and very much rushed the hash browns were burnt and tasted like grease straight up and all smashed, I will never come here and I don't recommend coming to this Dunkin. I wanna give the rating a 0 star but that's not possible so I give it a 1. read more

Go here if you dare lolll Horrible service and out of stock by 10am. Why open a Dunkin in one of this fastest growing cities and never have donuts. They should put a sign up that says "NO DONUTS" so when you pull in, you don't end up waiting in a line for 20 min to be told "no donuts". read more

It's always something at this place. My bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap didn't have bacon. It's always made sloppy. The coffee is good 50% of the time. A little effort would go a long way. read more

Thank God this is the last morning I will be coming to this location. Been in drive thru line for 6 minutes and they have waited on 2 cars!!! They need to upgrade their Wednesday crew. The other days are much quicker. I know I need to be patient but this is ridiculous. It's 10am not 8am work rush. I can't imagine what that was like read more

The girl refused to give me a tiny cup of whip cream for me to give my dog and said if I wanted a pup cup I should go to Starbucks... nice job advertising the competition! Wouldn't have been an issue that she said they don't do them but other people that work at the same location give me them and have never heard anything about them not being able to do that... I don't have high expectations for Dunkin but that was just weird considering she's the only employee I've ever had an issue with read more

my husband made a order thru the app and when we went to pick Mitchel stated that he cannot make the chai tea hot because he did not have the stuff to make but he can make ice. That did not make any sense the we ask to cancel just that item and he said that he can't neither that we need to call customer service. when we check customer service work Monday thru Friday and 7am to 7pm. so we cannot speak with someone due the fact that was a Saturday night. Then the guy walk away and did not help us anymore. This store is hones the worst customer service they did not even try to help he was a complete jerk with ud. he did not want to help or try to make our drinks. he was a completely jerk and the girl was a jerk as well read more

The last 2 times I was at this location my food was either ice cold or burnt. The hash browns seen to always be burnt, but soggy and cold. Based on the reviews, the management doesn't seem to care and consistently offers terrible service read more

I always go here for my morning cup of coffee. Let me tell you, this place is like one day you can get really good coffee and one day you can get really get that kinda WEIRD looking-taste awful coffee. So, I've been getting REALLY WEIRD looking-taste awful coffee lately so I got to post this review. I can't stand it every time I think I'll get a good coffee, I ended up getting this! (Picture posted). I ordered iced cappuccino with extra iced, whipped cream (diabetes waiting to happen) and extra shot of espresso, though it look and taste amazing, but when the guy handed me my drink, I was like: what the hell is this?!?!?.....there's hardly any ice, there's no whipped cream, not even a taste of sweet, and it looks like someone spit in the coffee! I ordered and picked up at 8:56 am and by 9am, that's how it look like the one in the pictures. I go to this location just because it's convenience. Can someone train these people the right way to make coffee!!!! I tried to add sugar and ended up throw the whole cup of coffee away! What a waste of money! read more

Literally the worst service in the world. A ton of people standing around laughing and joking while we are waiting for our order. Probably one of the worst Dunkin' I've been to...and I used to live in Massachusetts so that should tell you how many Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. It's hard to mess up a Dunkin. But this is the worst one I've ever been in. Asked for a sourdough breakfast sandwich with sausage. Got a sourdough sandwich with bacon.
