Forgot to post, but after leaving midtown last month for a Halloween market, we went through the drive-through at Dunkin, decided to get their seasonal Halloween treats. We tried the drink, the spider donut, and got a munchkin bucket as well out of all the munchkins The pumpkin was my favorite. The latte was a loss, not very much Ube flavor, and the espresso tasted like a burnt cigarette. There's better coffee in the world. read more

It was difficult to hear the lady on the speaker and she said she couldn't hear us but when we pulled up to the window she continues to say that she had a horrible headache and that we were screaming into the microphone then goes on to ask for a tip, wasn't nice about it either. read more

I was early to my volunteer gig this morning and as I waited I figured I'd find a quick coffee...this DD is right around the corner and thought it might be a normal stand alone in a strip plaza. But no... it's in a gas station on the corner. No problem! As I pull in I notice the line of cars...woah! A drive thru DD at a gas station! How convenient and cool! I didn't even have to get out of my car and it was rainy out. I ordered my medium hot coffee cream&sugar and a Bavarian cream. Because no one else has the Bavarian cream. It is the best thing on the planet! And they were out! Ohhhh nooooo! The nice lady behind the mic asked if I wanted a vanilla creme or a Boston creme. Nope! Not the same thing. Then she asked if I wanted a Cupid's choice - she said it had Bavarian cream in the middle. OF COURSE I WANT A CUPID'S CHOICE!!! And how appropriate for Valentine's Day tomorrow. SOLD! And it was delish! So why 4 stars? Because the coffee smelled and tasted a little burnt. It was still drinkable but we come for the coffee right? Well, I'd definitely give this spot another shot. I just want to say, I've been coming here most days for the better part of 2 years. So, this review is long overdue... They make my morning every time I come through the drive thru! I live across from a S*******s, but I still find myself at this Dunkin every morning for the service! One time I ordered my own coffee incorrectly, and the woman on the mic said "no girl, that's not how you usually order it...I've gotchu!" And she was RIGHT and I was SO happy she caught it! I just wanted to leave a nice review because they SO deserve it everyday! Speedy service & great coffee, but most of all they always go above & beyond!!! I like the fact that Dunkin is very convenient. The staff is very nice & funny at times. Today, I used the app to order & I think it's good that I this option. For a couple of weeks, I been seeing the the Iced Matcha Latte & wondering if it's any good. Some Matcha drinks don't have enough of the Matcha. It's really, really good!! Nice and creamy. I have grown to really enjoy the dunkin cold brew with oatmilk and cold foam with one splenda. The donuts are decent. There is a dunkin on every corner here. Unlike in Seattle, it's a Starbucks on every corner. They are quick, most of the time get my order correct, and affordable. Was drinking these daily and I'm hooked. read more

Challenged employee... Natasha rolled her eyes and lectured me about adding a drink to my order when I pulled up to the drive thru window. Natasha instructed me that it is company policy to reject an add on once a vehicle has passed the drive thru speaker. Thinking I must be sending the company into ruin, I offered to go back around through the drive thru. Natasha ignored my offer and just droned on about how she is on a timer, will get in trouble, and went on to name other fast food establishments that implement this practice, particularly the fine establishment of Church's Fried Chicken. I just want to thank Natasha for this valuable lesson that I will carry to my grave while taking my business from this DD to the local Starbucks. At least you get a courteous atmosphere there along with the expensive drinks. read more

I see you raising your game at this location, Dunkin! I love the first & only "Tampa Runs On Dunkin" on the outside of the building. I love nothing more than a brand new store - it's clean and bright on the inside with windows all around - it's attached to a Mobile gas station & been open for about 1 yr. This location is pretty impressive & equipped with 8 different types of coffee on tap - a really cute concept by the way! Everytime I've been here, I've had to make custom orders of Iced Latte due to a big majority of my coworkers being lactose intolerant. My favorite part? They run a $2 Iced Latte Mon. - Sun. from 2-6pm & customer service has been really nice + patient. I am 1 point away from earning my next reward via Dunkin' rewards app! I usually get a Medium Iced Latte w/1 pump of Cookies "N" Cream Swirl or Heath. Some other combos I really love is 1 pump of Caramel + 1 pump of Blueberry (unsweet). This location even has unsweet Coconut syrup, so I've been drinking Lattes this way w/out any sweetener & I really do loove it! read more

This Dunkin Donuts is attached to the Mobil gas station located on the corner of North Dale Mabry and West Cypress right off of 275. Along with the gas station, the DD looks brand new. It's small inside but very clean with vibrant colors. I love that they have coffee on tap! That's just too cute :-) It's a convenient location right by International Mall and right off of the highway for quick gas and a sweet treats. You can either run in or go through the drive-thru. Right now, if you get some gas you get a medium hot or iced latte of your choice for just $1.99. I'm sippin on mine right now :-) read more

Came for coffee and a donut to wait in between appointments today met some of the most amazing people working behind the counter. Tasha and Daniel were friendly and funny and made the time go by super fast. I'm very thankful they did too because it had to have been like 90 degrees in there. The sweat was pouring off all of us I was not there for less than an hour but I can't imagine working a full shift under those conditions. It's especially sad because the employees were such great people. read more

The restroom is always gross. I come here multiple time a week to pump gas and the bathroom is never clean. If they can't take time to clean the bathroom, who knows what the back kitchen looks like. Disgusting. read more

Get gas with your doughnut pick up. This is the first time I've seen a conjoined gas/doughnut option. But it seems to be working well. We seem to make an excuse to get our gas here to pick up some Boston creams. The service is always quick and fast. I'm usually very tolerant and complimentary when being served. I understand how difficult the job can be.... But bad service is bad service If your coworker is getting three dozen donuts for the guy ahead of me, and there's currently no one at the drive they window, and it's it NOT YOUR JOB to handle the front counter, I would suggest having the other three workers go in the back and chat, rather than ignore the people at the counter waiting for service, and cutting up about whenever they were talking about Apparently, their conversation was more important than the customers standing with me I was the guy in the black jacket that walked out and will never be back again read more

We went to Dunkin' Donuts to pick up the breakfast sandwich with the beyond sausage. Turns our this location didn't have them. We wanted to get something, so we asked about whether the donuts are vegan. The attendant chuckled and said "she wouldn't know." She directed us to the website even though we were sitting in the drive-through. We then asked if the nutritional information was available at the store. The first time I came here the lady was very nice. I ordered an iced latte with heavy cream as the milk. Came in a second time, and the lady I got was very confused about my order and heavy cream, and said they don't carry it, even though I had just had the same drink at the same location a week prior. I'm not sure if this person wasn't aware of their milk options, or Dunkin has very limited options of milk and they made my drink wrong the first time. We had the most bizarre experience at this location from the gentleman taking our order with a "yo yo yo" instead of "may I help you" to trying to order egg bites listed on the menu but we were told they don't have those and changed the story to "we're out" at 1pm in the afternoon. Giving them another shot we continued to try to order including a latte with almond milk however what I got instead was a hot drink that resembled the taste of soap mixed with scalded milk. The other coffee drink included a simple request of decaf however that appeared to be a complicating factor. I personally have never had a grilled cheese smashed on a croissant. We were the only customers in line and spent at least 10 minutes trying to order only to get the absolute worst coffee/food ever. Hope this changes. I did attempt to contact the corporate office however the gentleman on the phone wanted to know how we had paid and he would get us a refund right away but never asked where we went.
